We have full house plans for a 3500 sq ft custom post and beam / stick build hybrid house and a nearby 1000 sq ft ADU with 3 car garage under it. Especially with post and beam, the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC need to be planned. In addition, we would like to do a bit of external rendering and interior placement of furniture, light switches, ceiling fans etc., to make sure it all works. I am an engineer and have reasonable building skills and will give written guidance (marketed up 2D plans in PowerPoint). We are looking to get that converted to a fairly simple MEP plan that the builder and his subs can work from, so we do not have any major miscommunications.

VIA Productions is making a short animated training demo built around a NOTIONAL turboprop engine. We already have a licensed sectioned engine model as the base. You add the parts that act — a fuel-nozzle assembly (nozzle/sheath/seal), boss/flange, and related hardware — as separable named solids, shade and light them to a locked look, then animate nine short procedural scenes (~90 seconds: part extractions, insertions, explodes, camera moves) from our approved animatic on a locked 30 fps grid. We render, composite, and do all graphics. START: the week of August 10 — we are screening and contracting in the next few days. Working windows agreed at kickoff; incremental delivery. WHAT MAKES IT SPECIFIC - SEPARABILITY: every new part is its own named, complete, closed manifold solid with a specified origin — including geometry hidden when assembled. Parts get pulled out of the assembly on camera. - DOCUMENTATION LOOK, NOT HERO: achromatic machined metal, low contrast, dark neutral field — and it must read as real hardware (bevelled edges, machined shoulders, structural wall thickness). HARD REQUIREMENTS — apply only if all four are a yes 1. RIGHTS: work-for-hire with full assignment, or a perpetual worldwide sublicensable buyout including government use. 2. ORIGINAL WORK ONLY: no purchased models, kitbash packs, scans, or marketplace assets in your deliverables. (The base model is ours and licensed — you build onto it, you don't copy from it.) 3. NO GENERATIVE AI anywhere in the pipeline; any AI assistance must be disclosed. 4. NOTIONAL ONLY: nothing modeled from any real engine's drawings, CAD, manuals, or photos. PROCESS: short paid screening exercise in the next few days (separate contract, paid regardless of outcome) → contract + 30-min kickoff → build → animate. Blender 4.5 strongly preferred; Maya/Max/C4D possible with a proven clean FBX/USD round-trip. TO APPLY: link 2–3 hard-surface MECHANICAL pieces (a wireframe or outliner screenshot is a big plus) and one mechanical ANIMATION example (exploded view, assembly/disassembly — not character work). Start your proposal with the word NOZZLE so we know you read this.

CAD Reverse Engineering – Convert STL Mesh Files into Clean STEP/IGES Parametric Models It is a 3D print Ben 10 watch I need an experienced 3D CAD designer to reverse-engineer and convert a set of STL mesh files into clean, fully editable, parametric STEP files. Key Requirements: True CAD Conversion: Do NOT simply save/export the STL mesh wrapped inside a STEP file as solid triangles. The geometry must be reverse-engineered into true geometric CAD bodies (planes, cylinders, smooth surfaces) so another engineer can easily modify the internal features. Accuracy: Maintain exact dimensions and scale relative to the original STL files. Deliverables: Parametric STEP (.step / .stp) or Fusion 360 (.f3d) files for each part. To Apply: Please briefly confirm that you can reverse-engineer STL meshes into editable solid CAD bodies (not high-poly mesh wrappers) and let me know which software you use (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, DesignX).

We’re looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 / MetaHuman artist to recreate and render four existing AI character concepts as production-ready MetaHumans. The four characters and their visual direction are already defined. We will provide reference portraits for each character, so this is not a character-concept or art-direction project. The goal is to translate the existing designs into technically realistic MetaHuman characters while preserving their identity, age, personality, and overall appearance as closely as possible. The characters should feel natural and premium while remaining clearly achievable within a real-time Unreal Engine 5 / MetaHuman pipeline. We specifically want to avoid overly perfect, glossy, cinematic, or generic “AI-generated” characters. Scope For each of the 4 characters, we need: * MetaHuman character creation/customization based on our references * Face, skin, hair/groom, and wardrobe matched as closely as technically feasible * Natural facial asymmetry and believable imperfections * Light, minimal environment and enterprise-appropriate lighting * Hero/front portrait * Three-quarter portrait * Active-listening expression * Neutral/resting expression * High-quality final renders from Unreal Engine 5 * Editable/source MetaHuman + Unreal project files The characters include three female personas and one male persona, with different ages, ethnicities, hairstyles, and facial characteristics. Ideal Experience We’re looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5, MetaHuman Creator, MetaHuman Animator, facial customization, hair/grooms, materials, lighting, and realistic character rendering. Please include examples of MetaHumans you have personally created or customized. MetaHuman-specific portfolio work is important for this project. This is a focused initial engagement for four characters, with potential for additional work involving facial animation, expressions, lip-sync, and real-time product integration if the first phase goes well.
