Oldest client is a company in business since 40 years and my client for nearly half+ decade. 2 clients through Upwork so far, both international US and Canada. While one client engaged for a paid telephonic advisory call, the other has engaged for business growth advisory and ongoing consultation to help improve their business. Typically, clients engage for short term strategy building or a specific problem solving length of such engagement generally being few months to two quarters maximum. For an ongoing business growth help generally to increase sales or brand visibility, these projects are continued on annual basis until attained the auto pilot mode in which the transfer to client is ready after the built and operate process has been both successful and sustainable without any further help or support required. Clients engage to formulate strategies and content whether within company and office as well out of office, out of company ie such as the client or vendor and all external party communication literature whether on website, handbooks, manuals, documents for official use across the board. Clients also engage to conduct market research, feasibility studies, economical evaluation and viability analysis for their new or existing business, idea, innovation and business growth plans (expansions, diversifications, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships). Clients engage to hire new talent across levels of seniority from mid level to CXOs. Technical and non technical staff across departments, roles and functions. Across geographies and sectors howsoever niche, unique, unconventional and rare to find. In nutshell, clients engage to solve any business, organizational or enterprise level problem.
