I then turn to writing as my creative outlet for helping to convey the topics and concepts I’m so passionate about with other audiences, such as your own! A bit about me: my entire professional career has touched on the real estate industry in one way or another, from real estate law to residential brokerage. I now work for a commercial real estate advisory and development firm based in Boston, where I assist clients with predevelopment activities (e.g., finding and acquiring sites, permitting those sites, lining up investors, working with architects/engineers on the site plans, etc.). Others are looking to create content as a way of connecting with potential investors, as they line up capital for various deals or syndications.
