Responsibilities

The main duties performed: - Performing, follow up and updating damage assessment project with municipalities, local councils and PA institutions including technical and financial support and verification of assessed projects. - Field assessment verification includes technical support, site visits, type of project, field measurement and justification of proposed quantities and the relevant cost estimates. - Provide photos for the assessed project. - Support municipalities during application period including the preparation of application according to fund guidelines. - Verification and assessment of approved project regarding the scope of work, project feasibility and locations. - Review of all project documents including drawings, bill of quantities and technical specifications. - Follow up tendering as per tendering procedures. - Follow up and monitoring the constructions activities regarding quality assurance performance of all concerned parties, progress of work, witness of site dairy records concerning executed quantities, invoices, direct labour, machinery and all expenditures. - Conducting periodic site visits and evaluation of all stages via filed visit reports to Program Managers.
