For the past 5+ years, I’ve helped talent agencies, digital brands, and online platforms identify, investigate, and remove unauthorized content across Google search results, social media platforms, forums, and hosting providers. I don't just send automated templates. My experience comes from managing large-scale enforcement operations, where I personally processed more than 700,000 high-risk URLs per year while maintaining a 98% accuracy rate under strict deadlines. What I Help With ▪ DMCA Takedowns & Content Removal Identify and investigate leaked or unauthorized content across search engines, social platforms, forums, and third-party websites. Submit DMCA notices and manage platform specific reporting processes. Coordinate directly with hosting providers and registrars when standard removal channels fail. Reduce the visibility of infringing content in Google search results (SERPs). ▪ Impersonation & Content Abuse Investigations Detect fake profiles, rogue domains, and unauthorized use of brand assets. Investigate distribution networks and coordinated abuse patterns to identify the source of unauthorized content. Use OSINT techniques to gather clear, actionable evidence for escalations and enforcement actions. ▪ Large-Scale Enforcement Operations Process high volumes of URLs, images, and digital assets efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Handle complex removal cases, counter notices, and disputed takedowns. Maintain structured documentation and organized workflows to keep investigations moving forward. How I Work Automated tools and scrapers are useful for scale, but they are often blind to context. They can miss the difference between a legitimate use case and a real violation, and in content enforcement, mistakes can result in financial loss, reputational damage, and unnecessary disruption. My approach combines efficient investigation workflows with careful human review. Every enforcement action is reviewed and validated before escalation. When standard reporting methods fail, I identify the relevant hosting providers, registrars, and compliance teams to pursue manual resolution pathways. Why Clients Hire Me They need someone who can take ownership of investigations, organize findings, and move cases forward without constant oversight. I understand how unauthorized content spreads across platforms, how to trace hidden distribution points, and how to act quickly before exposure becomes a larger problem. If your agency, platform, or brand is dealing with leaked content, impersonation, copyright infringement, or platform abuse, let's discuss your situation and identify the fastest path to resolution. - $46/hr $46 hourly

While some lawyers are generalists my practice is focused exclusively on business acquisitions. Beyond that, I've been a principal, as a buyer or sell, in nearly 20 transactions across an array of industries, and so I've been in your shoes, whether you're the buyer or seller. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, finished in the top 7% of my law school class, where I graduated with honors and was selected as a Managing Editor of the Law Review, worked as a law clerk for a federal judge where I drafted opinions for the judge's review and briefed the judge on applicable law, and I was trained at Ballard Spahr and Morgan Lewis, two of the largest law firms in the United States. I also acquired, built and sold dozens of businesses, exposing me to corporate and securities law from a real world, entrepreneurial perspective. I did most of the contractual, M&A, tax planning, employment law and other legal work myself for my own companies because I love practicing law. I thoroughly enjoy working with business owners and their management teams to craft efficient and creative solutions to legal challenges. That's why I returned to the full-time practice of law after building and selling a number of successful businesses. I have substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, tax planning (I also have an LL.M. in Tax Law from NYU), employment law, corporate formation and governance. Business WritingBusiness Proposal WritingProcurementLegal ResearchContract ManagementSupply Chain ManagementProject ProposalContract LawContract DraftingLegal AssistanceLegal ConsultingRequest for ProposalMarket ResearchNeed an E-Rate bid prepared, an electrical or low-voltage project priced, or a contract reviewed before you sign? I handle all three — so contractors, integrators, and small businesses don't have to juggle three different specialists. What I do: Contract law — 6+ years drafting and reviewing NDAs, service agreements, partnership deals, sales contracts, employment contracts, and construction agreements. My job is catching the costly clauses before you sign, not litigating them after. Electrical & low-voltage estimating — Accurate scoping and pricing across Division 26, 27, and 28: power distribution, panelboards, feeders, branch circuits, and lighting, plus structured cabling, data and wireless networks, voice, AV, access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance. Bids built on real material, labor, and timeline numbers — not guesswork. US E-Rate & procurement bids — Deep knowledge of the USAC E-Rate program and the bidding procedures used by US schools, purchasing cooperatives, and general contractors. I've helped clients secure awards in the educational construction sector by pairing technically sound proposals with bid-compliant documentation. Why this combination works: A bachelor's in law plus a master's in supply chain management means I can read the contract, price the project, and write the proposal — all from the same desk. Next step: Send me your project details and I'll respond within 24 hours with a clear scope and quote. - $93/hr $93 hourly

Website CopywritingLegal WritingSEO WritingLegal ResearchBusiness ConsultingInternet MarketingBlog WritingNewsletter WritingEditing & ProofreadingAbout Us PageCopywritingWhite PaperLanding PageContent WritingI work with CPA and law firms on client-facing written communications that need to be accurate, conservative, and easy to review. Most of my work is educational in nature: drafting client alerts, regulatory explainers, and practice area or service pages that help clients understand complex rules, processes, and expectations without turning those materials into marketing copy or advice. I focus on clarity and restraint. Content is written in plain English, with careful attention to professional scope, timing, and the distinction between current law, proposed changes, and areas requiring professional judgment. The goal is to reduce confusion, limit misinterpretation, and support firms in communicating clearly with their clients. I work on a fixed-scope basis and offer defined projects through Upwork’s Project Catalog, including client alerts/regulatory FAQs, and practice area/service pages for professional firms. Each engagement is structured to minimize review time and avoid scope creep. This is writing support only and is intended to complement, not replace, professional judgment. - $65/hr $65 hourly
