The job Call medical spas and aesthetic clinics in the NYC metro and book a 15 minute video demo with the owner or lead injector. That's the whole job. You are not selling and not discussing price. You are getting a named decision maker onto my calendar. The hard part is the front desk. They're polite, and their default is to take a message or hand you an email address. An email address is not a booking. Get a callback window for the decision maker, call back, and ask for the fifteen minutes. About the product I'm the founder of Yvelune, a patient aftercare tool for clinics that offer injectables. It's built and live. No clinic has signed yet, so you'd be booking for a product with no case studies or references. If you need customer proof to get someone's attention, this will frustrate you. Pay $25 per confirmed booking $100 more when the meeting is held $500 flat if that clinic signs a contract, paid when their first invoice clears A held meeting pays $125. What counts as a confirmed booking The owner or lead injector, by name, has agreed to a specific time within the next 14 days. I have their direct email. They've accepted my calendar invite or confirmed in writing. You get me the name, direct email, and agreed time. I send the invite. A verbal yes relayed to me is not a booking. You send a reminder the day before. If a confirmed meeting no-shows, you can rebook it once and still earn the held fee. Scope First batch is 30 clinics from a list I've already researched, with names, numbers, and lead injectors identified. Capped at 5 bookings, so the trial maxes out at $700. I'm naming the cap because I'm a solo founder funding this myself. If your meetings hold, there's more work right away. NYC has hundreds of these clinics and I want one person running all of them. What you get from me The clinic list (the first set), a call script with objection handling, my calendar link, two one-pagers for follow up, and me on short notice if a clinic wants to talk to the founder. Who I'm looking for Someone who has booked meetings by phone into US small businesses. Medical, dental, salon, home services, any of it. Clear spoken English, comfortable being told no. Aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement. To apply, answer these two questions You call a clinic and ask for the owner. The receptionist says "she's not in today, but I can give you her email." What do you say next? What's the highest volume of cold calls you've run in a week, and what was your booking rate?

About the Project I am a SAG-AFTRA leading actor seeking an experienced film and television career strategist to help build and manage a focused representation and career-advancement campaign. I have professional acting materials, industry experience, and a recently booked lead role in the feature film Conversion, where I portray J-Love. I am grateful for the relationships and opportunities that helped make that booking possible, but my current career pipeline has not been producing the consistent submissions, major auditions, representation activity, meetings, or strategic movement required for the next level. This is not a request for generic career coaching, acting lessons, motivational advice, or vague Hollywood networking. I am seeking a senior strategist who understands how to position a leading actor, evaluate existing representation, strengthen professional materials, target legitimate industry decision-makers, and build a disciplined campaign toward major film and television opportunities. Primary Objective The goal is to create a repeatable career system that consistently generates: * Stronger theatrical representation opportunities * Targeted outreach to legitimate managers and agents * Strategic positioning for major film and television roles * Better use of existing credits, footage, relationships, and career assets * Consistent weekly activity, follow-up, and measurable momentum * Clear accountability across representation, submissions, materials, and outreach The selected strategist should help determine what is working, what is missing, and what must happen over the next 90 days to substantially increase career movement. Initial Paid Phase The engagement will begin with a controlled paid audit of approximately 3 to 5 hours. The first deliverable will be a written: 90-Day Cinematic Flame Career Campaign It should include: * Evaluation of my current career positioning * Audit of headshots, résumé, reel, clips, IMDb, Actors Access, Casting Networks, and other professional profiles * Assessment of how effectively my materials communicate leading-man potential * Identification of my strongest casting categories, archetypes, genres, and role lanes * Recommendations for strengthening or reorganizing existing footage and materials * Evaluation of current representation activity and strategic gaps * Target list of legitimate theatrical agents, managers, casting offices, producers, directors, and development companies * Representation outreach strategy with customized submission language * Follow-up system and relationship-tracking process * Strategy for leveraging Conversion, J-Love, and future footage * Self-submission strategy for appropriate union film and television opportunities * Networking and relationship-development plan * Weekly action calendar with priorities, ownership, and deadlines * Clear KPIs for measuring progress * Recommendations for any new headshots, scenes, reels, websites, branding assets, or publicity only where genuinely necessary If the audit, strategy, communication, and working relationship are strong, the engagement may expand into campaign execution and ongoing advisory support. Responsibilities May Include * Building and managing a focused representation campaign * Researching legitimate agents, managers, casting professionals, producers, and projects * Creating customized outreach instead of mass copy-and-paste submissions * Organizing submissions, follow-ups, responses, meetings, and next actions * Advising on leading-man positioning and professional presentation * Helping convert existing credits and footage into stronger career leverage * Identifying underused opportunities across theatrical, streaming, independent film, and television * Reviewing representation performance and communication objectively * Preparing questions and strategy for agent or manager meetings * Maintaining a weekly campaign dashboard * Providing direct, practical feedback and clearly prioritized next steps * Helping create a career system that does not depend entirely on one person, relationship, or occasional opportunity Existing Representation I currently have professional relationships with representatives whom I respect and appreciate. This project is not automatically about attacking, replacing, or undermining anyone. It is about objectively evaluating the present system, identifying where movement is insufficient, and determining whether additional or stronger representation lanes are necessary. The strategist must be able to approach this with maturity, discretion, and industry awareness. Required Experience The ideal candidate should have: * Direct experience working with professional film and television actors * Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA career and representation ecosystems * Understanding of Actors Access, Casting Networks, IMDb, reels, headshots, submissions, and representation outreach * Experience helping actors secure stronger representation, meetings, auditions, or measurable career advancement * Knowledge of Los Angeles and New York film and television markets * Existing familiarity with theatrical agents, managers, casting offices, producers, and development companies * Strong research, positioning, communication, and campaign-management skills * Verifiable case studies, references, or actors whose careers you have helped advance * Excellent follow-through and responsiveness * The ability to deliver honest strategic judgment rather than empty encouragement Experience with leading men, dramatic actors, action roles, prestige television, studio films, thrillers, historical dramas, or cinematic character branding is especially valuable. This Is Not the Right Role for Please do not apply if your primary service is: * General life coaching * Acting lessons without career-strategy experience * Social-media management * Public relations without representation or casting knowledge * Generic résumé writing * Guaranteed auditions or guaranteed bookings * Pay-to-play casting access * Unverifiable industry introductions * Mass-email representation blasts * Large upfront consulting packages without a clear written strategy * Acting as an unlicensed talent agent This role is focused on strategy, positioning, research, outreach architecture, organization, and accountability. Actual employment procurement, submissions requiring authorized representation, and contract negotiation must remain with appropriately qualified and properly vetted industry professionals. Working Standards The selected professional must: * Communicate reliably during active milestones * Meet agreed deadlines * Provide organized written deliverables * Explain recommendations clearly * Distinguish research from verified industry relationships * Maintain confidentiality * Avoid making promises they cannot substantiate * Obtain written approval before contacting anyone in my name * Keep all outreach records, research, templates, and campaign data organized and accessible No outreach may be sent, and no person may be contacted as my representative, without prior written approval. Confidentiality and Ownership All supplied materials are confidential, including: * Headshots * Reels * Auditions * Scripts * Contracts * Representation information * Contact details * Private correspondence * Career strategy * Unreleased footage * Personal and professional records These materials may not be shared, published, reposted, used in a portfolio, distributed, or provided to third parties without written permission. Upon payment, all campaign research, written strategy, outreach materials, databases, trackers, templates, and deliverables created specifically for this project will belong to the client, subject to Upwork’s applicable terms. To Apply Begin your proposal with the words: CINEMATIC FLAME Then provide: 1. Two or three actors or entertainment-career campaigns you have personally worked on 2. Your exact role and measurable results in each case 3. Your experience with SAG-AFTRA actors, theatrical representation, casting platforms, and representation outreach 4. What you would evaluate during the first five hours of this engagement 5. Your approach to determining whether an actor’s current representation system is functioning effectively 6. How you would position and market a leading actor without reducing him to generic branding language 7. Links to relevant case studies, testimonials, professional profiles, or references 8. Your availability, hourly rate, and preferred communication schedule 9. Confirmation that you understand this role does not authorize unlicensed employment procurement or contract negotiation 10. Confirmation that no outreach will be sent in the actor’s name without written approval Generic proposals that simply say, “I can help you become successful in Hollywood,” will not be considered. I am looking for a strategist with real entertainment-industry judgment, disciplined execution, discretion, urgency, and the ability to convert strong talent and professional materials into consistent career movement. The objective is not more advice. The objective is momentum. Shortlisted candidates will receive selected headshots, acting footage, résumé materials, and professional profile information privately through Upwork for evaluation.

In addition to capturing the footage, you’ll be responsible for editing it into engaging, platform-ready short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Title: Engineer Needed — Drain Tile Design for Stormwater Basin (Minnesota) The Situation We are a 56-home HOA with a private dry detention basin (Outlot E, approx. 0.5 acre) that has never drained since it was built in 2001 to 2002. This approach has already been discussed with the City of Brooklyn Park and the West Mississippi Watershed Management Commission, and does not require permit submittal or approval from either. Essentially we have a bathtub with the plug in. We need drain tile or an underdrain designed to drain it. Why it doesn't drain The basin floor was built flat at elevation 841.0 ft, identical to the outlet invert. Both inlets sit slightly below the outlet (elevation 840.94 and 840.97 versus 841.0). Water entering at the inlets has no gravity path to the outlet once it's in the center of the basin. The existing outlet (SK1, 12-inch RCP skimmer) drains within one to two days near the outlet itself, but the center of the basin stays wet. 2019 site visit (American Engineering Testing): On November 13, 2019, AET performed two hand auger borings in the basin to a depth of 4.5 feet. Soils at both locations were topsoil and organic black material throughout. AET concluded the pond's soils were not suitable for infiltrating water, and that the soils between the inlet and outlet appeared unsuitable for proper sloping and drainage into the outlet. May 2026 dredge: We removed roughly 12 to 18 inches of accumulated sediment and organic material and restored the basin to its 841.0 design elevation. Standing water persisted in the center afterward. June 2026 follow-up dig: A month later, with the basin still holding water, our excavator and the City's civil engineer dug down an additional 4 feet into the center of the basin at several locations. They still encountered organic material, silt, and very fine sand throughout, confirming there is no infiltratable soil even several feet below the post-dredge grade. Grading limitation: The center of the basin is unsuitable muck to significant depth, confirmed by both AET's 2019 borings and the June 2026 follow-up dig. It cannot be graded or compacted to create positive slope. It must be removed and replaced with clean granular material wherever the design requires stable grade or bedding. Vegetation and sediment history: For roughly 23 years no vegetation was removed from the basin; cattails cut in 2017 were left to decompose in place, adding organic material to the basin floor annually. Neither inlet has sediment pretreatment, so street sediment has washed in unchecked the entire time. Scope Design a drain tile or underdrain system that collects water from the basin floor, bypasses the existing outlet structure and its catch basin entirely, and runs by gravity to a downstream storm sewer manhole. The existing outlet stays in place, functioning only as high water overflow, no longer the primary drain. Two options to evaluate: Option 1 (preferred): Excavate only deep enough to bury the pipe. Pipe must still be bedded and surrounded in clean drain rock or aggregate with filter fabric or sock, backfilled with clean sand to grade. The existing muck cannot be reused as backfill or bedding. Our concern is whether this leaves residual standing water above the pipe. We need confirmation this achieves drawdown in 5 days or less. If not, tell us. Option 2: Remove approximately 2 additional feet of material beyond Option 1 for faster drawdown, replaced with the same clean rock and sand system, if needed to hit the 5-day target. We are leaning toward Option 1 on cost, but want the engineering to confirm it will actually dry out in time. Requirements Plans must be biddable and buildable by an excavation contractor. Pipe sizing, slope, invert elevations, aggregate envelope, filter sock or fabric, and cleanout locations. Clogging is the failure mode we most need designed against. Low maintenance is a hard requirement. Our board turns over regularly and has no ongoing technical continuity. Design should be consistent with MPCA Minnesota Stormwater Manual and Brooklyn Park City Code Chapter 153 standards. Engineer of record must be a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Minnesota. We will provide the original 2001 stormwater management plans and calculations, MFRA record drawings, the 2019 AET site visit report, and City and watershed correspondence. In your bid, please include: relevant underdrain design experience, your Minnesota PE license number, your fixed fee and timeline, and whether your fee assumes we provide an existing conditions survey.
