I took my first electric shock when I was two years old. Since I was a toddler, my curiosity pushed me into looking at stuff differently, always trying to understand how stuff works. It was only years later that i realized that it was more than a hobby, it has become a passion. My first 3D printer was a real game changer for that. I never stopped picturing and designing stuff in my mind, both for useless cool stuff and for useful everyday stuff. That passion drove me into liking science and all of its expressions. Engineering, then, took its place in my core. I wouldn't like to strictly define myself as an electrical engineer as I don't like to limit myself to a single field. That could be one of the reasons why my experience at UniNa Corse E-Team was so special to me. Always something new to learn, everytime new aspects coming up never thought before. It has been the first real engineering experience of my life, the first time I was able to connect with inventive people like me. People who partecipated at FSAE competition know how designing an electric vehicle while studying for a degree can be exhausting at times but sharing the experience with valid people really made it fun. My family often tells me the story of when I was two years old and was shocked with mains, believe it or not. So yeah, even though I always liked engineering in all its forms and expressions, I like to say that I was always meant to be an electrical engineer. At the end of the day, though, I'm just an enthusiastic maker.
