Job Description: We are an early-stage industrial engineering startup preparing to launch a lean Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) campaign on Wefunder with a maximum funding cap of $100,000. Our technology platform (the Pulse Flange™) has incredible market metrics—including a 60% gross profit margin and a massive domestic addressable footprint—backed by active provisional patent protections and verified engineering beta-test validation data. Because we are capping the round at $100K, we are utilizing self-certified executive financials to ensure a streamlined launch. We operate in a competitive market and are maintaining a strict "Stealth Mode" posture. This means we need to pitch the market pain points, business economics, and utility value without displaying raw technical blueprints, physical engineering drawings, or device photography. We are looking for an experienced, elite Equity Crowdfunding Manager to handle the complete onboarding and asset creation process. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: • Wefunder Portal Management: Take our completed pitch narratives, data sheets, and company metrics and manage the entire text layout and backend onboarding profile setup within the Wefunder dashboard. • Presentation & Pitch Deck Conversion: Transform our existing text-heavy PowerPoint slides into a polished, investor-facing presentation. You must be able to convert technical metrics into high-level conceptual diagrams and data graphics that do not compromise our IP. • Compliance-Grade Copywriting: Adapt our raw narratives into highly engaging, public-facing copy that satisfies both Wefunder review and SEC Form C guidelines. This includes cleanly structuring disclosures for outstanding vendor accounts payable (current engineering validation invoices) and future milestone allocations (non-provisional patent filing fees). • Launch Strategy: Advise on campaign structuring to ensure we leverage our close network commitments to maximize day-one platform momentum. Required Qualifications: • Proven track record of successfully launching and getting campaigns approved on Wefunder or StartEngine (please provide links to past live or concluded campaigns in your proposal). • Deep working knowledge of SEC Reg CF compliance requirements, specifically around Form C text rules, Use of Proceeds matrices, and self-certified financial line reporting. • Strong graphic design capabilities to create clean, polished presentation assets without relying on actual device schematics. • Excellent copywriting skills capable of turning complex industrial engineering concepts into clean, universally accessible value propositions. Please include your past crowdfunding success metrics and your estimated timeline for a full draft turnaround in your proposal. ________________________________________ 2. Freelancer Screening & Interview Questionnaire When candidates apply, send this structured questionnaire to the top 3–5 applicants to vet their structural knowledge and ensure they understand how to protect your intellectual property. ________________________________________ Candidate Screening Questions 1. The Stealth Posture: We are operating under a provisional patent filing and cannot display precise engineering drawings, blueprints, or full device pictures on a public portal. How do you plan to structure a highly compelling visual presentation for retail investors while maintaining a strict "Stealth Mode" posture? 2. The Validation Invoices: We have outstanding accounts payable invoices for past engineering validation work that will be paid using a portion of the campaign funds. How will you format our "Use of Proceeds" matrix and copy disclosures to ensure this passes Wefunder's compliance review immediately without delaying our launch? 3. The SEC Thresholds: Because our cap is strictly set at $100,000, we are using self-certified executive financial disclosures to avoid third-party accounting costs. Are you comfortable guiding our team through the exact financial lines required to auto-generate the Form C on Wefunder, and have you handled a self-certified round under the current SEC limits before? 4. Platform Momentum: To trigger the Wefunder algorithm and get pushed to their public homepage, we intend to roll our close-network commitments onto the page on day one. What is your specific strategy for managing the transition between our private network launch and opening up to the public crowd? 5. Portfolio & References: Please provide links to 2 or 3 campaigns you have personally onboarded and written copy for on Wefunder. What were the total funding results for those campaigns, and what was your specific role in execution? ________________________________________
