She was highly skilled catching grammatical and spelling mistakes, checking references, and providing consistency in tone and language across chapters written by different people. I cannot recommend Shannan highly enough. We were working under a tight deadline and Shannan met every single one. She is also one of the best communicator's that I have met on this platform. She kept us updated every step of the way - we were never in doubt about what she was working on and when she would be delivering the completed work.
