Our attorney represents victims of false arrest, police brutality, wrongful arrest, racial profiling, and civil rights violations across all five boroughs of New York City. Negotiate a fair settlement for a legal case involving one pro se sharp party vs 3 attorneys in Denver, Co. Theory of the case Landlord watched too many mafia movies and tried to extort a tenant for a 4k loan at threat of eviction with 5ish days to decide, then actually continued to shoot himself in the foot by following through on his threat and filing eviction, in the face of a legally binding contract which would have enforced arbitration. Tenant only seeks a reasonable and fair exit to the matter, yet landlords attorneys are not taking a pro se tenant seriously. Short work for a Colorado Bar Attorney, enter and negotiate whatever you think is fair and get the matter closed. 3 distinct paths, 2 of them very strong, to fee shifting if you read the case and prefer to fight it on its merits. Gut sense budget of 1k assigned, happy to entertain higher and lower budgets, just please let your proposal reward you for success and limit risk on failure.

We are beneficiaries embroiled in a lawsuit with crooked trustees who have made an insane mess out of 3 trusts. The trusts include a CRT. The trustee has already been found negligent by the IRS. We need to examine what happens in a settlement in various scenarios - comparing how tax is imposed if the settlement money flows back through the trust(s) versus if it flows to us directly. Separately, the Trustee misrepesented the liquid asset value of the CRTs on the 706, which the IRS used to calculated deductions for the CRT from one of the primary trusts. Later the trustee had to claw back millions from the CRT to the main trust and distribute it to beneficiaries. We need to understand what liability if any is on her, and/ or flows to us if the IRS finds that fraudulent or negligent or both. And also, what happens if the court replaces her with a professional. Does the 706 get amended? What happens to that tax deduction? Does the trust owe more tax and penalties? We are looking for someone in California who knows California and Federal tax / trust law including foundation rules for CRTs.

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). I’m decent with ads, but I inherited a Meta campaign from a previous agency that is a mess under the hood. What I need right now is **a coach, not an agency**. ### Current situation - Existing Meta campaigns built by a past agency - Using **lead forms** today, but I also have a **proven landing page** that converts on Google Ads - Conversion tracking / notifications are wrong or missing - I’m not confident in my Events Manager, pixel/CAPI, or which events are firing where - I want to be the in-house “media buyer” for our company, but I want an expert guiding me ### What I want from you 1. **Live 1:1 coaching & troubleshooting** - 60–90 minute Zoom calls (screen share) - You walk me through: - Auditing current campaigns, ad sets, and ads - Auditing events, pixel/CAPI, and conversion setup - Deciding when to use **Lead Form** vs **Website Conversion** for a local service - I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.igrating from lead forms to landing page objective** (or validating why we should stay on lead forms) - Making sure: - The right **primary conversion** is set (calls / form fills / booked jobs) - Events are de-duped and firing correctly - I get accurate, timely lead notifications 2. **Simple, repeatable framework** - Clean naming / structure so I can operate this like a pro - Clear rules for: - Campaign objectives by funnel stage - Budget and bidding logic for local lead gen - Testing new creatives / hooks without breaking what works 3. **Ongoing coaching (light)** - After the initial fixes, periodic calls to: - Review performance - Plan new tests - Help me interpret data and know what to change next ### Who you are Please only apply if ALL of this are true: - 3–5+ years running **Meta ads for local service businesses** (home services, trades, etc.) - You’ve personally managed accounts spending **mid 4-figs+/month** on Meta - You can show **before/after** improvements in: - Cost per lead - Lead quality (not just volume) - You are strong at **tracking & Events Manager** (pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, standard events) - You’re willing to **teach while you work**, not just click around silently - You can speak in **plain English**, not platform jargon ### How we’ll measure success (first 30–60 days) - Clean, reliable conversion tracking on the **right events** - Clear decision + implementation on **Lead Form vs Landing Page** (or a hybrid that makes sense) - I can explain our account structure, events, and reporting back to you on a whiteboard - Cost per qualified lead trending in the right direction ### How to apply (follow this or you’ll be skipped) Start your proposal with: **META JUNK COACH** Then answer in bullets: 1. 2 examples of local service accounts you’ve run (blurred is fine) and the results you got. 2. A short example of where you switched from lead forms → landing page (or vice versa), what you changed, and the impact on CPL/lead quality. 3. Your hourly rate and typical call length. 4. Your time zone and usual availability. This is a **coaching-first** role. If you blow me away, there’s room for ongoing advisory and some done-for-you build work. I want to become dangerous in Meta ads, not outsource my brain.

We're looking for a senior paid media specialist to perform an independent, second-opinion audit of our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Combined monthly spend is in the $20k to $30k range, so we need someone who regularly audits accounts at this level or higher. This is a one-time, fixed-scope project. You'll be given view-only access. We want an objective, unbiased assessment of the current state of the accounts, not campaign management (at least not yet). What we need you to evaluate: - Conversion tracking and attribution setup, and whether reported numbers can be trusted - Account structure and overall efficiency of spend - Wasted spend (irrelevant search terms, broad match issues, Performance Max, etc.) - Meta-specific issues like audience overlap, cannibalization, and creative/testing setup - Whether the current performance being reported is real and sustainable Deliverables: - A written audit report with specific, prioritized findings - A recorded walkthrough (Loom or similar) of the accounts explaining what you found To be considered, please briefly describe your audit process, specifically how you verify that conversion tracking and reported results are accurate. Generic "I'll review it and share feedback" responses will not be considered. Requirements: - Google Ads certified and Meta Blueprint certified (or equivalent demonstrated expertise) - Proven experience auditing accounts at this spend level - Strong Upwork history (high job success score, relevant reviews) Note: Strong performance on this audit could lead to an ongoing account management engagement, so please mention if that would interest you.
