Messaging across all platforms (website, social media, email campaigns and collateral marketing materials) should be consistent, concise and—most importantly—interesting to read.

I believe humor is integral when engaging most audiences, however, tone and voice should match the listener. I am adept at editing technical copy for wider audiences; adding flavor and marketing appeal while maintaining industry keywords and increasing interest.
Website landing pages should be treated as an advertisement, simple and beautiful, with a minimal amount of copy—concise, clean and to the point. Let the user navigate to the more detailed information (services, qualifications, history, about, etc.).
Online marketing (and particularly social media) content should be easy to read, include all the most salient information and short enough for today's attention span.
Printed copy (advertisements, promotional pieces, etc.) should be written to get a point across with as few words as possible and intrigue the viewer into learning more.
