"There was an expectation of free work without any milestones or contracts in place and I would not recommend working with them. After initial delivery (despite having run the client through all approaches I would take given the time frame beforehand), the client continually wanted more work done without clearing existing milestones, which was guaranteed to me when I shared the results with them."
