Briefly, I have been working as translator in media and publishing companies for more than 10 years. I am fluent in English and Russian in addition to Turkish mother tongue. I have ability to manage, create, edit and present information in clear formats. I also worked in Press and Public Relations Department of Istanbul University Rectorate to compile archived documents for the university documentaries with the academic articles, journals, documents used for management purposes, provided information to the managers of the department (i.e. Consultant of the Rector). This experience helped me to develop my abilities in data management, documentation, official correspondence and reporting. I also worked as a PR Assistant in the events organized by the department such as opening ceremonies, concerts, workshops and conducting interviews as a correspondent. When I worked for Sputnik Turkey last 7 years, I translated and edited news from Russian and English to Turkish. I translated the speeches of world leaders (i.e Putin, Blinken) in a pretty live news environment and stressful agenda of today's world. I always had to search the topics to write the best text, so I have the experience of drafting, knowledge development and combining different materials. I also had the opportunity to make interviews with politicians and public figures participating in important events. Since 2022 as afreelance sworn translator, I have been working for various companies and notary public offices, and besides, running my own translation company.
