Hello! I am available to complete a wide variety of projects and learn new platforms/tools easily. I have 24 years of customer service experience and have worked in retail and hospitality as well as with startups and large corporations (and everything in between). I type 110 words per minute and have experience transcribing within a variety of industries including podcasts, legal, medical, law enforcement, focus groups and one-on-one interviews. Other skills include human resources, writing, proofreading, editing, secret shopper calls/customer service QA, customer success, sales, recruiting, conference and event planning, administrative support, customer retention, data entry, LinkedIn, lead generation, appointment setting, audio file editing, and revenue management.
