I need help with setting up composite basemap files by cleaning up DWGs that were often imported from Microstation DGNs and then bringing them into a single drawing as external references. This composite file is then adjusted to distinguish between existing and proposed features and to highlight or suppress certain features. The procedure is fairly straight forward but unexpected issues sometimes arise, requiring some problem solving skills to remedy. This has the potential of turning into a recurring gig and the scope of the work could possibly expand as well. Proficiency with standard AutoCAD is required. Proficiency with Map 3D and/or Civil 3D are a plus.

I have reference artwork that must be recreated as a clean, professional vector textile file. Project Scope * Recreate my existing luxury pattern as clean vector artwork. * Create a perfect seamless repeat suitable for textile printing. * Prepare artwork for a 1.4 meter (1400 mm) fabric width with continuous repeat in the length direction. * Ensure motifs align perfectly across all edges. * Organize artwork into editable layers. * Match the reference artwork as closely as possible. * Maintain a premium luxury aesthetic. Deliverables * Adobe Illustrator (.AI) * EPS * Editable SVG * Print-ready PDF * High-resolution TIFF (if needed) * Seamless repeat tile * Production-ready textile file Pattern Style * Luxury South Asian / Ajrak-inspired geometric pattern * Black background * Champagne gold / antique gold detailing * Delicate vines * Open negative space * Refined premium aesthetic Important This artwork will be used for commercial manufacturing, so all files must be 100% original, fully editable, and suitable for professional textile printing. We are seeking an experienced SolidWorks / Industrial CAD Designer to model a solid-body precision beauty instrument for resin prototyping and eventual injection molding. (This is a static single-part chassis with zero internal moving mechanical parts/gears). The core modeling focus requires high-accuracy micro-features and smooth surface blending: Micro-V Funnel & Slit: Narrow capture channel requiring fine calibrated tolerances down to 0.02 mm – 0.05 mm pinch throat widths. Catch Basin / Pocket: A 0.15 mm – 0.20 mm relief pocket positioned directly behind the micro-V channel. Safety Radii: Micro-fillets (0.05 mm – 0.10 mm rounded safety radii) on leading tips and edges to prevent snagging on fine mesh. Chassis & Ergonomics: High-end ergonomic handpiece (100–130 mm total length) designed for single-hand balance and clean aesthetic lines. Deliverables: Production-ready 3D CAD files (.STEP and native SolidWorks .SLDPRT). Static cross-section clearance verification in SolidWorks. Fully dimensioned 2D engineering drawings (PDF) with designated critical tolerances. Up to 2 minor revision rounds for dimension fine-tuning. Requirement: Please mention your experience with fine-tolerance micro-parts or medical/precision consumer hardware in your proposal. An NDA will be executed prior to sharing full design files. ***Please include 1 to 2 examples or portfolio screenshots of past work involving fine-tolerance micro-geometry, medical tools, or precision consumer products.***

We're selling a single-family home in Breckenridge Colorado and need photorealistic, AI-generated renderings showing what the house will look like after a planned second-story "pop-top" addition. The addition goes over an awkward, low, single-story wing of the house — right now that section is hard for buyers to picture as anything other than "small and dated," and we believe it's costing us interest. A polished "after" rendering, both inside and out, would let buyers see the potential instead of guessing at it. I attempted this myself using AI image tools and got close, but not close enough — the proportions, roofline, and siding/trim match aren't convincing enough to put in front of buyers. I'm attaching: *Current photos of the house (the "before") *My own AI-generated attempts at the addition, so you can see exactly what's not working (roofline doesn't read as structurally real, materials don't quite match, second story looks slightly disconnected from the massing below) What We Need *3-4 photorealistic exterior renderings of the completed second-story addition, matched to the existing green horizontal lap siding, dark window trim, and roof pitch — rendered from the same angles as our reference photos (front/driveway view and rear/patio view) so they read as real "after" shots, not generic concept art *1-2 interior rendering (or a clean, labeled cutaway/floor-plan-style visual) of the new upper-level space — a primary suite with walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom, in the spirit of the rough floor-plan concept I've attached, but polished and buyer-ready *Final images sized and optimized for MLS and real estate marketing use *Reference Materials Provided (attached to this post) *Current exterior photos of the house, multiple angles *My own AI-generated attempts at the addition — useful mainly as a "here's what's not working" reference Ideal Skills *Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted architectural visualization (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion + ControlNet, Photoshop generative fill, or comparable tools) *A real eye for residential architecture — the addition has to look structurally plausible and load-bearing-sane, not pasted onto the roofline Bonus: prior experience producing real estate marketing renders ("future state" / renovation concept visuals for active listings) Timeline & Budget Budget: $250–$500, fixed price Turnaround: 3–5 days — the listing is live now, so speed matters Please state your estimated turnaround in your proposal To Apply, Please Include *2–3 examples of similar AI-generated architectural or real estate visualization work (before/after examples strongly preferred) *A sentence or two on your process and which tools you use *Confirmation you can start within 24 hours Note for the freelancer These renderings are for marketing purposes only — to help buyers visualize a potential addition. They are not construction-ready architectural drawings and don't need to meet permitting/structural standards, just look convincingly real.
