Jewellery Designer with Brand Strategy/ Graphic Design Experience

Multidisciplinary Egyptian Artist. As a jewellery designer, currently residing in Florence, Italy, i have approached many artistic disciplines such as goldsmithing, drawing, sculpture, painting, and design. Having graduated with a bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the American University in Cairo, digital creation has been a complementing skill i use along my artistic creations from jewels to paintings. After graduating, I founded my own jewellery brand in 2017, Taqat Jewellery, working with 18k Gold, Sterling silver and semi-precious stones. This has taught me hands on experience and gave me an in depth understanding of the jewellery world. The brand went on to be featured in the most notable publications such as Vogue and Harpers Bazaar, and i was able to grow a base 27000 followers and loyal returning customers across social platforms. In 2020 i completed jewellery design and craftsmanship course at Metallo Nobile School in Florence, Italy. This has allowed me to dedicate my skills as a jewellery artist to flourish new projects with a diverse range of clientele. My main goal with each project is to ensure the creation of a unique and original outcome.
