Do you want an original song/beat to sing or rap over OR maybe just use as background music? If you do, then you found the guy who's going to do it AS IF IT WAS HIS SONG (and real cheap)! I'm very passionate about music and I obsess about every little detail, and I ALWAYS care for each song I make as if it were my child! (yes, I know it sounds weird.) First off, here's a list of what I DON'T do: ❌ USE AI Now, here's what I DO do (haha..): ✅ I make songs from scratch, genres include (but are not limited to): Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, Funk, Metal ✅ If you want a sample-based beat I can make the sample myself (so you can rest assured no record label will sue you when your song goes multi-platinum)* ✅ I structure the song so it keeps the listener interested ✅ I mix and master songs you wrote yourself ✅ I do session work as a guitarist (record a special solo for your song, rhythm guitars, etc.) Here's what you can expect: 💎 High-quality WAV files (44.1 or 48 kHz)** 💎 FULLY mixed & mastered songs 💎 Stems*** 💎 Exclusive or Non-exclusive with unlimited rights**** 💎 High-quality sounds 💎 Fast delivery (4-6 days) 🍀 Rest assured, your song is in the hands of a creative and detail-obsessed maniac. Here are some FAQs, but feel free to reach out to me if you have any additional questions: * There is always a possibility for record labels to sue you for your song having a sample from their song. It can be only a snippet or a full 8-bar loop, it does not matter because they are greedy and they will find you if they want to. However, there are songs that are so old the contract with the artist and the label expired and they now fall in the Public Domain, so they are free to sample. Unless you explicitly tell me to sample a specific song, I will always make my own samples and use them for your song. ** 44.1 kHz is for distributing to streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music etc. 48 kHz is for films or videos. Unless you specify that you have a special request, I will always send a WAV file with the sample rate set accordingly for your purposes. *** Stems are separate audio tracks for each individual sound in a song. They are useful if you plan on processing them further or using only a portion of the song. **** An Exclusive license for a song means that no one else but you can have it and only you are allowed to distribute the song. While you have unlimited usage over the song (streams, sales of physical copies, number of music videos, etc.), I am still the sole owner of it and retain the original copyright. This agreement is more expensive and I do 50/50 profit splits with this kind of deal, but I am open for negotiations. - A Non-exclusive with unlimited rights license means that you have unlimited usage over the song, but I can still sell it to other people and they too can distribute it. - The license agreements refer only to songs without vocals (beats/instrumentals). I won't sell your song with your vocals to other people. - All guitar session work is non-exclusive.

I am a sports data specialist and Computer Engineer with over 6 years of experience in the industry. My career started at InStat (Hudl, Wyscout), where I worked for four years as a analyst/tagger/labeler of data for soccer and ice hockey. I quickly grew into a Team Manager and Trainer, handling the onboarding of new analysts and ensuring strict quality control. Currently, I work as a Regional Operations Manager for a major European sports tech company. I manage a highly trained, dedicated team of 50+ analysts in Latin America, processing thousands of hours of fast-paced sports footage every month. Depending on your project needs, we can work together in two ways: 1. Solo Expert Work: For highly complex or smaller projects, I will handle the tagging and data entry myself. Because my daily job involves performing Quality Assurance (QA) on the work of 50 people, my personal attention to detail and understanding of game logic (tactical shifts, fouls, specific player tracking) is extremely sharp. 2. Large Volume / Managed Team: If you have massive datasets to process (Padel, Rugby, Hockey, Soccer, Basketball) and need reliable scale, I can bring in my best analysts. I handle all the scheduling, training, and final QA. You only communicate with me, and I deliver the clean, verified data. As an added value, I write custom Python and JavaScript scripts to automate repetitive tasks (like video rendering or data formatting), which saves a significant amount of delivery time. Feel free to send me a message if you need someone reliable to handle your sports data.

What does a Martial artist do?

A martial artist trains in combat sports or traditional disciplines to master technique, physical conditioning, and discipline for competition or self-defense. This role focuses on the rigorous practice of specific fighting styles through structured drills, partner work, and controlled sparring sessions. Practitioners develop precise motor skills and strategic awareness while adhering to strict safety protocols and sport-specific rules. They prepare their bodies and minds for high-intensity physical engagement by following progressive training plans designed to enhance performance and prevent injury.

  • Execute technical drills and partner exercises to refine striking, grappling, or defensive maneuvers according to the specific requirements of the chosen discipline. This involves repetitive practice of fundamental movements to build muscle memory and ensure proper form during dynamic interactions. Athletes adjust their techniques based on feedback from coaches or self-analysis to correct errors and improve efficiency in movement. The goal is to achieve fluidity and precision in every action taken during practice or competitive scenarios.
  • Maintain safe training standards by using required protective equipment such as headgear, mouthguards, and padding during contact sessions. Practitioners inspect gear for wear and tear before each session to guarantee it meets safety regulations and offers adequate protection. They follow established rules for controlled contact to minimize the risk of injury to themselves and their training partners. This responsibility includes warming up properly and cooling down after intense physical activity to support long-term athletic health and recovery.
  • Prepare for competitions by following structured practice schedules that align with event rules and weight class requirements. Athletes track their progress in strength, endurance, and technical skill to ensure they meet the physical demands of upcoming matches. They study opponent strategies and refine their own tactical approach through video analysis and simulated sparring rounds. Compliance with anti-doping regulations and integrity standards remains a critical part of maintaining eligibility for sanctioned events and preserving the reputation of the sport.

How to hire a Martial artist on Upwork

Step 1: Post a job

Define the specific discipline and training goals to attract qualified practitioners. Use the Job Post Generator powered by Uma™, Upwork's Mindful AI to draft your listing. Describe your needs in a few sentences and Uma drafts a job post for the role. You can write a new post, update a saved draft, or reuse an existing post.

  • Specify the martial art style, such as karate, taekwondo, or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, to match technical expertise.
  • List required certifications and experience levels for coaching or competitive preparation duties.
  • Clarify if the role involves athlete support, sparring supervision, or curriculum development.

Step 2: Evaluate candidates

Review portfolios for evidence of technical proficiency and teaching history. Uma can run instant video interviews and build shortlists with side-by-side comparisons. Look for documented training sessions and competition results that align with your objectives.

  • Check for verified credentials from recognized governing bodies or federations in the specific discipline.
  • Assess video demonstrations for proper form, safety adherence, and instructional clarity.
  • Examine past work history for consistent attendance and positive client feedback on training outcomes.

Step 3: Interview your top choices

Discuss training philosophy and safety protocols to ensure alignment with your standards. Interviews can be scheduled and conducted within Upwork Messages with an immediate transcript and summary after each one. Focus on their approach to skill progression and athlete development.

  • Ask how they structure warm-ups and drills to prevent injury during high-intensity practice.
  • Inquire about their experience adapting techniques for different skill levels or age groups.
  • Verify their knowledge of current competition rules and anti-doping regulations if applicable.

Step 4: Agree on scope and begin work

Set clear milestones for training sessions and performance benchmarks. Use Upwork Messages and the contract workroom for communication and project management, plus identity verification, payment protection, hourly tracking, and project funds for security. Define deliverables such as session plans or competition readiness metrics.

  • Outline specific skills to cover in each phase, from fundamentals to advanced sparring techniques.
