Responsible for application support/maintenance and development activities for Microsoft SCCM in a global environment consisting of 2.5 к devices. Experience in implementing and administering unified communications systems MS Lync 2013 / Skype for Business 2015/MS Teams. Experience design, maintain and support a multi-site, high-availability Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 environment with multiple database and CAS servers, and DAG high availability. Experience in building and managing high availability solutions based on MS Failover Cluster 2012R2/2016/2019. Experience in planning, building and administrating virtualization solutions based on MS Hyper-V 2012R2/2016/2019. Experience with managing Windows Server platform on both physical and virtual servers. Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012/2014. Maintenance and technical expertise auditing enterprise manufacturing systems (MS SAM). Experience in providing technical support directly to customers with a high level of customer service and a high degree of customer satisfaction. Experience with documentation for configurations, support and implement appropriate backup and disaster-recovery procedures for all Microsoft enterprise platforms
