Create and organize a scalable digital library of equipment models. Design realistic residential and commercial wellness suite layouts. Produce client-ready visualizations and presentation renderings. Maintain consistent model organization and file standards. Work directly with our founder to develop new planning concepts and visualization tools. Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain dimensions, specifications, and CAD files when available. We are a manufacture of high end professional grade athletic weight room equipment (found in many division 1 colleges and professional environments). Knowledge of strength training equipment is a plus however not required. 1. Our first need is to have room shells provided in Sketchup. These are usually based on .DWG .PDF and sometimes hand drawn dimensions / pictures of an existing space. Doors, ceiling heights, and other room details are required. 2. After we receive the Sketchup Room Shell we will populate the room with equipment and send back for Rendering. Typically 5-10 renders needed from various angles. We can provide more details on angles, field of view and color correction. 3. We may also request a 3D video walkthrough of the room (transitions from daytime to evening could be part of the video). We can provide a detailed workflow if needed. Experience in video editing is required. 4. Conversion of equipment icons from .wrl format to Sketchup (removing high poly items to decrease file size for import into sketchup). We will provide details on our workflow for this process (Blender 4.1 is the current preferred editing software). 5. Create 3D Equipment Renderings for our website (Currently done done in Blender). We are looking for an experienced rendering artist to turn our basic, engineering CAD renderings into more artistic conceptual/example renderings for our marketing materials. We are prepared with CAD drawings and renderings, as well as examples of the style we're looking for. The artist renderings will include several angles and dimensions of recycling machinery that is engineered and manufactured by the Granutech Corporation. This artist will work with our in-house marketing team to create 3D rendering visuals for print and online marketing platforms. Our team will provide the artist with CAD renderings as well as the views and dimensions needed, then provide feedback as necessary.
