Strengthen the visibility, credibility, and online authority of the Fit Bodies brand. Generate high-quality articles, interviews, podcast appearances, backlinks, images, and company mentions that improve traditional search and AI-search visibility. Attract more certified fitness and wellness professionals from around the world. Expand Fit Bodies into additional international markets. Generate interest from new hotel and resort partners that could use our fitness, wellness, training, and guest-programming services. Include the following: A summary of your PR, journalism, or media-relations experience. Two or three examples of media placements, podcast bookings, or press campaigns you personally managed. An explanation of how you would evaluate and prioritize more than 500 inbound journalist responses. An explanation of how you use AI to research and personalize media pitches without making them sound generic or automated. An example of how you would pitch Suzelle’s story differently to: • A major business publication • A fitness or wellness publication • A hospitality or travel publication • A women-in-business podcast The systems or software you would use to manage contacts, deadlines, approvals, follow-ups, interviews, and results. Your weekly availability, time zone, hourly rate, and earliest possible start date. Paid Test Project Shortlisted candidates may be offered a paid test assignment. You will receive several real journalist inquiries and will be asked to: • Research each journalist and publication • Rank the opportunities by value and relevance • Recommend the best story angle for each audience • Draft a customized response to each journalist • Explain your follow-up strategy The strongest candidate may be hired for an ongoing role supporting our full global media and public-relations program. Important Please do not apply if your approach is to copy and paste the same AI-generated pitch to every journalist. We want an experienced professional who understands storytelling, media relationships, audience alignment, executive positioning, accuracy, and persistent follow-up. This position has the potential to become a significant long-term role as Fit Bodies expands its global media presence, professional membership network, education programs, and international hotel partnerships.

ABOUT US Soltari Solar & Electric is a licensed solar and electrical contractor (C10 #1138184) based in Santa Cruz, California. We design and install residential and commercial solar, battery storage, main panel upgrades, and EV chargers. We're a small team, we move fast, and we do good work — 15 years in the industry and NABCEP certified. Work is busy right now and the admin side is outgrowing us. We're looking for a virtual assistant to take that load off our plate so the field team can stay in the field. WHAT YOU'LL DO Phones: Answer and return calls during agreed hours. Take clear messages, qualify incoming leads, and route what needs a human to the right person. Email: Monitor and triage the main inbox. Draft replies, follow up on open threads, and keep nothing sitting unanswered for days. Support our designer and permit technician: They handle the actual permit submittals and utility interconnection work. What slows them down is waiting on information — a site photo, a homeowner's signature, an equipment spec, an account number, a confirmation from the customer. You'll own those action items: track what they need, chase it down, and get it back to them so they can move to the next step. No permitting experience required. Keep the open-items list moving: Maintain a running log of what's outstanding on each job and who it's waiting on, and follow up until it's closed out. Light bookkeeping support: Collect and organize receipts, invoices, and job costs, and prep clean records for our bookkeeper. We have a professional bookkeeper who does the actual accounting — your job is gathering and organizing so they aren't chasing paper. Customer communication: Appointment scheduling and confirmations, project status updates, and review requests after a job wraps. General admin: File organization, data entry, and keeping our job management system current. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Excellent written and spoken English. You'll be talking to homeowners and building department staff on the phone — clear, friendly, professional. Reliable and self-directed. You can own a task list without being managed hour to hour. Organized to a fault. Permits and inspections have deadlines, and a dropped follow-up stalls a whole project. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Available during some overlap with Pacific Time business hours (roughly 8am–4pm PT) for phone coverage. NICE TO HAVE (not required) Experience supporting a construction, trades, HVAC, roofing, or solar business Familiarity with construction document flow — permits, submittals, change orders, or contractor paperwork Experience with a field service / job management platform (we use Zuper Pro) Basic QuickBooks familiarity CRM and lead follow-up experience DETAILS Hours: 8–10 hours per week to start, spread across the week rather than in one block. Rate: [ 𝑋 𝑋 – XX–XX/hour — set your range] Type: Ongoing hourly contract, long-term. Location: Fully remote. Time zone overlap with Pacific Time required. Growth: This is a starter scope on purpose. We're growing, and we want this role to grow with us into more hours and more responsibility for the right person. We'd rather train one person well than cycle through five. TO APPLY Please skip the generic pitch. Instead, tell us: A time you had to get information out of someone who kept not responding — a customer, a vendor, a coworker — so someone else on your team could finish their work. What did you do? What tools you use to keep track of open items so nothing falls through. Your hours of availability in Pacific Time. Start your reply with the word "SOLAR" so we know you read the full post. We review every application and respond to the ones that are a fit. Thanks for reading.

Read this before you apply. " I'll save you time. This firm is not for everyone. By my estimate, about one in five people can actually work the way we work — direct, fast, results-first, team-first, clean, politics-free, and without the grievance culture that quietly drains most offices. That's not a complaint about people. It's a statement of fit. The other four out of five will be happier somewhere else, and we'd rather they get there quickly. Our clients trust us with the results of their life's effort — businesses they built, wealth they accumulated, decisions that will outlive them. Our internal culture exists to protect that trust. The directness protects it. The team orientation protects it. The focus on results protects it. The clean environment, the politics-free workplace, the refusal to let problems sit unresolved — all of it protects it. We are a boutique, independent, fiduciary firm that integrates investment, tax, and estate planning into a single coordinated plan. The work is legacy-weighted: clients bring us decades of accumulated wealth and decisions that outlive them. The internal culture runs on seven explicit values, and every one of them is also a filter. If you read the seven values above and you got excited — like you've been looking for a place that actually operates this way — we should talk. If you felt anything else, you already have your answer." — Founder & CEO Additional Info: You'll fit here if… You can hear "that's not right, here's why, please fix it" without flinching or taking it personally. You give feedback the same way you want to receive it: respectfully, promptly, and unambiguously. You move quickly and adapt. You don't treat every small decision as a committee-level question. You measure your day by what you finished, not what you touched. If you said Thursday, it's done Thursday — or someone hears about it Wednesday. You ask for help when you need it, without apology or performance. Help is always available; confusion rarely is. You keep a clean workplace by default — no profanity, no crude or off-color humor — because that's already how you carry yourself. You keep your politics out of client work and team communication, because you respect that not everyone shares them. You care about the details because you understand that what we do affects families for decades.

Some people know the sports industry. Others know the people who move within it. I’m looking for a well-connected sports professional who can help me build genuine relationships with athletes, agents, business managers, team executives, sports investors, brand partners, foundation leaders, and other influential people across the professional-sports ecosystem. I’m an entrepreneur and business acquisition professional based in Florida. My goal is to develop a stronger network at the intersection of professional sports, business, investing, philanthropy, media, and private events. This is not a traditional lead-generation or internet-research role. I’m looking for someone who already understands the sports industry, knows how its relationship networks operate, and can help create credible pathways to the right people and opportunities. ## What You’ll Help Me Do * Develop relationships with current and former professional athletes, particularly those involved in business, investing, media, entrepreneurship, or philanthropy * Connect with sports agents, athlete managers, business managers, player-development professionals, team executives, sports marketers, brand-partnership leaders, and athlete-relations professionals * Identify legitimate opportunities to meet these individuals through sports-business events, private dinners, charity events, foundation gatherings, sponsor hospitality, brand activations, golf events, VIP experiences, and invitation-only social gatherings * Facilitate warm introductions when you have an appropriate existing relationship and everyone involved is comfortable with the introduction * Identify trusted hosts, organizers, sponsors, hospitality professionals, and other connectors within the sports community * Recommend legitimate access pathways through professional relationships, sponsorships, memberships, charitable involvement, hosted invitations, or established application processes * Help me approach new relationships with the right positioning, context, and follow-up * Evaluate opportunities based on who is realistically involved and whether meaningful interaction is likely * Create a longer-term strategy for becoming an active and credible participant in relevant sports, business, and philanthropic communities ## Who I Want to Meet The network may include: * Current and retired professional athletes * Sports agents and certified player representatives * Athlete managers and business managers * Athlete marketing and brand-management professionals * Player engagement and player-development professionals * Team and league executives * Sports investors and franchise stakeholders * Sports-media and entertainment professionals * Sponsorship and brand-partnership executives * Athlete-led foundation and philanthropy leaders * Sports public relations and communications professionals * Private-event hosts and VIP hospitality professionals * Entrepreneurs and investors with strong ties to professional sports Experience across the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, PGA, LPGA, professional tennis, motorsports, combat sports, or other major sports organizations is relevant. ## The Right Person for This Role You may be a strong fit if you currently work or previously worked in: * Athlete relations * Sports management * Talent management * Player development or player engagement * Sports marketing * Sports public relations * Brand partnerships or sponsorships * Sports business development * Athlete representation * Professional team or league operations * VIP hospitality * Sports philanthropy * Private events involving athletes, executives, sponsors, or investors Former athletes, agents, athlete managers, sports publicists, team employees, sponsorship executives, player-development professionals, sports-business consultants, and well-established industry relationship managers are encouraged to apply. You do not need to disclose confidential names or private client information. However, you should be able to clearly describe the nature of your network and how you have used professional relationships to create appropriate introductions or access. Strong relationships in Florida, particularly Orlando, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Tampa, or North Florida, are a major advantage. Relevant relationships elsewhere in the United States are also valuable. ## This Role Is Not for Someone Who Only Provides * Generic online research * Lists of athlete names or social-media profiles * Lists of public games and conferences * Mass cold-email or direct-message campaigns * Ticket reselling or unverified VIP access * Generic networking advice * Private investigations or personal information * Promises of access without an established relationship * Dating coaching or matchmaking I need someone who can combine research and strategy with real sports-industry knowledge, sound judgment, and credible relationship pathways. ## Initial Engagement The first engagement will be a paid strategy and network-development project. It may include: 1. A map of the most relevant sports-industry communities, organizations, events, and connectors 2. Approximately 8–12 specific networking or event opportunities 3. Identification of the people or professional roles that control or influence access 4. A clear explanation of how I could legitimately become involved 5. Recommended outreach, positioning, and follow-up strategies 6. Potential warm introductions when supported by your existing relationships 7. A prioritized 60–90-day relationship-development plan Research should be delivered in a clear document or spreadsheet containing names, organizations, opportunity details, supporting links, access pathways, timing, costs, and recommended next steps. If the initial project is successful, I’m interested in an ongoing contract covering sports-industry relationship development, opportunity sourcing, event strategy, outreach support, and professional introductions. ## Professional and Ethical Standards All introductions and access must be legitimate, authorized, and handled professionally. This role does not involve circumventing event security, misrepresenting affiliations, improperly obtaining invitations, collecting private personal information, or contacting people under false pretenses. Discretion, professionalism, good judgment, and respect for existing relationships are essential. ## How to Apply Please answer the following questions: 1. What is your current or previous role within the professional-sports industry? 2. Which leagues, sports, geographic markets, or areas of the industry do you know best? 3. What types of relationships do you have with athletes, agents, managers, team professionals, sponsors, or sports-business leaders? Confidential names are not required. 4. Have you previously facilitated professional introductions or invitation-only event access? Please provide a relevant example without violating anyone’s privacy. 5. What would your first 30 days of work on this engagement look like? 6. Are you personally able to facilitate appropriate introductions, or is your experience primarily in research and strategy? 7. What is your proposed rate or initial project fee? Please be specific. Generic applications that do not demonstrate sports-industry experience or relationship-building capabilities will not be considered. **Compensation:** Paid contract engagement based on experience, network relevance, and proposed scope. Potential for an ongoing monthly arrangement.

Fractional Recruiter (U.S.-Based) — Ongoing Sourcing & Screening for a Federal Construction Contractor Southeastern Industrial Construction, LLC, dba Seven Seas Construction and Development, is a federal construction contractor. We build for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other federal and institutional owners, out of Alabama. We hire consistently and expect to keep hiring. We're looking for one U.S.-based recruiter to handle sourcing and screening on an ongoing, part-time basis. You build the pipeline and deliver ranked shortlists. Our leadership team runs final interviews and makes the offers. This is not a single-role engagement. Our openings shift with the work we win — field leadership, project and office staff, certified technical positions, business development. Some months are heavy, some are light. We want one person who learns our business well enough that we can hand off a new opening and trust it's covered, instead of starting over with someone new every time. A lot of what we hire is location-constrained and credential-gated: on-site in a specific place, holding a specific current certification. The candidate pool is small and the easy channels run dry fast. If your approach is reposting a job and sorting inbound applications, this isn't the right fit. What you'd do: • Source across Indeed (we have an employer account and run live postings), LinkedIn, trade networks, and anywhere else you know to look • Work the inbound applicant flow so nobody good sits in a queue for a week • Screen against our written evaluation rubric — we've already built one, with role-specific must-haves, weighted scoring categories, and documented red flags. You won't be guessing at what "qualified" means here • Run first-touch outreach and phone screens; verify the things resumes are vague about — current (not lapsed) certifications, actual federal project experience, real location and relocation willingness • Deliver a ranked shortlist per role with your scoring and reasoning, and keep our candidate tracker current • Tell us early if a role is scoped or priced wrong for the market we're hiring in Requirements: • U.S.-based. Non-negotiable — you'll be calling U.S. candidates on U.S. business hours • Real outbound sourcing experience, not just inbound triage • Strong written English and a professional phone presence. You're the first impression of our company for every candidate you touch • Organized and self-directed • Comfortable with Indeed's employer tools and straightforward spreadsheet and email workflows Construction, skilled trades, or federal/government contracting recruiting experience is a plus, not a requirement. A strong generalist who picks up technical vocabulary quickly is very much in the running — we'll give you the rubric, the job descriptions, and direct access to our hiring managers. One thing worth knowing about us: we would rather get zero candidates than five padded ones. If you screen twenty applicants and none clear the bar, "none of these qualify, here's why, here's where I'd look next" is the right answer. We've had batches come back with zero and it was a useful result. When applying, please answer: 1. Name two or three roles you've personally filled that were hard in the same way ours are — location-constrained, credential-gated, or a genuinely small candidate pool. How did you find the person who got hired? 2. Walk us through a specific role where the job boards produced nothing usable. What did you do next? 3. If our industry is new to you, how would you get up to speed on it? 4. How many hours a week would you commit, and what does that buy us in a typical week — roles worked at once, candidates sourced, screens run, shortlists delivered? 5. Have you ever told a client that none of their candidates were qualified? If not, how would you handle it? We'll respond to every proposal that answers these.

Part-Time Virtual Administrative Assistant — Telehealth Sleep Clinic Hours: ~10–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow as you take on more and as our practice grows Schedule: Flexible, with some availability during U.S. Eastern business hours Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based preferred) Rate: $25-35/hour, depending on experience About us Thrive Sleep Clinic is a small, growing telehealth clinic specializing in insomnia treatment — real, evidence-based care delivered by board-certified sleep specialists, entirely online. We're a warm, high-standards practice about to launch a new program and expecting to grow, and we're looking for the person who will keep our day-to-day operations running beautifully. The role You'll be the friendly, capable first point of contact for our patients and the operational backbone of the clinic. Day to day, that means: * Answering and returning clinic phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism * Managing scheduling: bookings, reschedules, waitlists, and calendar coordination for our clinicians * Helping patients with basic tech support (finding their video link, resetting access to our patient platform, troubleshooting simple issues) * Keeping our systems tidy: intake follow-ups, records of inquiries, and light administrative upkeep in tools like Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace, and Gmail * Spotting problems before they grow — and telling us what should work better We want to hire a long-term colleague, rather than a temporary task-completer. In fact, we want you to make yourself indispensable by making the operation not depend on any one person. Our goal is for you to gradually own day-to-day operations so completely, with such clear systems and documentation, that the clinic runs smoothly even when the founder is on vacation for a month. If building sustainable workflows from scratch sounds satisfying rather than daunting, you'll love this. You're probably a great fit if you have * Customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or another service-based business (medical/dental/therapy office, wellness, hospitality, etc.) * A professional and genuinely warm communication style — many of our patients are exhausted when they reach us, and kindness matters here * Strong tech savviness: comfortable learning new software quickly (we use Acuity, Squarespace, Stripe, Google Workspace, and a telehealth platform) * Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail * Great problem-solving instincts: you figure things out, and you know when to ask * Initiative: you don't wait to be told — you notice, propose, document, and improve * Discretion and reliability: you'll handle sensitive information, and confidentiality training (HIPAA) will be part of onboarding — prior experience with it is a plus * Clear, prompt written communication (much of our work happens over email and chat) Nice to have * Experience at a medical, mental health, or telehealth practice * Experience writing SOPs or how-to documentation * Familiarity with Acuity Scheduling or similar booking systems What we offer * Flexible, steady part-time work with a clinic that treats its team the way it treats its patients * A real voice in how things are run — your systems and ideas will shape the practice * Growth in hours and responsibility as the clinic grows * A supportive, low-drama, appreciation-forward work environment How to apply Send a short cover note (a few sentences is fine) answering these: 1. Tell us about a time you took a messy process and made it run smoothly — what was broken, what you changed, and what broke first when you rolled it out. 2. Which scheduling or practice-management tools have you used, and what's one thing about your most-used tool that annoys you? 3. A patient calls saying their video link isn't working and their appointment starts in 10 minutes. What do you do, in order? 4. What's your general weekly availability, in U.S. Eastern time? So we know you read this far: please include the word "lighthouse" in the first line of your application. Our process is simple: we review every application personally, invite strong candidates to a short video call, and then offer finalists a small paid trial task (about an hour of realistic work) before making a decision. We'll respond to strong candidates within a few days. We're excited to meet you!

Google Ads Expert Needed for Automotive Repair Shop (Optimization, Cleanup & Conversion Tracking) We are a growing independent automotive repair shop specializing in advanced diagnostics, electrical diagnostics, drivability concerns, and general automotive repair located in North Carolina. Our Google Ads account is currently active and generating traffic, but it needs to be professionally audited, cleaned up, and optimized by someone with proven Google Ads experience. Current Situation Existing Google Ads campaigns are running and are already generating traffic and customer leads. We have recently added a significant number of new service-specific keywords. There are several older campaigns and legacy keywords that need to be reviewed and cleaned up. We believe our conversion tracking is incomplete or not configured correctly, preventing Google from optimizing based on actual customer leads. Our website is built on Oktorocket, and appointment booking is handled through the site. Important: Our existing campaign is already gaining traction and producing results. We do not want it paused, deleted, or replaced. We want it analyzed, refined, and optimized while preserving the momentum it has already built. If additional campaigns are recommended, we are happy to create new campaigns alongside the existing one, but we do not want to lose the performance history and learning of our current campaign. What We Need 1. Complete Google Ads Audit Review all campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bidding strategies, assets, and account settings. Identify wasted ad spend. Review older campaigns and archive or remove only those that are no longer beneficial. Preserve and improve campaigns that are already performing. 2. Conversion Tracking Verify and properly configure conversion tracking for: Website appointment bookings Contact form submissions Phone calls from the website Phone calls from Google Ads Any additional lead-generating actions Configure or verify: Google Tag Manager Google Analytics 4 Google Ads conversion tracking Proper event tracking between all platforms 3. Campaign Optimization Optimize our existing campaigns while maintaining their performance. If appropriate, create additional campaigns for services such as: General Auto Repair Check Engine Light Diagnostics Electrical Diagnostics Brake Repair Suspension Repair A/C Repair Cooling System Repair Engine Repair Do not replace our current campaign if it is performing well. We prefer to improve and expand upon it rather than starting over. 4. Keyword Optimization Review current keywords. Improve keyword match types. Add relevant negative keywords. Identify new keyword opportunities. Remove only keywords that clearly do not benefit the account. 5. Search Term Review Regularly review actual search terms to: Eliminate wasted clicks. Add negative keywords. Identify profitable new search opportunities. 6. Ad Copy Optimization Improve or create ad copy highlighting: Advanced diagnostics Electrical diagnostics Dealer-level diagnostic equipment Honest recommendations Family-owned business Digital vehicle inspections Financing options (if appropriate) Warranty 7. We focus on quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and long-term customer relationships. Ideal Candidate Google Ads Certified (preferred) Experience managing Google Ads for automotive repair shops or other local service businesses Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 Strong understanding of local lead generation Able to explain recommendations clearly and without unnecessary jargon Interested in building a long-term working relationship Please Include in Your Proposal Examples of Google Ads accounts you have managed. Experience working with automotive repair shops or similar service businesses. How you would approach optimizing our account. Your monthly management fee. Your reporting process. Any recommendations you already have based on the information provided. Important: We are looking for someone who understands optimization—not someone who will simply delete what already works. Our current campaign is generating traction, and we want to build upon that success. We are open to creating new campaigns and testing new strategies, but we want to preserve and refine the campaigns that are already producing results while improving overall return on ad spend.

# AirShowerUV Independent Test & Validation Consultant ## Aerosol / Indoor Air Quality / CIH Preferred ### Project Overview AirShower UV, Inc. is developing a new enclosed air-decontamination system designed to reduce airborne particulates, microorganisms, odors, VOCs, and other contaminants using a combination of controlled airflow, filtration, activated carbon, and UV-C treatment. We are preparing to conduct structured engineering validation testing of our current prototype and are seeking an experienced independent consultant to help design, review, and oversee the test program. Our mechanical engineer will perform much of the hands-on engineering work and prototype testing. We are looking for a senior professional who can help ensure that our testing methodology, instrumentation, data collection, and reporting are technically sound and defensible. This is not a full-time position. It is initially a short-term consulting engagement with the possibility of additional work as the product moves through validation and commercialization. ## Scope of Work The selected consultant will work with our engineering team to develop and oversee an AirShowerUV performance validation program. Responsibilities will include: * Review the current AirShowerUV prototype and system configuration. * Review airflow, filtration, UV-C, carbon filtration, nozzle, and enclosure design. * Develop or review a written Master Test Protocol. * Recommend appropriate instrumentation and calibration requirements. * Recommend sampling locations and test ports. * Define repeatable baseline and operational test conditions. * Establish appropriate upstream and downstream sampling methodology. * Review particle-counting methodology. * Review airflow and CFM measurement procedures. * Review differential-pressure and filter-pressure-drop testing. * Review HEPA integrity and filter bypass testing methods. * Review UV-C irradiance and dose measurement procedures. * Review ozone testing requirements. * Review VOC/odor measurement methodology. * Review temperature and relative-humidity monitoring. * Review electrical power and acoustic testing. * Establish appropriate replicate testing and quality-control procedures. * Review raw test data. * Analyze or assist with analysis of results. * Identify testing deficiencies or sources of measurement error. * Recommend engineering changes where appropriate. * Help prepare a professional AirShowerUV Test & Validation Report.
