Create an aerial rendering of our business to clearly show its close proximity to a major road or corridor and a grocery store chain. The final asset should be polished and suitable for use in advertising materials, helping to highlight our convenient location for potential customers. I have included a sample image of our business store front and the Google Maps aerial of our proximity from the major roadway and grocery store. The final product should imitate a drone-like shot clearly displaying our store front and the landmarks mentioned. I look forward to working with you! -Ray

I am looking for an experienced AutoCAD drafter or drafting subcontractor to assist with an upcoming U.S. government contract involving the manual vectorization/redrawing of approximately 48 scanned engineering drawings. PROJECT SCOPE The source files will be scanned .TIF drawings, with each file consisting of one drawing sheet. The required final deliverable will be a true, fully editable AutoCAD .DWG file. Drawings may include: * Civil/site plans * Structural drawings * Building plans * Elevations * Mechanical drawings * Electrical drawings * Construction details * Schedules and tables * Notes and technical text * Pages containing information from technical manuals IMPORTANT CAD REQUIREMENT This is NOT simply a raster-to-DWG conversion. The drawings must be properly recreated/vectorized so that the final AutoCAD files contain actual editable CAD entities. This includes, where applicable: * Lines and polylines * Text and MText * Dimensions * Hatching * Symbols * Blocks * Leaders * Tables/schedules * Layers * Other drawing elements The drawings should not be created in another program and simply exported or "Saved As" a DWG. The finished product must be a clean, professional, editable AutoCAD drawing. CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE I am looking for contractors who: * Have strong AutoCAD drafting experience * Have experience recreating engineering/construction drawings from scans, PDFs, TIFs, or other raster sources * Can accurately reproduce dimensions, notes, text, linework, symbols, hatching, and schedules * Understand professional CAD drafting standards * Can maintain consistent layer naming and drawing organization * Can perform their own quality-control review * Can meet deadlines * Communicate reliably * Are comfortable working as an independent subcontractor SCHEDULE The anticipated project contains approximately 48 drawing sheets. The overall government contract is expected to have approximately a 30-day period of performance, so turnaround time and availability will be important. PAID TEST DRAWING Before committing the full project to a contractor or drafting team, I may select one or more qualified candidates to complete a paid sample/test drawing. The purpose of the test will be to evaluate: * Drawing accuracy * CAD organization * Layer structure * Text/dimension quality * Overall quality * Production speed * Communication * Estimated cost per completed sheet SUBCONTRACTOR / TAX DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT This work will be performed as an independent subcontractor and not as an employee of my company. For U.S.-based contractors, I will need appropriate contractor information for my business records and any required IRS Form 1099 reporting. If selected, you must be willing to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before beginning the full subcontract. The W-9 generally provides the information I need for contractor reporting, including: * Legal name * Business name, if applicable * Federal tax classification * Business/mailing address * Taxpayer Identification Number (SSN or EIN) * Certification/signature PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR SSN, EIN, OR OTHER sensitive tax information through the initial Upwork proposal/message. I will establish an appropriate method for collecting required tax documentation from the contractor who is ultimately selected. If you are located outside the United States, please identify your country in your response. Different tax documentation may apply. WHEN RESPONDING, PLEASE PROVIDE: 1. Your hourly rate 2. Your estimated price per completed drawing, if possible 3. Examples of similar scanned/raster-to-CAD drawing recreation work 4. Number of years of AutoCAD experience 5. AutoCAD version(s) you currently use 6. Estimated number of drawings you could complete per day/week 7. Whether you work independently or have a drafting team 8. Your availability during August/September 2026 9. Your city/state and country 10. Your time zone 11. Whether you operate as an individual/sole proprietor or through a business/company 12. Whether you can provide a completed W-9 if you are a U.S. contractor 13. Whether you carry any business/professional liability insurance 14. Whether you would be willing to sign a subcontractor agreement, confidentiality agreement/NDA, and any government-contract flow-down requirements that may apply LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY I am building a network of dependable CAD subcontractors for engineering, geospatial, surveying, and government-contract work. This project could lead to additional ongoing drafting and CAD subcontracting opportunities for contractors who provide accurate work, communicate well, and meet deadlines.

We need high-quality 3D images of three card packs based on reference photos. Please include similar product-rendering examples. More ongoing 3D work may follow if the project goes well. ========================================= "## The pack (3D model) - Original foil booster pack (we give the logo art — no Pokémon/licensed art). - Real foil material: shiny wrapper, seam edges, embossed logo. - Built so it can actually tear open at the top (separate wrapper + tear strip + inner cards). ## The animations (3 clips on that pack) 1. Intro — the pack spins/rotates in and lands on screen. 2. Idle — gently floats while it sits there. 3. Tear open — the top rips off (real foil crinkle), and the cards rise out. ## The cards (fix the "clunky" look) Our cards look flat right now. We want them to feel like real foil cards. - Give us the art layers + maps (foil/holo, depth, normal) so we make them shine and tilt in 3D. - One example of the "pop-out" card (subject breaks out of the frame) — as layered art + a depth map. ## Reveal effects (small) - A legendary flash / sparkle burst for rare pulls, as transparent PNG sprite sheets. this is what we need from motion desginer and if u land on someone let me communicate with them" This is what my web developer says we need ! Can we do this to the spec of the pokemon app I have previously sent ?? If so can you link your closest example if you have one! The app we are using as a inspiration is https://tcgpocket.pokemon.com/en-us/
