May 2023 to July 2024: Under The SaaSy People, I worked as an Expert Consultant in Zendesk and monday.com solutions. This work involved training in and receiving certification as expert consultant in both the Zendesk and monday.com platforms. As a Zendesk consultant I was responsible for designing, building, and configuring Zendesk solutions for a number of clients from across the Middle East, UK and America.
