At a high-level, I offer accounting management. This means that I essentially become your company’s accounting department. The ultimate outcome of this, to you, is a quality accounting system that will keep you in compliance and *inform* you about your business’ operations. “Know Your Numbers” may be a cheesy cliche, but it’s actually an extremely important concept. I work with you on this via periodic financial statements, and regular discussions. You will know your business! The other important outcome of investing in a quality accounting system is the value that’s added to the entity *as a whole* by having one. Do you need financing? Do you want to explore selling your company, and/or bringing in a new partner or investor?
