I'm looking for everyday women in the 45-65 year old age range who exercise casually — not fitness buffs or professionals. If you've followed along with a workout video here and there but wouldn't call yourself a fitness enthusiast, you're exactly who we're looking for. Over 3 days, you'll follow along with a warmup and cooldown video each day (repeating the same videos to see how the movements become more familiar) and provide written feedback on the wording and timing of the voiceover instructions. Each day takes about 20-30 minutes. This is the 1st round of testing — I have more videos to test, and participants who provide quality feedback may be invited to additional paid sessions. Looking forward to working with you!

Role Overview This role is for a coach who can design and guide a comprehensive, longevity program focused on sleep, metabolic health, energy, and long-term healthspan. You should be comfortable working with structured protocols, wearables/metrics, and habit systems—not just general wellness tips. A priority is sleep optimization: I want someone who understands sleep as a central pillar of longevity and can implement evidence-based strategies to improve sleep quality, consistency, and recovery. Core Responsibilities Assess my current health habits, sleep patterns, and lifestyle, and build a personalized longevity and sleep protocol. Adapt Blueprint-style practices (nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, supplementation, measurement) into a practical plan that fits my schedule and constraints. Help set up and interpret basic health data (from wearables and, where applicable, labs) to guide adjustments over time. Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and iteration on the protocol based on results, feedback, and changing circumstances. Focus on systems and routines (daily schedule, environment design, rules and defaults), not one-off “hacks.” Required Expertise I am specifically looking for someone who can demonstrate: Strong familiarity with Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint philosophy and protocols: structured days, strict sleep routines, plant-forward nutrition, and measurable progress over time. Practical experience applying longevity principles to real clients (not just self-experimentation), with an emphasis on sustainable behavior change. Deep understanding of sleep science and insomnia (sleep onset issues, night waking, circadian rhythm, sleep hygiene, light exposure, timing of meals and stimulants, etc.). What I’m Looking For in Your Application Please respond with: A brief introduction to your background in health, longevity, and sleep coaching. Specific experience with: Blueprint or Blueprint-inspired protocols A short example (high level, no private details) of a client you helped: Where they started What you implemented The results over 8–12 weeks Your preferred coaching structure (frequency of calls/messages, duration of engagement, and how you track progress). Ideal Coach Profile You are likely a great fit if you: Are fluent in longevity concepts and are comfortable discussing tradeoffs between intensity, sustainability, and evidence. Treat sleep as non-negotiable and have clear, tested frameworks for improving it. Are structured, organized, and methodical—able to turn goals into schedules, checklists, and clear rules. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS EXTREMELY PERSONALIZED AND TAILORED TO THIS POSTING, AS I AM HIRING IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Seeking a Registered Dietitian or Sports Nutrition Expert for on-camera supplement ads and brand ambassador roles. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, promoting products & be a brand ambassador. Must be comfortable with video appearances. Experience in nutrition and sports nutrition is essential. We're Method, a new supplement brand launching a simple daily creatine + electrolytes + vitamins stick pack. Our whole positioning is honesty and simplicity — a calm, evidence-first counter to a hype-driven industry. We're looking for a credentialed expert to be an on-camera voice in our video ads: someone who can explain the "why" behind creatine, hydration, and daily consistency in plain, trustworthy language, and answer the common questions a curious-but-cautious customer actually has. This is not a spokesperson/actor role. We need a real, verifiable credential and someone willing to attach their own name to what they say. If you're a dietitian or sports scientist who already makes evidence-based content and can talk to a camera like a knowledgeable friend, this is for you. What you'd do: Appear on camera (self-filmed is fine) delivering short, scripted-but-natural segments for Meta ads Explain creatine, electrolytes, and daily-habit benefits accurately and simply — no overclaiming, no disease claims Answer a set of common customer questions in a way that builds trust Collaborate on script accuracy so the language is both compelling and compliant Requirements: A verifiable credential: RD/RDN, or a sports nutrition / exercise science background (MS/PhD, CISSN, CSCS, or similar). We will verify (e.g., CDR registry for RDs). Comfortable and clear on camera — please include a sample of you speaking directly to camera as an expert, not voiceover. Willing to be named and to stand behind the specific claims in the content. A measured, evidence-based communication style. Familiarity with creatine/performance nutrition is a strong plus.
