I supported a complex Saudi government "Framework Agreement" tender end to end, building a dual currency bill of quantities with the right commercial buffer and preparing the team for a clean, competitive submission. I gave the CEO a Three-Point Cash Flow Scenario forecast he relied on for hiring and investment decisions, which then played out as projected. The engagement closed at a full 5.0 rating, with the CEO citing my attention to detail and solution oriented approach.
