We are seeking a mechanical engineer to join our automotive and recreational vehicle manufacturing company. Responsibilities
A mechanical engineer with our company will have multiple responsibilities:
- Receive briefs and product specifications and envision solutions to suit those requirements
- Review and analyze challenges and identify potential improvements and solutions
- Design machinery that maximizes fuel efficiency in recreational vehicles such as motor bikes and scooters
- Develop new product designs and prototypes of all new machinery
- Test and evaluate the prototype machinery
- Review test results and identify changes that can improve the machinery
- Contribute to the manufacturing process and quality control of approved machine designs
- Collaborate with a large team across the manufacturing, product design, robotics, and marketing departments
Job qualifications and skill sets
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in engineering design, AutoCAD, mathematics, science, mechanical design, or an equivalent field of study
