INVOICES, PAYMENTS & CREDIT The platform should include basic B2B accounts receivable functionality, including: • Multiple configurable payment terms • Invoice tracking • Outstanding balances • Payment status • Payment history • Partial payment tracking • Customer credit limits • Available credit information • Past-due invoice visibility • Basic company-wide A/R reporting This phase does not require the platform itself to process or hold customer funds. WEB & MOBILE APPLICATIONS The system should include: • Responsive web platform • iOS application • Android application • Shared backend and database across web and mobile • Shared authentication and account information • Consistent orders, invoices, products, and customer information across all platforms Both retail customers and sales representatives must be able to use the mobile applications, with functionality and permissions appropriate to their account type. DATA MIGRATION We currently have existing business data that will need to be migrated into the new platform. This may include: • Products and SKUs • Customer accounts • Customer-specific pricing • Order history • Invoice balances • Payment terms The selected engineer should be comfortable working with structured exports and migrating existing business data into the new system. LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT This initial build is the foundation of a larger platform. We expect to continue adding functionality, integrations, automation, and additional business workflows after launch. For this reason, clean architecture, scalability, documentation, and maintainability are very important. We would strongly prefer to work with an engineer who is interested in remaining involved after launch under a fixed monthly maintenance/development arrangement. The source-code repository, cloud infrastructure, domain, Apple Developer account, and Google Play account will be controlled by our company. The selected engineer will receive the access necessary to develop, deploy, and maintain the platform. If your proposed solution relies on pre-existing proprietary code, frameworks, libraries, or other technology that you own and that could restrict our ability to independently operate, modify, or maintain the platform in the future, this must be clearly disclosed before the project begins. We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace Administrator to audit, secure, and structure our Google Workspace setup. Key immediate priorities include evaluating domain security settings, ensuring complete company ownership of all Drive assets, reconfiguring role-based permissions, setting up Google Vault, and refining current onboarding/offboarding workflows. In this role, you will report directly to the IT Director. Key Responsibilities: Access Control & Permissions: Refine current Organizational Units (OUs), or Groups, to restrict access to sensitive data (e.g., Accounting, HR) to authorized personnel only. Shared Drive Architecture: Reconfigure file management to transition from company-wide access level to data within Shared Drives, ensuring OU access levels are followed on existing files and folders. Onboarding & Offboarding Workflows: Audit our existing documentation and build a secure, streamlined, and repeatable protocol that could be executed by multiple team members with non-technical backgrounds. Security & Workspace Audit: Review current domain settings, user permissions, external sharing rules, and security controls; provide recommendations for immediate security risk mitigation. AI Best Practices: Review our current settings companywide, and suggest any limitations on access to data by the application or by the user, with the main focus on the security of client-owned data, as well as our own data. We're building PRISM, a governed financial-crime platform for banks, already live with a banking client on Google Cloud. We want to formalize and grow that relationship with Google Cloud directly. The job involves enrolling us in Google Cloud Partner Advantage, getting PRISM listed on Marketplace, building a relationship with Google Cloud's ISV / Marketplace GTM team, and pursuing a financial-services co-sell designation. Help position our consumption-commitment and co-sell economics. We're looking for someone with prior experience inside a hyperscaler partner org, who knows the real mechanics: private offers, commitment drawdown, co-sell pipeline, and is comfortable working independently, part-time (~8–12 hrs/week).
