Building C2C has required me to do far more than develop curriculum. I have built and led teams of employees, educators, independent contractors, consultants, and strategic partners. I have developed partnerships with schools, corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations. I have negotiated contracts, managed budgets, developed new programs and revenue models, built operational infrastructure, and made the difficult decisions that come with growing an organization. I know how to take an idea and build the people, partnerships, funding, systems, and execution around it. TCB VINYASA™: AI, AUTOMATION & OPERATIONS Through TCB Vinyasa™, I work at the intersection of business operations and artificial intelligence. AI should not be added to a business simply because it is popular. I look at how the business actually operates first. Where is time being wasted? What is repetitive? Where are leads being lost? What information isn't being captured? What should be automated? What should remain human? What systems aren't talking to each other? Where has the owner become the bottleneck? From there, I help identify practical ways AI, automation, workflows, and better operating systems can support the business. That perspective also influences my coaching. Sometimes a business-development problem isn't a sales problem. It is a follow-up problem, a systems problem, a capacity problem, a positioning problem, or simply a failure to execute consistently. HOW I COACH I work with entrepreneurs and professionals who already have knowledge, experience, relationships, and ideas but need greater clarity about how to turn those assets into business. My coaching is direct, strategic, curious, and execution-focused. We may work on business development, positioning, relationships, partnerships, revenue opportunities, operations, leadership, AI, or prioritization. But I am always interested in the same fundamental question: What are we trying to build, and are your current actions actually moving you toward it? I will challenge assumptions. I will ask questions. I will tell you when I believe you're pursuing too many things. I will help you identify opportunities you may be overlooking. And when appropriate, I will tell you that an idea probably isn't worth your time. I expect the same level of seriousness from my clients. VALUE MY TIME (AND YOURS) I am an active CEO. I run businesses, lead a team, manage funded initiatives, develop partnerships, make strategic decisions, and continue building my own organizations. Coaching is not theoretical work for me. Because of that, I am intentional about the clients I accept. I work best with people who are prepared to make decisions and execute between conversations. If you're looking primarily for encouragement, endless brainstorming, or someone to give you a long list of ideas you have no intention of implementing, I am probably not the right coach. If we agree that something needs to happen, I expect movement. That doesn't mean every strategy will work. Entrepreneurship doesn't work that way. We try. We measure. We learn. We adjust. Strategy → Execution → Results → Reflection → Adjustment. EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS I bring more than 30 years of corporate experience and nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience to my work. But my strongest qualification is simpler: I am actively doing the work!
