About Health Monitor Network Health Monitor Network is a targeted healthcare marketing platform that connects patients and healthcare professionals at every point of care — the waiting room, the exam room, the home, and on the go. We reach 450,000+ physicians and HCPs across 250,000+ medical offices, and a patient audience of 20M+, delivering trusted, specialty-specific educational content produced by our in-house editorial team and Medical Advisory Board. Our portfolio spans patient (DTC), HCP, and OTC solutions — point-of-care screens, print and digital patient guides, HCP omnichannel engagement, podcasts, and video. The market around us is moving quickly: check-in and intake data, retail media networks, digital out-of-home, connected TV, and AI-driven engagement are all reshaping what pharma marketers expect from a point-of-care partner. This role exists to help us get ahead of that. The Opportunity SVP of New Product Development is building the next generation of Health Monitor products some built in-house, some through partnerships, all of them aimed at expanding what we can offer pharma and OTC brands beyond our current portfolio. There is an active pipeline of concepts under evaluation, spanning new data assets, AI-enabled engagement layers, and new media formats. We are looking for a contract Product Manager to be the operating partner on that pipeline: the person who keeps the work moving on schedule, turns strategic direction into defined and documented products, and produces the artifacts specs, one-pagers, positioning, sell sheets that let a concept be evaluated, approved, sold, and built. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. There is no team to manage. There is a lot to build. What You'll Do Product Management — define and document the products • Take an early-stage concept and develop it into a defined product: the problem it solves, who buys it, what it includes, and why it wins. • Features and requirements: write the product definition feature set, MVP scope, phasing, user flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria — in a form both a build partner and an internal team can execute against. • Value propositions: articulate the customer-facing value for each product and each audience (pharma brand teams, agencies, HCPs, patients), grounded in a clear view of the competitive set. • Business case: assemble the inputs — market sizing, pricing and packaging options, build-versus-buy analysis, effort and cost estimates — into a recommendation the SVP can bring forward for approval. • Conduct the supporting research: competitive scans, category trends, customer and internal stakeholder interviews, and readouts that end in a recommendation. • Maintain the product idea pipeline — keeping the working list current, prioritized, and decision-ready. • Identify and evaluate potential technology, data, and content partners; run structured comparisons against defined criteria. • Serve as day-to-day contact for partner and vendor conversations — discovery calls, demos, capability reviews, pilots, and integration planning. Product Marketing — produce the material that sells it • Draft the go-to-market materials for new products: positioning and messaging frameworks, sell sheets, one-pagers, sales decks, FAQs, and internal enablement guides. • Work with editorial, creative, and design to bring materials to a finished, on-brand state. • Translate technical or data-heavy capabilities into language a brand manager or agency planner immediately understands. • Partner with sales to pressure-test messaging against real client conversations and to support early pitches. How We Work Together The SVP sets direction, priorities, and the guardrails. Within those, you run. You should be comfortable being handed a concept and a deadline and coming back with a structured plan, a first draft, and the three questions that actually need a decision — rather than waiting to be told the next step. The strategic frame is set; the value you bring is turning it into defined, documented, sellable products faster and more thoroughly than it could be done otherwise. What You Bring Required • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. • 5–7 years in product management, product marketing, or product-led program management — including direct experience taking a product from concept through definition to launch. • Demonstrated project management ability: you hold a multi-workstream timeline in your head and on paper, and things you own hit their dates. • Excellent written communication. This role is measured substantially in documents — specs, briefs, business cases, positioning, sell sheets — and they need to be clear, well-organized, and near-final on first pass. • Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine self-starter disposition: you build the structure when none exists yet. • Strong stakeholder skills — credible with executives, effective with sales, and patient with technical and creative partners. • Analytical fluency: you can size a market, model simple pricing scenarios, and build a defensible business case. • Able to work on a hybrid schedule from our Montvale, NJ headquarters. Preferred • AIPMM Certified Product Manager • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or pharma marketing — point-of-care media, HCP engagement, patient education, or EHR/practice-workflow platforms especially valuable. • Background in B2B media, adtech, or data products — audience targeting, programmatic, DOOH/CTV, retail or health media networks. • Familiarity with pharma marketing constraints: MLR review, adverse-event handling, HIPAA-adjacent data practices. • Experience evaluating and standing up technology or data partnerships, including build-versus-buy analysis. • Working knowledge of applied AI in a content or engagement product context. • Prior contract or consulting experience — you ramp fast and produce early. What Success Looks Like First 30 days — You know the portfolio, the competitive set, and the active pipeline. You've met the internal stakeholders each product depends on, and you've established the tracking system and working cadence we'll use going forward. By 60 days — Priority concepts have a documented product definition and a timeline with owners and dates. Partner evaluations are underway with clear criteria. The SVP has current status without having to ask for it. By 90 days — At least one product is defined end to end — features, value proposition, business case, partner path, and a first set of marketing materials — and is ready to go in front of leadership or in front of a client. Ongoing — Milestones are met. Documentation is current and trusted. Sales has material they can actually use. Fewer things need the SVP's hands to move forward. To Apply Please submit a resume along with a brief note on a product you defined and documented from concept through launch — what you owned, what you produced, and how it landed. Writing samples are welcome and encouraged: a spec, a positioning brief, a business case, or a sell sheet you wrote.

Reviewing our Xero organization, chart of accounts, tracking categories, and current bookkeeping procedures. 2. Confirming that transactions are being recorded using proper accrual-accounting principles. 3. Reconciling all bank, credit card, loan, and payment-processing accounts. 4. Reviewing accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, fixed assets, and deferred revenue. 5. Confirming that restricted funding and program expenses are being properly tracked. 6. Identifying errors, missing documentation, and recommended corrections. 7. Establishing a dependable monthly closing and reporting process. ## Deliverables * Fully reconciled Xero accounts each month * Accurate and up-to-date general ledger * Completed month-end close by an agreed-upon deadline * Monthly accrual and adjusting journal entries * Monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports * Accurate tracking of restricted and unrestricted funds * Organized supporting documentation * A list of outstanding issues, questions, or recommended corrective actions * Audit-ready records at the end of the fiscal year ## Schedule and Engagement * Ongoing, part-time freelance engagement * Work will be completed remotely * Estimated hours will depend on transaction volume and the condition of the current books * The bookkeeper must be available for periodic video or telephone meetings * Please provide your hourly rate and expected availability ## To Apply Please include the following information in your proposal: 1. Describe your experience using Xero. 2. Describe your experience with accrual-basis accounting. 3. Have you previously worked with nonprofit organizations? If so, describe the type of work you performed. 4. Explain how you track restricted grants and donations in Xero. 5. Describe your month-end closing process. 6. Are you comfortable preparing and posting adjusting journal entries? 7. What financial reports do you normally provide to nonprofit leadership? 8. Are you a Xero Certified Advisor or do you hold any accounting certifications? 9. Approximately how many hours would you need to review and clean up an existing Xero account? 10. What is your hourly rate and weekly availability? Please begin your proposal with the words “NONPROFIT XERO” so we know you carefully reviewed the job description.

Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Telehealth Weight Loss & Wellness Brand I am looking for a creative, reliable, and strategic freelance social media manager/content creator to help grow the online presence of my telehealth healthcare brand. My business is a cash-pay virtual healthcare practice focused on medical weight management, metabolic health, wellness support, and select primary care services. I currently see patients virtually in Florida, Iowa, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut. My goal is to help patients feel educated, supported, and empowered in their health journey, especially those who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or confused about weight loss, metabolic health, GLP-1 medications, labs, and sustainable wellness plans. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and want my social media presence to feel trustworthy, educational, approachable, polished, and relatable. I am 100% comfortable being the face of the brand, but I also want a mix of faceless educational content, carousels, short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and branded graphics. **What I Need Help With** I am looking for someone who can help with social media strategy, content creation, and brand growth across Instagram and TikTok, with possible repurposing for Threads and Facebook. The main goal is to increase visibility, build trust with my ideal patients, and help convert interested followers into booked weight loss consults. Specific responsibilities may include: * Creating a monthly social media content calendar * Designing Instagram carousels, quote posts, educational graphics, and promotional posts * Helping create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok * Writing captions that sound natural, engaging, and not overly “AI-generated” * Creating hooks and content ideas for videos * Repurposing longer educational topics into multiple pieces of content * Helping promote my free Weight Loss Fit Call * Helping develop content that educates patients about weight loss, metabolic health, GLP-1 medications, labs, and wellness support * Creating content that clearly highlights the states where I can see patients: FL, IA, VA, CO, and CT * Helping improve brand visibility and engagement online * Creating content that aligns with my brand colors and tone * Tracking basic content performance and helping identify what is working **My Ideal Patient Audience** My ideal patients are adults who are interested in medical weight management, metabolic health support, GLP-1 education, lab review, and wellness planning. Many may feel frustrated by weight gain, confused by conflicting health information, or dismissed by traditional healthcare experiences. I want my content to feel validating, educational, and empowering while still being clinically responsible. **Brand Voice** The brand voice should feel: * Warm * Trustworthy * Professional * Relatable * Educational * Patient-centered * Empowering * Modern and polished * Not judgmental * Not fear-based * Not gimmicky I do not want content that feels like generic weight loss marketing. I want the brand to feel like it is coming from a knowledgeable clinician who genuinely cares about patient advocacy and helping people understand their health. **Important Healthcare Marketing Considerations** Because this is a healthcare brand, I need someone who understands or is willing to follow basic healthcare marketing boundaries. Content should avoid unrealistic claims, guaranteed results, body-shaming language, or misleading statements about medications. GLP-1 content should be educational and compliant, with language such as “when clinically appropriate” rather than making medication promises. **Examples of Content I Want to Create** Topics may include: * Why weight loss is not just about willpower * What to ask before starting a GLP-1 * Signs your weight loss plan may need medical support * What happens during a virtual weight loss visit * How metabolic health affects weight * Why labs matter in weight management * How to prepare for a weight loss visit * Common myths about weight loss medications * Patient advocacy and feeling dismissed in healthcare * Behind-the-scenes content of building a virtual telehealth practice * Educational carousels about insulin resistance, cravings, PCOS, prediabetes, and sustainable weight loss **Platforms** Primary platforms: * Instagram * TikTok Secondary platforms: * Threads * Facebook **Deliverables** I would like help with some or all of the following: * 12 to 20 pieces of content per month - 4 to 8 short-form video edits per month - 4 to 8 educational carousels per month * Caption writing * Hashtag suggestions * Content calendar planning * Branded Canva templates * Basic analytics review * Suggestions to improve engagement and bookings **What I Am Looking For in a Freelancer** The ideal freelancer should have experience with: * Social media management * Instagram and TikTok content creation * Short-form video editing * Canva or similar design tools * Caption writing * Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or medical brands * Creating educational content that still feels engaging * Helping small businesses grow organically **Bonus if you have experience working with telehealth practices, nurse practitioners, wellness brands, weight loss clinics, or medical aesthetics/women’s health brands. I am looking for someone creative, organized, consistent, and able to help me build a strong brand presence that attracts the right patients and supports long-term growth.

We have a working company-funded prototype that currently demonstrates: - Read-only technical-manual ingestion - PDF text extraction and OCR - Page-level evidence retrieval - Exact source and page citations - Manual-page image presentation - Maintenance-manual, parts-catalog, wiring-diagram, and overhaul-manual search - Role-based technician, QA, parts, and administrator workflows - Source-file hashing and provenance - A separate administrator-only S1000D Issue 6 validation laboratory - API, retrieval, frontend, and regression testing - Safety controls preventing invented procedures, invented part numbers, or return-to-service authorization The existing prototype is research and demonstration software. It has not been approved by the Navy, does not currently claim Navy BREX compliance, and has not been integrated with a designated NAVAIR production environment. We are looking for an experienced S1000D and NAVAIR technical-data specialist who can help us define a credible and technically correct integration path. IMPORTANT: INITIAL ASSIGNMENT ONLY The first contract is a limited, paid technical assessment. The selected consultant will review our existing software, architecture, technical documentation, test evidence, and proposed Navy integration plan. The consultant will then provide recommendations describing what must be changed, added, validated, or documented before the software could be considered ready for integration with a NAVAIR technical-publication environment. The initial assignment does not require the consultant to: - Rewrite the software - Perform full Navy integration - Access a Navy network - Access classified information - Access Controlled Unclassified Information - Convert operational Navy technical manuals - Certify the software for Navy use - Represent that Government acceptance has been achieved - Commit to future work before a Phase II award All initial-review materials will be public, historical, synthetic, or company-generated demonstration data. INITIAL ASSESSMENT OBJECTIVES The consultant will evaluate the prototype’s readiness to support an agnostic technical-publication viewer capable of handling the formats and data structures identified by the Navy. The review should address: 1. S1000D architecture - S1000D Issue 3.0, Issue 4.0, and later-issue considerations - Data modules and Data Module Codes - Publication modules - BREX and project-specific business rules - Applicability structures and cross-reference tables - Common Source Database relationships - Procedural, descriptive, fault, parts, and wiring information - References between modules and external publications - Version-specific schema, DTD, and mapping requirements 2. Multi-format viewer requirements The Navy Q&A indicates that the desired solution is an agnostic viewer capable of reading or ingesting multiple technical-publication formats. The consultant should assess our proposed approach for: - S1000D - MIL-STD-3001 XML - PDF and scanned PDF - `.nci` files - OEM or COTS technical-publication formats - Other SGML, XML, raster, or legacy technical-data formats that may reasonably be encountered 4. Graphics and illustrated technical data - Raster and vector graphics - CGM files - Information Control Numbers - Hotspots - Figure and sheet relationships - Illustrated parts breakdowns - Parts-list and figure relationships - Wiring diagrams - Missing-asset detection - Graphic-reference validation - Graphic adjudication and rendering 5. Data rights and markings - Distribution statements - Disposal markings - Rights assertions - DFARS markings - Source-to-output marking preservation - Object-level and package-level provenance - Requirements that should be treated as mandatory acceptance gates - Handling requirements for future ITAR/EAR-controlled or CUI technical data 6. Validation and acceptance - XML, XSD, DTD, and BREX validation - Reference validation - Applicability validation - Graphics and ICN validation - Procedural-order validation - Warning and caution preservation - Defect classification and severity - Error-detection and correction workflow - Human adjudication - Gold-standard datasets - Recommended measures for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and residual error - Evidence needed to distinguish technical feasibility from Navy acceptance 7. Search and information retrieval - Search across heterogeneous technical-publication formats - Task and system identification - Applicability-aware retrieval - Complete-task and complete-page coverage - Typographical-error recovery - Parts, figures, and wiring relationships - Source citations - Retrieval-confidence reporting - Prevention of unsupported or invented maintenance information - Human-review and authorization gates 8. COTS/GOTS and downstream integration - Interface-neutral XML or JSON task packages - Future integration with Government or commercial systems - Ordered procedural steps - Warnings, cautions, and notes - Tools, materials, parts, and figures - Applicability predicates - Media and hotspot references - Offline or disconnected operation - Output suitable for later XR-headset or tablet presentation within an AR environment - Clear separation between data presentation and maintenance authority INITIAL DELIVERABLES The initial contract should produce: 1. Prototype review Review the existing application demonstration, architecture summary, relevant source-code organization, APIs, S1000D laboratory, data model, provenance controls, and test evidence. 2. Written integration-readiness assessment Provide a concise written report identifying: - Capabilities already demonstrated - Technical deficiencies - Unsupported assumptions - Missing S1000D structures - Missing NAVAIR requirements - Viewer and interface gaps - BREX and business-rule gaps - Graphics and reference-handling gaps - Data-rights and cybersecurity concerns - Validation and testing gaps - Items that must remain Government-furnished or TBD 3. Prioritized recommendations Classify recommendations as: - Critical before Phase I submission - Recommended for the Phase I prototype - Required during Phase II - Dependent on Government-furnished information - Dependent on a designated NAVAIR viewer or interface - Future Phase III capability 4. Integration roadmap Provide a practical roadmap showing how the current prototype could evolve toward: - A Navy-aligned agnostic viewer - S1000D and Navy BREX support - MIL-STD-3001 XML support - PDF, `.nci`, and COTS/OEM ingestion - Graphics and ICN rendering - NAVAIR technical-publication integration - Automated validation - Controlled search and retrieval - COTS/GOTS output - AR/XR-ready task-data output 5. Consultation meeting Participate in one remote working session to explain findings, answer questions, and help WMAIR prioritize the next development activities. INITIAL ASSESSMENT HOURS Expected initial effort: approximately 4-9 hours. A proposed allocation is: - Software demonstration and kickoff: 1–2 hours - Architecture and documentation review: 1-2 hours - S1000D/NAVAIR gap analysis: 1-2 hours - Written recommendations: 1–2 hours - Final review meeting: approximately 1 hour Applicants may recommend a different allocation, but this first contract must remain a focused assessment. It is not a complete system-integration engagement. CONDITIONAL PHASE II OPPORTUNITY If WMAIR receives a Navy Phase II award and the consultant’s initial work is successful, WMAIR intends to consider the consultant for a substantially larger follow-on role. No Phase II work, minimum number of hours, or continued engagement is guaranteed. BnTConsulting LLC d/b/a LocalLoop is preparing to launch an online fundraising platform that connects IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with food vendors. We are looking for an experienced CPA or tax advisor to review our business and transaction model before commercial launch and provide clear guidance regarding our federal, Colorado, sales-tax, accounting, and information-reporting responsibilities. This is an advisory engagement, not bookkeeping, tax-return preparation, or a technical review of the application. We will provide a detailed description of the business model, transaction flow, payment structure, and operating procedures. HOW LOCALLOOP WORKS LocalLoop provides the technology and administrative infrastructure for online fundraising campaigns. 1) Only organizations recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to conduct fundraisers through LocalLoop. 2) Organizations must provide documentation confirming their 501(c)(3) status before being approved. 3) Each organization operates an online fundraising storefront through the LocalLoop platform. 4) Supporters purchase food products through that organization's fundraiser. 5) Products are supplied by independent food vendors. 6) Vendors fulfill consolidated fundraiser orders to the organization. 7) The organization handles final distribution of products to its supporters. 8) LocalLoop does not manufacture, warehouse, take possession of, ship, or physically distribute products. 9) LocalLoop provides storefront software, transaction processing, order records, reporting, and vendor coordination support. 10) Our intended structure treats the participating nonprofit organization as the seller of record, with LocalLoop acting as the technology and transaction facilitator. 11) Transaction proceeds are allocated among the nonprofit organization, food vendor, payment-processing costs, and LocalLoop's platform revenue. 12) LocalLoop is initially operating in Colorado, primarily in the Denver Metro area and Boulder corridor. AREAS WE NEED REVIEWED 1) SELLER-OF-RECORD STRUCTURE Review whether treating the participating 501(c)(3) organization as the seller of record is appropriate from a tax and accounting perspective and identify any changes needed to support that structure. 2) COLORADO NONPROFIT FUNDRAISING SALES-TAX TREATMENT Confirm how Colorado's sales-tax rules and exemptions for qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations apply to fundraising product sales conducted through LocalLoop. 3) COLORADO ANNUAL SALES THRESHOLD We understand Colorado has an annual threshold affecting the sales-tax treatment of certain qualifying charitable sales. We need the advisor to confirm: a) How the applicable threshold is calculated. b) Which sales or proceeds count toward it. c) What happens if an organization crosses the threshold during the calendar year. d) What happens if the threshold is crossed during an active LocalLoop fundraiser. e) Whether sales before and after the threshold is reached receive different treatment. A significant operational issue is that LocalLoop may not know about fundraising or sales activity conducted by an organization outside our platform. We therefore need guidance regarding: a) What LocalLoop should reasonably require an organization to certify or disclose. b) Whether the organization is responsible for monitoring its own annual qualifying sales. c) What procedures LocalLoop should establish when an organization approaches or exceeds the applicable threshold. d) What tax responsibilities remain with the organization and what, if any, responsibilities shift to LocalLoop. We do not intend to terminate an active fundraiser simply because an organization reaches an annual sales threshold. We need a compliant process for handling that situation. 4) MARKETPLACE FACILITATOR ANALYSIS Determine whether LocalLoop's operation of the online storefront, transaction infrastructure, and payment flow could cause BnTConsulting LLC / LocalLoop to qualify as a marketplace facilitator under Colorado law. If so, identify the resulting: a) Sales-tax collection responsibilities. b) Registration requirements. c) Remittance requirements. d) Reporting requirements. e) Recordkeeping requirements. We specifically want to understand how marketplace-facilitator rules interact with transactions where the seller is a qualifying 501(c)(3) organization. 5) STATE AND LOCAL SALES TAX Identify material differences between Colorado state sales-tax requirements, state-administered local jurisdictions, and home-rule jurisdictions that could affect this business model. We want to understand what LocalLoop reasonably needs to manage at the platform level versus what remains the responsibility of the participating nonprofit. 6) ACCOUNTING AND REVENUE TREATMENT Advise how BnTConsulting LLC should account for money moving through LocalLoop, including: a) LocalLoop's platform revenue. b) Amounts belonging to the nonprofit organization. c) Amounts payable to food vendors. d) Payment-processing fees. e) Other pass-through amounts. We specifically want to ensure that LocalLoop's gross business revenue is not improperly represented by funds that economically belong to organizations or vendors. 7) FEDERAL AND STATE INFORMATION REPORTING Determine whether BnTConsulting LLC has information-reporting obligations involving participating nonprofit organizations or vendors, including any applicable: a) 1099 reporting. b) Vendor reporting. c) Payment reporting. d) Federal requirements. e) Colorado requirements. We also want to understand how third-party payment processor reporting interacts with LocalLoop's own reporting responsibilities. 8) REGISTRATIONS AND PRE-LAUNCH REQUIREMENTS Identify tax registrations, accounts, elections, documentation, filings, or procedures BnTConsulting LLC should have in place before LocalLoop begins commercial operations. 9) ORGANIZATION DOCUMENTATION Advise what tax-related documentation LocalLoop should obtain and retain from participating 501(c)(3) organizations in addition to verification of their IRS tax-exempt status. We are particularly interested in establishing a simple, defensible onboarding process rather than making tax determinations on behalf of participating organizations. 10) ISSUES REQUIRING LEGAL COUNSEL Identify any elements of the model that should be reviewed separately by a business, nonprofit, payments, or tax attorney rather than addressed solely through CPA guidance. INITIAL DELIVERABLES For the initial engagement, we are looking for: 1) Review of our written business and transaction model. 2) Consultation with the founder to clarify the operating structure. 3) Analysis of the major tax and accounting issues described above. 4) Identification of material risks or required structural changes. 5) Clear guidance regarding LocalLoop's responsibilities versus those of participating 501(c)(3) organizations. 6) A concise written summary of findings and recommended actions. 7) Identification of any questions that require separate legal counsel. We are not asking the advisor to audit our website, review application code, perform bookkeeping, or prepare tax returns. IDEAL BACKGROUND We are particularly interested in a CPA or tax professional with experience in several of the following areas: 1) Colorado sales tax. 2) 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. 3) Charitable fundraising. 4) Marketplace facilitator rules. 5) Online marketplaces or platforms. 6) E-commerce. 7) Multi-party payment structures. 8) Revenue recognition. 9) Tax planning and advisory. 10) SaaS or transaction-based businesses. Experience with Stripe or similar payment-processing platforms is useful but not required. ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE This is initially a small, focused advisory engagement. We expect the initial review and consultation to require approximately 2 to 4 hours. Any significant additional research or advisory work would be discussed and approved separately. There may be an opportunity for occasional fractional tax advisory work as LocalLoop grows, but we are not currently seeking ongoing bookkeeping or tax-return preparation services.

We're a small US company with a hardware + app product line. We work with an outside development agency for our software, and we're looking for one reliable, hands-on tech generalist to manage our IT operations on an ongoing part-time basis — roughly 5–10 hours per month, with room to grow. What you'd own: Company accounts and credentials: cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), GitHub, Microsoft 365, email services, domain/DNS, Apple and Google developer accounts — keeping them organized, secured, and documented Access management: setting up and revoking access for contractors, keeping two-factor authentication on everywhere, maintaining a simple record of who can touch what Routine IT support for the owner (account setup, mailbox issues, small fixes) Light coordination with our development agency on technical logistics (repo access, deployments, release accounts) Being reachable within a reasonable window when something breaks The first month is a defined project: complete an inventory of all company accounts and who holds access, verify recovery paths on each, enable two-factor everywhere, and document it all in plain English. That's the audition — do it carefully and the ongoing retainer follows. How we work (please read before applying — these are firm): Every account and service is registered to company-owned emails. Nothing gets created under personal accounts. All access is named: we know exactly which person holds what, and access is individually revocable. Credentials are never sent in chat or email — we use a password manager. You document as you go, in plain English a non-technical owner can follow. If those rules sound like how you already work, we'll get along great. You're a fit if you have: a sysadmin, IT support, or DevOps background; experience working directly for a small-business owner (not just inside a big IT department); patience explaining technical things simply; and comfort with GitHub, Microsoft 365 admin, and DNS basics. Experience coordinating with outside development agencies is a plus. To apply: in your first line, tell me the single most important thing a small company should do to make sure it never loses access to its own accounts. Then briefly describe a time you managed accounts/credentials for someone else's business.
