I can find and summarize medical evidence in ways that are both scientifically valid and digestible for my target audience. I have done that when talking to orthopedic and spine surgery patients as their attending physician, while working on clinical guidelines and regulation for a health ministry, during my days as an advisor to insurance companies on health coverage decisions, or as a blog writer for a major medical publisher, and in my numerous research projects, including collaborations with leading international academics in the field. My principal independent project is Zheln where I monitor systematic reviews recently indexed in PubMed and critically appraise them using my skills in knowledge synthesis.
