I can assist you and reveal the most potential of the land by creating various options with area estimates and 3D volume models. ● 3D MODEL: For each project, I create a 3D model with detailed information based on the client's requirements. These models are functional and useful for further development, thanks to the BIM technology approach I use. The models can be utilized for subsequent architectural projects, visualizations, and construction engineering calculations, depending on your specific needs. ● 3D RENDER: Realistic visualization of the project, allowing you to see a virtual embodiment of the design and make any necessary changes before implementation in reality. ● 3D ANIMATION: I create 3D Animations using Twinmotion and Lumion, which provide excellent video rendering quality.
