"Kavandeep was very responsive to all messages and certainly worked quickly. The level of work delivered was not at the level I needed it to be so I won't be using his team going forward. I would caveat that by saying he delivered the project quickly and the guidelines for delivering the project where fairly loose but the quality of the end result was not great. I have given the feedback to Kavandeep and he was gracious about this and hopefully took it as constructive. He is a perfectly good guy and I think on a different project and with better guidelines his team could deliver a better result."

"Kavandeep made additional web development suggestions with my M2 custom work beyond what I requested, and it's clear that he has advanced M2 and PHP skills. My only problem is communication was once a day at the most (when I'm sleeping), and this causes delays in the project schedule. I am hiring him for an indefinite open-ended contract to continue other projects, but I will change communication to Skype in the hopes of receiving faster communication."
