May 2023 to July 2024: Under The SaaSy People, I worked as an Expert Consultant in Zendesk and monday.com solutions. This work involved training in and receiving certification as expert consultant in both the Zendesk and monday.com platforms. As a Zendesk consultant I was responsible for designing, building, and configuring Zendesk solutions for a number of clients from across the Middle East, UK and America. This included creating Zendesk instances from scratch, setting up the brands, organizations, forms, users, and groups for Zendesk Support, as well as setting up and configuring Zendesk Talk with automated voice messages. I also worked on creating reports using Zendesk Explore, and was involved in setting up and configuring Zendesk Sell. A number of these solutions involved configuring API calls for communication with third party platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams. As a monday.com consultant I was responsible for designing, building, and configuring monday.com solutions for a sizable number of clients from a similar region.
