"Naeem was incredibly hard-working and communicative which made working with him easy . His one fault is he doesn't write idiomatic Ruby/Rails code. The code works but doesn't follow standard conventions making it a bit difficult (though not impossible) to build on top of. His knowledge of the Zoom API is great though. He just needs some guidance on writing idiomatic Ruby/Rails code."

"This contract was paused from a long time and I asked many times to end this contract if there is no more work, he was not clear about the requirements and told me that I will get back to you once discussed with his client. Please avoid this client like COVID-19. He is not always clear about requirements and asks for too much work. While you are working he keeps playing with the contract like pausing and decreasing contract limits always. Also, he tells you not to track time and work, once you have done work without tracking then he disables manual time."
