Illume Anesthesia is a full-service CRNA anesthesia staffing group. We want to formally install EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System, per Traction) across our leadership team. We’re familiar with EOS and have discussed some of its concepts internally, but we have not formally implemented the system. We’re looking for an experienced EOS consultant who can help us properly roll it out, build the core framework with our leadership team, and make sure it is practical and sustainable for our organization. Scope of work — fixed-price installation phase: Assess where we currently are and help us build out the core EOS components, including the Vision/Traction Organizer, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, and Rocks Facilitate a Focus Day or initial EOS implementation session with our leadership team Establish our first formal 90-Day Rocks and Level 10 Meeting rhythm Train our leadership/team leads to independently run L10 meetings and manage the Issues List Deliver a concise written playbook/SOP so the system can continue internally after the initial implementation We are not looking for someone to take over day-to-day operations. The goal is to have an experienced EOS resource guide the initial implementation, help us establish the right structure and disciplines, and then transition ownership of the system to our internal team. Optional next phase (open to discussing after installation): - Quarterly Pulsing sessions to keep Rocks, Scorecard, and the Accountability Chart current - We're open to converting to a recurring quarterly or monthly retainer if the initial installation goes well -- no obligation, but let us know in your proposal if you offer this and roughly what it costs Ideal experience: - Certified EOS Implementer, or extensive hands-on experience personally running EOS/Traction in an operating company (not just familiarity with the book) - Experience with healthcare, medical staffing, or professional services businesses a plus - Comfortable working from an existing partial build rather than a blank-slate installation Engagement details: - Fixed-price project for the initial installation phase, with the option to move to an ongoing retainer afterward - 100% remote -- video calls only - Must be based in the United States - Please note in your proposal: (1) whether you hold EOS Implementer certification, (2) a rough timeline and fixed-price quote for the installation phase, and (3) your rate/format if we move to an ongoing retainer To apply: Share a brief summary of a company where you've personally installed EOS, including team size and how long the system stuck after your engagement ended.

About us We're a boutique pre-owned business-jet brokerage with a small team (4 sales seats). We handle two transaction types: sell-side (brokerage / listings) and buy-side (acquisition). We're on HubSpot and downgrading from Enterprise to **Sales Hub Professional** at year-end, removing Marketing Hub. We need our CRM foundation configured cleanly for how we actually work — not a generic template. Scope of work A focused configuration build on standard objects only (Contacts, Companies, Deals — no custom objects, since we're leaving Enterprise). Our two deal pipelines are already largely built and well-structured. This is consolidation, finishing, and clean reporting — not a rebuild. 1. Pipelines - Consolidate from three pipelines to two: Brokerage (sell-side) and Acquisition (buy-side). - Fold the redundant third pipeline ("Consulting") into a deal Type property and migrate its record(s). - Clean up stage setup and stage-based properties on the two remaining pipelines. 2. Deal structure - Build a clean set of aircraft deal properties: Make/Model, Serial Number, Tail #, Year, Deal Type, Side (Buy/Sell), Fee/Commission. - Set sensible required fields and stage logic. 3. Associations - Establish and document a consistent Contact ↔ Company ↔ Deal association model, with labels (e.g., Owner, Buyer, Broker, Operator), so every deal shows the right people and company, and every contact shows their deals. 4. Contact framework - Create a Contact Type property (Owner / Buyer / Broker / Operator / Vendor-MRO / Other) and a clean lifecycle setup. (Bulk cleanup of existing records is out of scope — see below.) 5. Interface & per-user daily dashboards - Clean up the record layouts. Customize the deal, contact, and company record pages so the fields that matter (aircraft details, deal type, key associations, next step) are front-and-center and unused clutter is hidden. - Build a "Start My Day" home dashboard for each of the 4 users so each person opens HubSpot to a clear view of their day: tasks due and overdue today, today's meetings, their open deals by stage, deals with no recent activity (going stale), and follow-ups due. Set it as each user's default landing view. - Provide a shared set of saved deal/task views the team can reuse. 6. Owner reporting dashboard (for the principal) - Build a single revenue & pipeline dashboard that gives the owner a clear handle on where things stand: - Pipeline value by stage and by pipeline (Brokerage vs Acquisition) - Closed-won revenue by month / quarter / YTD - Win rate, and average deal size + sales-cycle length - Deals closing this month / this quarter - Revenue and open pipeline by owner (rep performance) - New deals created (top-of-funnel activity) - Note: our deal "Amount" field represents our broker fee / commission, not the aircraft price — revenue reporting should be fee-based. 7. Handoff - A short written summary of the structure and dashboards, and a 20–30 minute walkthrough call with our team. Out of scope — do NOT quote for these - Cleanup, deduplication, or typing of our existing ~29,000 contact records (handled internally). - Marketing Hub, custom objects, API/integration work, or automation beyond basic deal logic. Required qualifications - HubSpot-certified admin with a portfolio/references. - Experience with deal-based / SMB sales CRMs (brokerage, real estate, M&A, or similar high-value, low-volume sales). - Fluent in associations, custom properties, pipelines, record layouts, saved views, and dashboards on Sales Hub Professional. - Clear communicator who can work from a spec and show their work. Engagement - Fixed-fee, milestone-based. Target budget: $2,500–$3,000. - Estimated effort: a few days for an expert (the dashboards and views are a quick add, not a separate project). Timeline: ~1–2 weeks. - Suggested milestones: (1) pipeline consolidation + deal properties; (2) associations + contact framework; (3) interface, per-user dashboards, owner reporting dashboard + handoff. To apply, please include - 2–3 examples of HubSpot Sales Hub builds you've delivered (ideally deal-based businesses), including any dashboards. - Your HubSpot certification(s). - One paragraph on how you'd approach our Contact/Company/Deal association model — so we can see you understand the structure, not just the clicks. -Briefly, how would you structure the Contact ↔ Company ↔ Deal associations for a business like ours? -Are you HubSpot certified? Link your profile/portfolio.

About HI-TEX Solutions HI-TEX Solutions is an AWS Select Tier Consulting Partner and SOC 2 Type 2 certified firm based in Selma, Texas. We help small and midsized organizations migrate to AWS and then manage that environment long term with the same senior engineers who built it. No handoff to a different team, no offshore delivery. Our team holds the AWS Server Migration Service Delivery badge and the EC2 for Windows Server Delivery badge. We work with organizations facing two specific pressures: the Windows Server 2016 end of support deadline of January 12, 2027, which is forcing a migration decision, and small IT teams whose cloud adoption has stalled from a lack of internal bandwidth rather than a lack of budget. The Role We are bringing on a part time SDR to manage inbound leads from our AWS partner channel programs, primarily a jointly funded lead generation partnership with a national demand gen provider that delivers a mix of pre qualified appointments, tele qualified leads, and nurture stage marketing leads on a recurring cycle. This is not cold calling from a purchased list. Every lead arrives with context: a partner sourced intake, a defined qualification status, and in some cases a call already logged before it reaches you. You will be the first human touchpoint turning that lead flow into booked discovery calls for our founder and CEO. What you will actually do Triage each incoming lead by status. A lead that already has a meeting scheduled gets prepped and handled differently than one still building interest through an email nurture sequence. Work leads through our CRM (GoHighLevel, also called Growably), updating stage and logging notes so the pipeline stays accurate day to day. Run outbound follow up calls on a defined attempt plan for leads that have engaged but have not booked yet. Send personalized email follow ups. We will give you drafts and messaging frameworks, so you are not writing cold outreach copy from scratch, but you will personalize every send. Send LinkedIn connection requests and light social outreach to prospects manually, within LinkedIn's own platform limits. We do not use browser automation or bots for this, so this is genuinely hands on work. Flag any lead that is ready for a proposal or technical scoping conversation, and hand it off cleanly with full context. Keep our CEO on schedule for every touchpoint rather than letting leads go stale. What this role is not Not a full cycle closing role. You are building and qualifying pipeline, not negotiating or closing contracts. Not a script reading call center job. Every lead has real context you are expected to use. Not an automation or bot operating role. We take LinkedIn and email compliance seriously, and this account represents our CEO personally. Requirements Based in the United States, available during US business hours One or more years of SDR, appointment setting, or inside sales experience, ideally in B2B tech, IT services, or a similarly technical, considered purchase environment Comfortable working inside a CRM daily. GoHighLevel experience is a plus but not required if you have used a comparable pipeline tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. Strong, clear written communication. Direct and professional, no filler phrases or generic "just reaching out" copy. Reliable phone presence. Confident but not pushy on cold and warm calls alike. Comfortable with a growing, evolving process. This is a newer program and the workflow will keep getting refined. Nice to have Familiarity with AWS or general cloud and IT infrastructure concepts. You do not need to be technical, just conversant enough to not lose credibility on a call. Experience working partner sourced or channel funded leads, as opposed to fully self sourced outbound. Prior experience with LinkedIn based social selling done manually and within platform guidelines.

Some people know the sports industry. Others know the people who move within it. I’m looking for a well-connected sports professional who can help me build genuine relationships with athletes, agents, business managers, team executives, sports investors, brand partners, foundation leaders, and other influential people across the professional-sports ecosystem. I’m an entrepreneur and business acquisition professional based in Florida. My goal is to develop a stronger network at the intersection of professional sports, business, investing, philanthropy, media, and private events. This is not a traditional lead-generation or internet-research role. I’m looking for someone who already understands the sports industry, knows how its relationship networks operate, and can help create credible pathways to the right people and opportunities. ## What You’ll Help Me Do * Develop relationships with current and former professional athletes, particularly those involved in business, investing, media, entrepreneurship, or philanthropy * Connect with sports agents, athlete managers, business managers, player-development professionals, team executives, sports marketers, brand-partnership leaders, and athlete-relations professionals * Identify legitimate opportunities to meet these individuals through sports-business events, private dinners, charity events, foundation gatherings, sponsor hospitality, brand activations, golf events, VIP experiences, and invitation-only social gatherings * Facilitate warm introductions when you have an appropriate existing relationship and everyone involved is comfortable with the introduction * Identify trusted hosts, organizers, sponsors, hospitality professionals, and other connectors within the sports community * Recommend legitimate access pathways through professional relationships, sponsorships, memberships, charitable involvement, hosted invitations, or established application processes * Help me approach new relationships with the right positioning, context, and follow-up * Evaluate opportunities based on who is realistically involved and whether meaningful interaction is likely * Create a longer-term strategy for becoming an active and credible participant in relevant sports, business, and philanthropic communities ## Who I Want to Meet The network may include: * Current and retired professional athletes * Sports agents and certified player representatives * Athlete managers and business managers * Athlete marketing and brand-management professionals * Player engagement and player-development professionals * Team and league executives * Sports investors and franchise stakeholders * Sports-media and entertainment professionals * Sponsorship and brand-partnership executives * Athlete-led foundation and philanthropy leaders * Sports public relations and communications professionals * Private-event hosts and VIP hospitality professionals * Entrepreneurs and investors with strong ties to professional sports Experience across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, PGA, LPGA, professional tennis, motorsports, combat sports, or other major sports organizations is relevant. ## The Right Person for This Role You may be a strong fit if you currently work or previously worked in: * Athlete relations * Sports management * Talent management * Player development or player engagement * Sports marketing * Sports public relations * Brand partnerships or sponsorships * Sports business development * Athlete representation * Professional team or league operations * VIP hospitality * Sports philanthropy * Private events involving athletes, executives, sponsors, or investors Former athletes, agents, athlete managers, sports publicists, team employees, sponsorship executives, player-development professionals, sports-business consultants, and well-established industry relationship managers are encouraged to apply. You do not need to disclose confidential names or private client information. However, you should be able to clearly describe the nature of your network and how you have used professional relationships to create appropriate introductions or access. Strong relationships in Florida, particularly Orlando, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Tampa, or North Florida, are a major advantage. Relevant relationships elsewhere in the United States are also valuable. ## This Role Is Not for Someone Who Only Provides * Generic online research * Lists of athlete names or social-media profiles * Lists of public games and conferences * Mass cold-email or direct-message campaigns * Ticket reselling or unverified VIP access * Generic networking advice * Private investigations or personal information * Promises of access without an established relationship * Dating coaching or matchmaking I need someone who can combine research and strategy with real sports-industry knowledge, sound judgment, and credible relationship pathways. ## Initial Engagement The first engagement will be a paid strategy and network-development project. It may include: 1. A map of the most relevant sports-industry communities, organizations, events, and connectors 2. Approximately 8–12 specific networking or event opportunities 3. Identification of the people or professional roles that control or influence access 4. A clear explanation of how I could legitimately become involved 5. Recommended outreach, positioning, and follow-up strategies 6. Potential warm introductions when supported by your existing relationships 7. A prioritized 60–90-day relationship-development plan Research should be delivered in a clear document or spreadsheet containing names, organizations, opportunity details, supporting links, access pathways, timing, costs, and recommended next steps. If the initial project is successful, I’m interested in an ongoing contract covering sports-industry relationship development, opportunity sourcing, event strategy, outreach support, and professional introductions. ## Professional and Ethical Standards All introductions and access must be legitimate, authorized, and handled professionally. This role does not involve circumventing event security, misrepresenting affiliations, improperly obtaining invitations, collecting private personal information, or contacting people under false pretenses. Discretion, professionalism, good judgment, and respect for existing relationships are essential. ## How to Apply Please answer the following questions: 1. What is your current or previous role within the professional-sports industry? 2. Which leagues, sports, geographic markets, or areas of the industry do you know best? 3. What types of relationships do you have with athletes, agents, managers, team professionals, sponsors, or sports-business leaders? Confidential names are not required. 4. Have you previously facilitated professional introductions or invitation-only event access? Please provide a relevant example without violating anyone’s privacy. 5. What would your first 30 days of work on this engagement look like? 6. Are you personally able to facilitate appropriate introductions, or is your experience primarily in research and strategy? 7. What is your proposed rate or initial project fee? Please be specific. Generic applications that do not demonstrate sports-industry experience or relationship-building capabilities will not be considered. **Compensation:** Paid contract engagement based on experience, network relevance, and proposed scope. Potential for an ongoing monthly arrangement.

Part-Time Virtual Administrative Assistant — Telehealth Sleep Clinic Hours: ~10–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow as you take on more and as our practice grows Schedule: Flexible, with some availability during U.S. Eastern business hours Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based preferred) Rate: $25-35/hour, depending on experience About us Thrive Sleep Clinic is a small, growing telehealth clinic specializing in insomnia treatment — real, evidence-based care delivered by board-certified sleep specialists, entirely online. We're a warm, high-standards practice about to launch a new program and expecting to grow, and we're looking for the person who will keep our day-to-day operations running beautifully. The role You'll be the friendly, capable first point of contact for our patients and the operational backbone of the clinic. Day to day, that means: * Answering and returning clinic phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism * Managing scheduling: bookings, reschedules, waitlists, and calendar coordination for our clinicians * Helping patients with basic tech support (finding their video link, resetting access to our patient platform, troubleshooting simple issues) * Keeping our systems tidy: intake follow-ups, records of inquiries, and light administrative upkeep in tools like Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace, and Gmail * Spotting problems before they grow — and telling us what should work better We want to hire a long-term colleague, rather than a temporary task-completer. In fact, we want you to make yourself indispensable by making the operation not depend on any one person. Our goal is for you to gradually own day-to-day operations so completely, with such clear systems and documentation, that the clinic runs smoothly even when the founder is on vacation for a month. If building sustainable workflows from scratch sounds satisfying rather than daunting, you'll love this. You're probably a great fit if you have * Customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or another service-based business (medical/dental/therapy office, wellness, hospitality, etc.) * A professional and genuinely warm communication style — many of our patients are exhausted when they reach us, and kindness matters here * Strong tech savviness: comfortable learning new software quickly (we use Acuity, Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace, and a telehealth platform) * Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail * Great problem-solving instincts: you figure things out, and you know when to ask * Initiative: you don't wait to be told — you notice, propose, document, and improve * Discretion and reliability: you'll handle sensitive information, and confidentiality training (HIPAA) will be part of onboarding — prior experience with it is a plus * Clear, prompt written communication (much of our work happens over email and chat) Nice to have * Experience at a medical, mental health, or telehealth practice * Experience writing SOPs or how-to documentation * Familiarity with Acuity Scheduling or similar booking systems What we offer * Flexible, steady part-time work with a clinic that treats its team the way it treats its patients * A real voice in how things are run — your systems and ideas will shape the practice * Growth in hours and responsibility as the clinic grows * A supportive, low-drama, appreciation-forward work environment How to apply Send a short cover note (a few sentences is fine) answering these: 1. Tell us about a time you took a messy process and made it run smoothly — what was broken, what you changed, and what broke first when you rolled it out. 2. Which scheduling or practice-management tools have you used, and what's one thing about your most-used tool that annoys you? 3. A patient calls saying their video link isn't working and their appointment starts in 10 minutes. What do you do, in order? 4. What's your general weekly availability, in U.S. Eastern time? So we know you read this far: please include the word "lighthouse" in the first line of your application. Our process is simple: we review every application personally, invite strong candidates to a short video call, and then offer finalists a small paid trial task (about an hour of realistic work) before making a decision. We'll respond to strong candidates within a few days. We're excited to meet you!

We are a high-end plastic surgery and wellness practice in San Diego looking for an experienced videographer and video content creator to help us build a professional library of video content for our social media, website, digital advertising, and other marketing channels. We are looking for someone who can do more than simply film. We want a creative partner who can help us determine the best shots, direct our physician and team on camera, capture compelling B-roll, and turn the footage into polished content that feels elevated, modern, authentic, and engaging. The majority of filming will take place at our San Diego office and will feature our board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. James J. Chao, as well as members of our team and, when appropriate and properly consented, patients. Content We Want to Capture We would like to create a variety of content during filming, including: * Educational Videos — Dr. Chao discussing procedures, treatments, common patient questions, misconceptions, recovery, candidacy, and other educational topics. * Short-Form Social Media Content — Reels, Instagram/Facebook videos, short-form educational clips, FAQs, hooks, and other engaging content. * Patient Testimonials — Professionally filmed patient stories and testimonials. * Patient Experience Content — Consultation experiences, treatment journeys, office interactions, and other appropriate patient-focused content. * Procedure/Treatment Content — Behind-the-scenes footage of appropriate treatments and procedures when permitted. * Team Content — Introductions to our team, practice culture, behind-the-scenes footage, and day-in-the-life style content. * Website Videos — Professional evergreen videos that can be incorporated throughout our website. * Practice/Brand Video — A polished overview of the practice, Dr. Chao, our philosophy, and the services we provide. * B-Roll Library — Extensive high-quality footage of Dr. Chao, our team, office, consultations, equipment, treatments, patient interactions, exterior/interior shots, and other footage that can be repurposed for future marketing. * TV Commercial — We are also interested in producing a professionally filmed and edited television advertisement/commercial for the practice. Our Services Our practice spans several areas, so there is significant opportunity for content creation around: Plastic Surgery Facelift, neck lift, breast surgery, body contouring, and other cosmetic procedures. Wellness Medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, and related wellness services. Longevity Peptide therapy and longevity-focused programs. Aesthetics Injectables, laser treatments, skincare, regenerative treatments, and other aesthetic services. What We Need From You We are looking for someone who can handle the project from filming through final delivery, including: * Pre-production planning and shot-list development * Recommendations for content opportunities * On-site professional filming * Direction/coaching for physician and team members on camera * Professional lighting and audio * Capturing extensive B-roll * Video editing and post-production * Color correction/color grading * Audio cleanup and mixing * Captions/subtitles for social media content * Appropriate music and sound design * Formatting videos for different platforms * Short-form and long-form edits * TV commercial editing * Organized delivery of all raw footage and B-roll * Delivery of final edited files in high resolution We would ideally like footage organized so that our internal marketing team and outside marketing partners can easily access and repurpose it in the future. Content Deliverables We are open to recommendations regarding the exact deliverable structure. Our goal is to maximize each filming session so that we leave with a substantial amount of usable content. For example, a filming session could potentially generate: * Multiple educational videos with Dr. Chao * 15–30+ short-form social clips * Patient testimonial videos * Website videos * Practice/team footage * A large B-roll library * Advertising footage * TV commercial footage We are interested in working with someone who understands how to batch content efficiently rather than approaching every video as an entirely separate production. Style We’re Looking For Our practice is positioned as a premium medical and aesthetic brand. Content should feel: * High-end * Clean * Modern * Professional * Warm and approachable * Authentic rather than overly scripted * Visually polished without feeling like generic corporate healthcare content Experience filming plastic surgeons, physicians, medical practices, aesthetic practices, luxury brands, healthcare, or similar professional services is strongly preferred. Ideal Candidate You should have: * Professional videography experience * Professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment * Strong video editing skills * Experience creating social media video content * Experience creating professional website/brand videos * An understanding of short-form video pacing and hooks * Strong interviewing/directing skills * Ability to make people who are not professional actors feel comfortable on camera * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work on-site in San Diego * Reliable turnaround times Experience producing broadcast/TV commercials is a major plus. What equipment you typically bring to a shoot 7. Your typical editing turnaround time 8. How many edited pieces of content you would typically expect to produce from a full filming day 9. Whether your pricing includes delivery of all raw footage/B-roll 10. Your availability for filming in San Diego Please also briefly describe how you would approach a full content day for a plastic surgery and wellness practice. We are especially interested in candidates who can bring creative ideas to the project rather than simply execute a provided shot list.

We do not want it paused, deleted, or replaced. We want it analyzed, refined, and optimized while preserving the momentum it has already built. Experience working with automotive repair shops or similar service businesses. How you would approach optimizing our account. Your monthly management fee. Your reporting process. Any recommendations you already have based on the information provided. Important: We are looking for someone who understands optimization—not someone who will simply delete what already works. Prepare 2026 S-Corporation Taxes I would like the person handling this project to prepare my 2026 S-corporation tax return, including Form 1120-S, Schedule K-1, and related federal and Michigan filings. If appropriate, I would also be interested in having the same person prepare or review my related individual tax return so that the corporate and personal filings are coordinated correctly. 6. Establish a Clean System for 2027 and Beyond The larger objective is to stop treating taxes as an annual cleanup project. By the end of this engagement, I would like to have a straightforward system covering: Bookkeeping Payroll Owner salary Distributions Estimated taxes Quarterly filings Year-end tax planning Documents I should retain What information my tax preparer needs from me A clear annual tax calendar I want the business set up so that preparing the 1120-S each year is relatively routine rather than a major project. Ideal Candidate I am specifically looking for someone with substantial experience working with owner-operated S corporations. Please include: Your experience preparing Form 1120-S returns Your experience correcting prior-year S-corp or payroll issues Whether you handle IRS/state notices Whether you provide payroll setup or payroll advisory services Which payroll platforms you typically recommend Whether you can prepare both the corporate return and shareholder's individual return Your proposed scope and pricing for this engagement I am less interested in simply hiring someone to file a return and more interested in finding someone who can review the entire setup, clean up anything that needs attention, and establish a system that will work properly going forward. My stated rate is the budget for the static portion of this project: clean everything up to-date, get me up to speed before Q4 2026. 1-4
