About Health Monitor Network Health Monitor Network is a targeted healthcare marketing platform that connects patients and healthcare professionals at every point of care — the waiting room, the exam room, the home, and on the go. We reach 450,000+ physicians and HCPs across 250,000+ medical offices, and a patient audience of 20M+, delivering trusted, specialty-specific educational content produced by our in-house editorial team and Medical Advisory Board. Our portfolio spans patient (DTC), HCP, and OTC solutions — point-of-care screens, print and digital patient guides, HCP omnichannel engagement, podcasts, and video. The market around us is moving quickly: check-in and intake data, retail media networks, digital out-of-home, connected TV, and AI-driven engagement are all reshaping what pharma marketers expect from a point-of-care partner. This role exists to help us get ahead of that. The Opportunity SVP of New Product Development is building the next generation of Health Monitor products some built in-house, some through partnerships, all of them aimed at expanding what we can offer pharma and OTC brands beyond our current portfolio. There is an active pipeline of concepts under evaluation, spanning new data assets, AI-enabled engagement layers, and new media formats. We are looking for a contract Product Manager to be the operating partner on that pipeline: the person who keeps the work moving on schedule, turns strategic direction into defined and documented products, and produces the artifacts specs, one-pagers, positioning, sell sheets that let a concept be evaluated, approved, sold, and built. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. There is no team to manage. There is a lot to build. What You'll Do Product Management — define and document the products • Take an early-stage concept and develop it into a defined product: the problem it solves, who buys it, what it includes, and why it wins. • Features and requirements: write the product definition feature set, MVP scope, phasing, user flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria — in a form both a build partner and an internal team can execute against. • Value propositions: articulate the customer-facing value for each product and each audience (pharma brand teams, agencies, HCPs, patients), grounded in a clear view of the competitive set. • Business case: assemble the inputs — market sizing, pricing and packaging options, build-versus-buy analysis, effort and cost estimates — into a recommendation the SVP can bring forward for approval. • Conduct the supporting research: competitive scans, category trends, customer and internal stakeholder interviews, and readouts that end in a recommendation. • Maintain the product idea pipeline — keeping the working list current, prioritized, and decision-ready. • Identify and evaluate potential technology, data, and content partners; run structured comparisons against defined criteria. • Serve as day-to-day contact for partner and vendor conversations — discovery calls, demos, capability reviews, pilots, and integration planning. Product Marketing — produce the material that sells it • Draft the go-to-market materials for new products: positioning and messaging frameworks, sell sheets, one-pagers, sales decks, FAQs, and internal enablement guides. • Work with editorial, creative, and design to bring materials to a finished, on-brand state. • Translate technical or data-heavy capabilities into language a brand manager or agency planner immediately understands. • Partner with sales to pressure-test messaging against real client conversations and to support early pitches. How We Work Together The SVP sets direction, priorities, and the guardrails. Within those, you run. You should be comfortable being handed a concept and a deadline and coming back with a structured plan, a first draft, and the three questions that actually need a decision — rather than waiting to be told the next step. The strategic frame is set; the value you bring is turning it into defined, documented, sellable products faster and more thoroughly than it could be done otherwise. What You Bring Required • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. • 5–7 years in product management, product marketing, or product-led program management — including direct experience taking a product from concept through definition to launch. • Demonstrated project management ability: you hold a multi-workstream timeline in your head and on paper, and things you own hit their dates. • Excellent written communication. This role is measured substantially in documents — specs, briefs, business cases, positioning, sell sheets — and they need to be clear, well-organized, and near-final on first pass. • Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine self-starter disposition: you build the structure when none exists yet. • Strong stakeholder skills — credible with executives, effective with sales, and patient with technical and creative partners. • Analytical fluency: you can size a market, model simple pricing scenarios, and build a defensible business case. • Able to work on a hybrid schedule from our Montvale, NJ headquarters. Preferred • AIPMM Certified Product Manager • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or pharma marketing — point-of-care media, HCP engagement, patient education, or EHR/practice-workflow platforms especially valuable. • Background in B2B media, adtech, or data products — audience targeting, programmatic, DOOH/CTV, retail or health media networks. • Familiarity with pharma marketing constraints: MLR review, adverse-event handling, HIPAA-adjacent data practices. • Experience evaluating and standing up technology or data partnerships, including build-versus-buy analysis. • Working knowledge of applied AI in a content or engagement product context. • Prior contract or consulting experience — you ramp fast and produce early. What Success Looks Like First 30 days — You know the portfolio, the competitive set, and the active pipeline. You've met the internal stakeholders each product depends on, and you've established the tracking system and working cadence we'll use going forward. By 60 days — Priority concepts have a documented product definition and a timeline with owners and dates. Partner evaluations are underway with clear criteria. The SVP has current status without having to ask for it. By 90 days — At least one product is defined end to end — features, value proposition, business case, partner path, and a first set of marketing materials — and is ready to go in front of leadership or in front of a client. Ongoing — Milestones are met. Documentation is current and trusted. Sales has material they can actually use. Fewer things need the SVP's hands to move forward. To Apply Please submit a resume along with a brief note on a product you defined and documented from concept through launch — what you owned, what you produced, and how it landed. Writing samples are welcome and encouraged: a spec, a positioning brief, a business case, or a sell sheet you wrote.

Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Telehealth Weight Loss & Wellness Brand I am looking for a creative, reliable, and strategic freelance social media manager/content creator to help grow the online presence of my telehealth healthcare brand. My business is a cash-pay virtual healthcare practice focused on medical weight management, metabolic health, wellness support, and select primary care services. I currently see patients virtually in Florida, Iowa, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut. My goal is to help patients feel educated, supported, and empowered in their health journey, especially those who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or confused about weight loss, metabolic health, GLP-1 medications, labs, and sustainable wellness plans. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and want my social media presence to feel trustworthy, educational, approachable, polished, and relatable. I am 100% comfortable being the face of the brand, but I also want a mix of faceless educational content, carousels, short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and branded graphics. **What I Need Help With** I am looking for someone who can help with social media strategy, content creation, and brand growth across Instagram and TikTok, with possible repurposing for Threads and Facebook. The main goal is to increase visibility, build trust with my ideal patients, and help convert interested followers into booked weight loss consults. Specific responsibilities may include: * Creating a monthly social media content calendar * Designing Instagram carousels, quote posts, educational graphics, and promotional posts * Helping create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok * Writing captions that sound natural, engaging, and not overly “AI-generated” * Creating hooks and content ideas for videos * Repurposing longer educational topics into multiple pieces of content * Helping promote my free Weight Loss Fit Call * Helping develop content that educates patients about weight loss, metabolic health, GLP-1 medications, labs, and wellness support * Creating content that clearly highlights the states where I can see patients: FL, IA, VA, CO, and CT * Helping improve brand visibility and engagement online * Creating content that aligns with my brand colors and tone * Tracking basic content performance and helping identify what is working **My Ideal Patient Audience** My ideal patients are adults who are interested in medical weight management, metabolic health support, GLP-1 education, lab review, and wellness planning. Many may feel frustrated by weight gain, confused by conflicting health information, or dismissed by traditional healthcare experiences. I want my content to feel validating, educational, and empowering while still being clinically responsible. **Brand Voice** The brand voice should feel: * Warm * Trustworthy * Professional * Relatable * Educational * Patient-centered * Empowering * Modern and polished * Not judgmental * Not fear-based * Not gimmicky I do not want content that feels like generic weight loss marketing. I want the brand to feel like it is coming from a knowledgeable clinician who genuinely cares about patient advocacy and helping people understand their health. **Important Healthcare Marketing Considerations** Because this is a healthcare brand, I need someone who understands or is willing to follow basic healthcare marketing boundaries. Content should avoid unrealistic claims, guaranteed results, body-shaming language, or misleading statements about medications. GLP-1 content should be educational and compliant, with language such as “when clinically appropriate” rather than making medication promises. **Examples of Content I Want to Create** Topics may include: * Why weight loss is not just about willpower * What to ask before starting a GLP-1 * Signs your weight loss plan may need medical support * What happens during a virtual weight loss visit * How metabolic health affects weight * Why labs matter in weight management * How to prepare for a weight loss visit * Common myths about weight loss medications * Patient advocacy and feeling dismissed in healthcare * Behind-the-scenes content of building a virtual telehealth practice * Educational carousels about insulin resistance, cravings, PCOS, prediabetes, and sustainable weight loss **Platforms** Primary platforms: * Instagram * TikTok Secondary platforms: * Threads * Facebook **Deliverables** I would like help with some or all of the following: * 12 to 20 pieces of content per month - 4 to 8 short-form video edits per month - 4 to 8 educational carousels per month * Caption writing * Hashtag suggestions * Content calendar planning * Branded Canva templates * Basic analytics review * Suggestions to improve engagement and bookings **What I Am Looking For in a Freelancer** The ideal freelancer should have experience with: * Social media management * Instagram and TikTok content creation * Short-form video editing * Canva or similar design tools * Caption writing * Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or medical brands * Creating educational content that still feels engaging * Helping small businesses grow organically **Bonus if you have experience working with telehealth practices, nurse practitioners, wellness brands, weight loss clinics, or medical aesthetics/women’s health brands. I am looking for someone creative, organized, consistent, and able to help me build a strong brand presence that attracts the right patients and supports long-term growth.

About Us We're a multi-site behavioral health services company operating clinics in California and Georgia, with approximately 60 employees across five locations. We issue company-owned laptops and iPads to clinical and administrative staff. Our environment: Google Workspace Business Plus for email, identity, and file storage. Our fleet is roughly 3 Windows laptops, 20 MacBooks, and 8 iPads. Because we operate in healthcare, our devices may touch protected health information (PHI), so HIPAA-appropriate safeguards are a requirement, not a nice-to-have. The Problem We are paying for Google Workspace Business Plus, which includes advanced endpoint management — and none of it is configured. There is no enrollment process, no enforced passcodes or disk encryption, no app control, no remote wipe capability, and no reliable visibility into who has which device or what's installed on it. Devices are handed out and tracked informally. We want this built out properly, once, using what we already own wherever possible, with documentation clear enough that our operations and HR staff can maintain it in-house afterward. Scope of Work 1. Assessment and gap analysis Inventory our existing devices and audit our current Google Admin console endpoint management configuration Tell us specifically what Business Plus covers for each device type — Windows, macOS, iPadOS — and what it does not Verify all device-using staff hold Business Plus licenses, since endpoint policies are licensed per user Recommend what, if anything, we need to buy on top of Google to close the remaining gaps, with cost per device or per user. We expect the honest answer may involve a dedicated Apple MDM and an endpoint protection product; make the case either way Confirm Business Associate Agreement coverage for anything you recommend, and verify our Google Workspace BAA has been accepted in our Admin console 2. Google Workspace build-out Configure Google Admin console endpoint management: organizational units by role and location, device approval workflow, and context-aware access where appropriate Enable advanced mobile management and configure the Apple push certificate for our iPads Configure Windows device management and BitLocker policy Set up Apple Business Manager so our iPads can be supervised and future purchases enroll automatically Stand up any supplemental MDM or security tooling identified in step 1, with identity anchored to our Google accounts — we do not want a second directory to maintain 3. Security baseline Enforce disk encryption on laptops (BitLocker on Windows, FileVault on Mac) and confirm encryption is actually active on each machine, not merely configured in a console Enforce device passcodes and screen-lock timeouts across all device types Configure remote lock and full remote wipe Deploy endpoint protection / antivirus Application allow/block controls and restrictions on personal cloud storage or unapproved apps OS patch and update enforcement 4. Application deployment Package and push our standard app set to the correct device groups (list provided after hire; includes clinical data collection and productivity applications) 5. Enrollment of the existing fleet Enroll our currently deployed devices Identify which devices require a wipe and reset to enroll properly, and propose a sequencing plan that minimizes disruption to clinic operations across two time zones 6. Monitoring and reporting Compliance dashboard and alerting for out-of-policy devices Asset inventory report we can reconcile against our HR records 7. Policy, documentation, and handoff Written device use / acceptable use policy suitable for inclusion in our employee handbook Device assignment and return acknowledgment form Standard operating procedures for: issuing a new device, onboarding a new hire, offboarding a departing employee including remote wipe, and responding to a lost or stolen device Live training session (recorded) for our operations and HR staff so we can administer this going forward without ongoing contractor support Deliverables Fully configured endpoint management environment with all existing devices enrolled and reporting compliant Documented security baseline and configuration profiles Written device policy plus assignment and return forms Admin SOP runbook Recorded training session and 30 days of post-launch support for questions Required Experience Hands-on MDM/UEM deployments for small to mid-size organizations — tell us how many and on which platforms Direct, current experience configuring Google Workspace endpoint management on Business Plus, including its real limitations Integrating a third-party MDM with Google Workspace as the identity provider Both Apple (macOS/iPadOS) and Windows management Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment Windows encryption and update enforcement in a Google-identity environment, not Microsoft 365 Experience with HIPAA-regulated or otherwise compliance-sensitive environments Clear written communication — we need documentation a non-technical operations manager can actually follow Nice to Have Prior work with healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site clinical organizations Familiarity with BambooHR for reconciling device assignment against employee records Multi-state operations experience Engagement Details Type: Fixed-price with milestones preferred; open to hourly for the right candidate Timeline: Kickoff within two weeks, initial rollout complete within [4–6] weeks Availability: Some work must align with U.S. Pacific and Eastern business hours to coordinate with clinic staff Please Include in Your Proposal What can we accomplish using only what Business Plus already includes, and where will we genuinely need to add tooling? What are the top three things Google Workspace endpoint management cannot do that we should be aware of? How would you handle our MacBooks specifically? Two or three comparable projects you've completed, with device counts and platforms Any additional per-device or per-user monthly cost your approach would introduce Your fixed-price quote and proposed milestones Your experience with HIPAA safeguards as they apply to endpoint devices Start your proposal with the word "ENROLLED" so we know you read the full posting.
