Includes a searchable Table of Contents for the e-book; page numbers with Table of Contents for the paperback/hardback; and a list of suggested categories and keywords. Note: Amazon requires that you do the actual uploading yourself, since no one else can use your account; but you may consult me through Upwork messaging during the process. The formatted manuscripts will be sent to you as .docx and .EPUB for the e-book and as a .pdf for the paperback/hardback. Both e-book and paperback in the same project: $0.0035 per word.
