    It's a running joke in my office that I should have an added title of "The Fixer and Finder of Things". A few class requirements of my Medical Office Assistant Certification program included Medical Terminology, Medical Transcription, and Professional Grammar and Communication. The aforementioned classes also happen to be the ones I enjoyed the most. I found Medical Terminology to be fascinating. Medical Transcription was my favorite. I loved dissecting the audio. Most of all, I find it exciting inadvertently learning about different topics more in-depth. I enjoy the research I get to do. My favorite professor taught the Professional Grammar and Communication class. The most valuable lesson she shared that has stuck with me is that it's not possible to know or remember everything, however, there are so many resources at your disposal. Use those! Truth is, the reason I'm here is that I'm looking for a more rewarding career path that allows me to be a bit more flexible with my time while continuing to do fulfilling work that keeps me curious, learning, and prevents me from getting bored.
