"They are wonderful to work with in terms of communication and responsiveness and we saw a small improvement but nothing near what was advised and it would have taken two years just to get some keywords to rank in google more highly at this rate. I feel they could benefit from more planning and sticking to the plan. I know its not an exact science but there should be proper targets set and achieved as far as possible so that businesses can get value for money."
