The situation: Our site is our primary lead source, and organic leads have fallen roughly 40% since mid-July. We know a fair amount about why. (Or at least we have a few theories.) What I'm looking for: Someone who truly knows and loves SEO and is comfortable using Upwork's time tracker. I'm looking for someone who can take this whole picture, pressure-test it, and execute the recovery. About Coach Training EDU: Coach Training EDU (coachtrainingedu.com) is an ICF- and NBHWC-accredited coach training school founded in 2009. We train professionals, educators, executives, and career changers to become certified coaches and build a practice.

Scope of Work: We are seeking an expert, certified DevSecOps Auditor to conduct a rigorous, independent, "black-box" security audit of our backend infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and system-level deployment schemas. To protect our core IP and ensure maximum infrastructure isolation, the selected auditor will NOT be granted direct access to our live production environments, source repositories, or live cryptographic keys. All review will be conducted strictly via reviewable configuration stubs, isolated YAML files, and static architecture templates. Core Responsibilities: 1. Conduct an exhaustive security audit of AWS CloudFormation templates targeting stateless container architectures (AWS App Runner/ECS) and multi-AZ RDS PostgreSQL boundaries. 2. Verify absolute Separation of Duties (SoD) across IAM role configurations and ensure strict validation of custom IAM Deny perimeters. 3. Audit real-time transaction webhook handling against duplicate injections, replay exploits, and signature tampering (HMAC-SHA256). 4. Evaluate system templates against autonomous, self-healing metrics (e.g., sub-30-second multi-zone database failovers and edge-isolated transaction collapsing). 5. Deliver a formal, comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Model, and System Hardening Report. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience auditing secure, high-volume financial technology platforms or defense-grade cloud infrastructures. - Deep technical mastery of AWS Security Hub, KMS, Secrets Manager, and IAM isolation perimeters. - Active professional certifications are highly preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP). - Total commitment to operating under a fixed-price milestone structure with clear, transparent deliverables.

Job Description We are a small Oregon-based LLC taxed as a partnership with foreign partners. The company was formed over 10 years ago, and we're looking for a CPA who has experience preparing U.S. partnership tax returns for LLCs with foreign partners. The 2025 return is already substantially prepared, but unfortunately, the prior CPA became unavailable before filing. We are looking for a qualified professional to review the existing draft, make any necessary corrections, and complete the federal and Oregon filings - or, if you think it would be more appropriate, prepare a new return from our records. We'll provide: - form 7004 (extension) and IRS acceptance notice - prior-year tax returns prepared by a professional CPA - a draft 2025 federal and Oregon return prepared by a prior CPA (but not filed) - profit and loss summary - categorized income and expenses - itemized transactions and supporting documentation We've tried to keep our bookkeeping as organized as possible, and we'll be happy to provide any additional info if needed. Requirements - Licensed CPA or qualified U.S. tax professional - Experience preparing Form 1065 partnership returns - Experience working with partnerships that have foreign partners We appreciate clear communication. If something doesn't look right, we'd rather discuss it early than make assumptions. Ideally, we’d like to find someone for this year and, hopefully, future returns as well. The budget listed in this posting is flexible. Please include your rate or estimate for preparing this return. When applying, please mention any experience with Forms K-2/K-3 or partnership returns involving non-U.S. partners.

I am looking for a fast, efficient FlutterFlow developer to build a simple, clean 2-screen mobile application (iOS & Android) called "DIAGME AI". CRITICAL HIRING CONSTRAINTS: 1. STRICT BUDGET: This is a fixed-price prototype project. My budget is capped at $150 to $250 max. Do not bid higher. 2. NO TECH INVOLVEMENT FROM ME: I tried building this in FlutterFlow and it gave me a massive headache. I am completely hands-off inside the FlutterFlow editor. I will NOT handle code, database setups, or layout errors. Your job is to hand me a 100% working project. 3. DEAD SIMPLE UI: The interface needs to be so simple and user-friendly that a trained monkey could use it in a busy auto shop. Large elements, no clutter. WHAT I WILL PROVIDE: I have 100% of the backend engine completed and tested inside Google AI Studio. I will hand you the exact 1-15 system prompt rules matrix, the JSON data schema file, and the visual code block guidelines. You just have to assemble it. DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS: - Color Palette: Clean light mode layout. High-visibility soft silver/white background (for outdoor shop use) with professional dark blue and gray buttons. Normal black text responses on a crisp white background. - Top Row Navigation: Horizontal layout containing 3 simple buttons: Profile, Billing, and a static "Tokens: 0" display. - Core Branding Logo: Create or use a simple asset placeholder showing a neon blue Triangle. Inside the triangle, there must be a yellow Lightning Bolt flanked by a small Car silhouette and a Truck silhouette. - Mandatory Legal Buffer: A light gray card block must be prominently anchored right below the main title on Screen 1 reading: "Legal Buffer: This application is for informational purposes only. Final diagnostic decisions, factory safety protocols, and repair choices are the sole responsibility of the certified technician." FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION: Wire the main input fields (VIN/Symptom text + image/audio triggers) to a standard Google Vertex AI / Gemini 1.5 Flash API call. Screen 2 is just a scrollable, high-contrast text terminal that reads out the markdown diagnostic blueprints generated by the AI model. Please reply with the exact keyword "DIAGME FAST" at the start of your bid so I know you read these constraints. Let me know how many days it will take you to deliver a working web-test preview link.

About us We're a boutique pre-owned business-jet brokerage with a small team (4 sales seats). We handle two transaction types: sell-side (brokerage / listings) and buy-side (acquisition). We're on HubSpot and downgrading from Enterprise to **Sales Hub Professional** at year-end, removing Marketing Hub. We need our CRM foundation configured cleanly for how we actually work — not a generic template. Scope of work A focused configuration build on standard objects only (Contacts, Companies, Deals — no custom objects, since we're leaving Enterprise). Our two deal pipelines are already largely built and well-structured. This is consolidation, finishing, and clean reporting — not a rebuild. 1. Pipelines - Consolidate from three pipelines to two: Brokerage (sell-side) and Acquisition (buy-side). - Fold the redundant third pipeline ("Consulting") into a deal Type property and migrate its record(s). - Clean up stage setup and stage-based properties on the two remaining pipelines. 2. Deal structure - Build a clean set of aircraft deal properties: Make/Model, Serial Number, Tail #, Year, Deal Type, Side (Buy/Sell), Fee/Commission. - Set sensible required fields and stage logic. 3. Associations - Establish and document a consistent Contact ↔ Company ↔ Deal association model, with labels (e.g., Owner, Buyer, Broker, Operator), so every deal shows the right people and company, and every contact shows their deals. 4. Contact framework - Create a Contact Type property (Owner / Buyer / Broker / Operator / Vendor-MRO / Other) and a clean lifecycle setup. (Bulk cleanup of existing records is out of scope — see below.) 5. Interface & per-user daily dashboards - Clean up the record layouts. Customize the deal, contact, and company record pages so the fields that matter (aircraft details, deal type, key associations, next step) are front-and-center and unused clutter is hidden. - Build a "Start My Day" home dashboard for each of the 4 users so each person opens HubSpot to a clear view of their day: tasks due and overdue today, today's meetings, their open deals by stage, deals with no recent activity (going stale), and follow-ups due. Set it as each user's default landing view. - Provide a shared set of saved deal/task views the team can reuse. 6. Owner reporting dashboard (for the principal) - Build a single revenue & pipeline dashboard that gives the owner a clear handle on where things stand: - Pipeline value by stage and by pipeline (Brokerage vs Acquisition) - Closed-won revenue by month / quarter / YTD - Win rate, and average deal size + sales-cycle length - Deals closing this month / this quarter - Revenue and open pipeline by owner (rep performance) - New deals created (top-of-funnel activity) - Note: our deal "Amount" field represents our broker fee / commission, not the aircraft price — revenue reporting should be fee-based. 7. Handoff - A short written summary of the structure and dashboards, and a 20–30 minute walkthrough call with our team. Out of scope — do NOT quote for these - Cleanup, deduplication, or typing of our existing ~29,000 contact records (handled internally). - Marketing Hub, custom objects, API/integration work, or automation beyond basic deal logic. Required qualifications - HubSpot-certified admin with a portfolio/references. - Experience with deal-based / SMB sales CRMs (brokerage, real estate, M&A, or similar high-value, low-volume sales). - Fluent in associations, custom properties, pipelines, record layouts, saved views, and dashboards on Sales Hub Professional. - Clear communicator who can work from a spec and show their work. Engagement - Fixed-fee, milestone-based. Target budget: $2,500–$3,000. - Estimated effort: a few days for an expert (the dashboards and views are a quick add, not a separate project). Timeline: ~1–2 weeks. - Suggested milestones: (1) pipeline consolidation + deal properties; (2) associations + contact framework; (3) interface, per-user dashboards, owner reporting dashboard + handoff. To apply, please include - 2–3 examples of HubSpot Sales Hub builds you've delivered (ideally deal-based businesses), including any dashboards. - Your HubSpot certification(s). - One paragraph on how you'd approach our Contact/Company/Deal association model — so we can see you understand the structure, not just the clicks. -Briefly, how would you structure the Contact ↔ Company ↔ Deal associations for a business like ours? -Are you HubSpot certified? Link your profile/portfolio.

Illume Anesthesia is a full-service CRNA anesthesia staffing group. We want to formally install EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System, per Traction) across our leadership team. We’re familiar with EOS and have discussed some of its concepts internally, but we have not formally implemented the system. We’re looking for an experienced EOS consultant who can help us properly roll it out, build the core framework with our leadership team, and make sure it is practical and sustainable for our organization. Scope of work — fixed-price installation phase: Assess where we currently are and help us build out the core EOS components, including the Vision/Traction Organizer, Accountability Chart, Scorecard, and Rocks Facilitate a Focus Day or initial EOS implementation session with our leadership team Establish our first formal 90-Day Rocks and Level 10 Meeting rhythm Train our leadership/team leads to independently run L10 meetings and manage the Issues List Deliver a concise written playbook/SOP so the system can continue internally after the initial implementation We are not looking for someone to take over day-to-day operations. The goal is to have an experienced EOS resource guide the initial implementation, help us establish the right structure and disciplines, and then transition ownership of the system to our internal team. Optional next phase (open to discussing after installation): - Quarterly Pulsing sessions to keep Rocks, Scorecard, and the Accountability Chart current - We're open to converting to a recurring quarterly or monthly retainer if the initial installation goes well -- no obligation, but let us know in your proposal if you offer this and roughly what it costs Ideal experience: - Certified EOS Implementer, or extensive hands-on experience personally running EOS/Traction in an operating company (not just familiarity with the book) - Experience with healthcare, medical staffing, or professional services businesses a plus - Comfortable working from an existing partial build rather than a blank-slate installation Engagement details: - Fixed-price project for the initial installation phase, with the option to move to an ongoing retainer afterward - 100% remote -- video calls only - Must be based in the United States - Please note in your proposal: (1) whether you hold EOS Implementer certification, (2) a rough timeline and fixed-price quote for the installation phase, and (3) your rate/format if we move to an ongoing retainer To apply: Share a brief summary of a company where you've personally installed EOS, including team size and how long the system stuck after your engagement ended.

We are developing a new AI and technology assurance methodology designed to help independent practitioners evaluate evidence produced by automated and AI-enabled business workflows. Before we move into the next stage of development, we want an experienced U.S. CPA assurance practitioner to perform a short, independent cold review of the professional methodology. This is intentionally a small, tightly bounded engagement. We are looking for experienced practitioner judgment, not a large consulting project. What we need: After execution of an NDA, you will receive approximately 30–35 pages across four methodology documents, including: Professional standards and engagement architecture An engaging-party acknowledgment A minimum agreed-upon procedures set A worked practitioner workpaper We want you to read the materials from the perspective of an experienced independent CPA and answer a straightforward question: What, if anything, would prevent or complicate your accepting, performing, documenting, or reporting an agreed-upon procedures engagement structured this way? We specifically want critical feedback. We are not looking for someone to simply validate what has already been written. Deliverables We expect the entire assignment to require approximately 5–7 professional hours. The deliverables are: Review of the four-document package Concise written comments organized as: Must Change Should Change Firm / Engagement-Specific Decision Acceptable as Drafted Specific comments tied to the relevant document or section One 45–60 minute working session with our methodology lead and CEO to discuss your feedback We are not looking for a lengthy formal report. Required experience An active U.S. CPA license is required. The strongest candidates will have meaningful experience with: Agreed-upon procedures engagements AT-C 215 / SSAE 19 Assurance or attestation engagements Reviewing procedure wording and workpapers Practitioner independence and professional responsibilities Evidence, population completeness, and controls testing Strongly preferred: CPA + CISA SOC 2 / Trust Services experience IT audit or technology assurance experience Current or former public accounting Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Partner Experience personally reviewing or approving workpapers and engagement procedures This is not a fit for a tax-only CPA, bookkeeper, fractional CFO, or general accounting professional without direct assurance or attestation experience. What this engagement is not To keep the scope very clear, we are not asking you to: Perform an audit or attestation engagement Issue an opinion or assurance report Certify the methodology or technology Perform a SOC 2 examination Review software or source code Redesign or implement the methodology Validate every framework mapping Provide legal advice Conduct a broad AI governance or transformation assessment We are purchasing several hours of experienced CPA practitioner judgment on a defined professional-methodology package. Timing and budget We would like the review completed within approximately 3–5 business days after the NDA and materials are provided. This is a $1,200 fixed-fee engagement, based on an expected 5–7 hours of professional effort. If your normal economics would require a different fixed fee for this exact scope, please state your proposed fee and estimated hours clearly in your proposal. We are open to a reasonable adjustment for exceptional qualifications, but we are not seeking an expanded consulting engagement. Potential additional work The initial assignment is deliberately narrow. For the right practitioner or firm, there may be opportunities for additional paid work involving: Subsequent methodology reviews Practitioner training Development of professional education Future pilot participation Potential work with firms adopting the methodology Any future assurance engagement would, of course, remain subject to the CPA firm's own independence, acceptance, and professional requirements. How we work You will work directly with the CEO, who is also a CPA, and the methodology architect. We move quickly, communicate directly, and want candid professional feedback. We would rather hear “I would not sign this unless you changed X” than receive a polished memo telling us everything looks fine. Confidentiality is important. An NDA is required before the methodology materials are shared, and the materials may not be distributed or uploaded to external AI systems without written permission. In your proposal, please include: State of CPA licensure and whether your license is active Your direct experience with AUP engagements under AT-C 215 / SSAE 19 Your assurance / attestation background Any SOC 2, IT audit, CISA, or technology-assurance experience Your most senior assurance role Confirmation that you can complete the review within 3–5 business days Your estimated hours and fixed-fee proposal

When applying, please answer: * Please also include a 2-5 minute long Loom video explaining your high-ticket sales experience, average deal size, average close rate, and where you're located within the US. Be sure to also answer this question in your Loom: "How would you handle a prospect saying the offer sounds great, but they need to discuss with their spouse first"? Please do not apply if your experience is primarily retail, customer service, SDR work, appointment setting, low-ticket sales, or if you reside outside of the US.
