I recently had a professional photographer take photos of a home I own in another state. The photos themselves are good quality, but there are several items I would like professionally edited or corrected before using them for the property listing. I’m looking for someone experienced with Photoshop/photo retouching who can make the following edits while keeping the photos looking natural and realistic: Sliding glass door: In one photo, a sliding glass door is partially open. I would like it edited so that it appears completely closed. Vehicle removal: Remove a truck that is visible in one of the photos. Garage drywall/ceiling: The garage photos were taken while some electrical work was being corrected, so portions of the ceiling/walls were still open. I would like these areas restored digitally so the ceiling and walls appear finished and normal. Garage lighting: Some of the garage lights were not fully supported/straightened when the photos were taken. They have since been corrected, so I would like the lights in the photos straightened to reflect their current appearance. Grass: The exterior photos were taken during the winter, so the grass appears brown. I would like the grass adjusted to a natural, healthy green while still looking realistic. Front porch: In one exterior photo where the garage door is open, there are some gray panels/wood leaning against the house near the front porch. I would like those items removed. I attempted to make some of these edits myself using AI tools, but I was unable to maintain the original image resolution and quality. The files I will provide are the highest-quality versions I currently have. The most important thing to me is that the finished photos remain high resolution and realistic. I do not want them to look obviously AI-generated or heavily edited. Please let me know if this is something you can do and, if possible, provide examples of similar real estate photo editing or object-removal work you have completed.

We are an early-stage SaaS / lead-generation company preparing to sign a software development agency and possibly retain additional contractors. Before signature, we need experienced startup technology / IP counsel to review and strengthen the builder agreement. The immediate goal is a signable, commercially workable agreement that protects company ownership, source code, infrastructure, and continuity without making the terms so extreme that a qualified builder cannot reasonably accept them. Remote is fine. California licensure is preferred, but strong California startup, software-contracting, IP-assignment, or technology-transactions experience may be sufficient. We need help with four areas: #1. IP ownership and chain of title Ensure present-tense assignment of company-specific work product, clear ownership of code, schemas, documentation, prompts, workflows, designs, APIs, automations, and related deliverables. #2. Agency, contractor, and subcontractor responsibility Clarify whether work is performed by the agency, employees, contractors, or specialists, and ensure proper confidentiality, IP assignment, and flow-down obligations for anyone touching the work. #3. Software, access, and deliverable controls Address background IP, open-source/third-party software, repository control, cloud accounts, credentials, data access, milestone acceptance, documentation, and source-code delivery. #4. Termination, transition, and diligence readiness Protect against access disputes, ownership claims, incomplete handoff, nonperformance, security issues, and future investor/acquirer diligence problems. Preferred first step: We would like to begin with a paid 1–2 hour review call, followed by a capped-scope review/redline of the development agreement and any needed IP-assignment, confidentiality, subcontractor, access-control, and transition provisions. We are not looking for a theoretical memo. We need practical contract protection before hiring the builder. Ideal candidate: • Has drafted or negotiated software-development agency / contractor agreements • Understands copyright ownership, work made for hire, present assignment, background IP, licensing, trade secrets, and open-source risk • Has experience with offshore development agencies or international contractors • Can distinguish true signature blockers from lower-priority improvements • Can protect the company while keeping the agreement commercially reasonable • Can coordinate later with separate corporate, tax, privacy, TCPA, or securities counsel if needed Please briefly answer: #1. Are you licensed in a particular state & what is your startup/software-contracting experience? #2. How many software-development agency or contractor agreements have you drafted or negotiated? #3. Have you handled offshore or international development teams? #4. What are the biggest IP chain-of-title issues you typically see in early-stage software companies? #5. What is your hourly rate, and what capped range would you suggest for the first agreement review? Please do not apply if your experience is limited to generic NDAs, website terms, trademark filings, patent prosecution, or basic independent-contractor templates. We need substantial software-development, technology-transactions, and IP ownership experience.

We are an early-stage SaaS / lead-generation company preparing our entity, ownership, founder stock, IP, and angel-financing structure before outside investment. We need a remote QSBS / IRC Section 1202 tax expert with direct U.S. federal tax experience. U.S.-licensed attorneys, CPAs, CPA/JDs, or integrated legal-tax teams are preferred. Non-U.S.-based candidates may apply only if they have credible U.S. QSBS / startup C-corp tax experience and can clearly identify what should be coordinated with U.S. counsel. This is a paid, capped-scope review - not a request for free legal or tax analysis. We need help with four things: 1. QSBS / IRC 1202 eligibility Pressure-test whether our planned SaaS / lead-generation business model can support QSBS treatment, including any risks from financial-services-adjacent revenue. 2. Entity and tax structure Advise on the cleanest path for C-corp structuring, LLC-to-C-corp conversion, HoldCo / product-line separation, California to Utah tax issues, and timing before appreciation or angel investment. 3. Founder stock, IP, and trust planning Identify key issues around founder stock, vesting, 83(b), contractor-created IP assignment, and founder/family-trust ownership planning. 4. Angel investor readiness Flag tax/entity issues before early angel investment, including possible non-U.S. investor coordination for inbound funding, treaty documentation, withholding, reporting, and exit/distribution considerations. Preferred first step: We will provide a short written company brief before the initial paid call. We would like to begin with a capped review that includes a paid 1–2 hour call and either a concise issue-spotting memo or implementation roadmap. In your proposal, please briefly share: 1. Your direct QSBS / IRC 1202 experience 2. Your credentials: attorney, CPA, CPA/JD, or legal-tax team 3. Any relevant SaaS, marketplace, lead-generation, fintech-adjacent, or regulated-data experience 4. Your recommended paid first step and estimated cost range Please do not apply if your experience is limited to general bookkeeping, basic tax preparation, ordinary LLC formation, or generic startup advice.

About The Practice Nurture Neuro is a cash-pay pediatric neurology practice in the Los Angeles area founded by Dr. Brian Wong, a board-certified pediatric neurologist. We take a whole-child, integrative approach to ADHD, autism, sleep, and related neurodevelopmental care. Our Instagram exists to build trust with parents who found us through ads, Google, or a referral and are deciding whether to book a discovery call. Who We’re Writing For Our audience is college-educated, affluent Millennial and Gen X parents, mothers most often, who research their child’s care intensively and use social media as part of how they evaluate healthcare providers. They read past the headline, they save posts for later, and they can tell when content talks down to them. Every post should respect that: evidence-aware, specific, warm but never patronizing, no engagement-bait. A detailed audience and content brief is provided at onboarding. The Operating Model Dr. Wong films one batch recording session per month (2 to 3 hours of raw talking-head footage from prepared scripts). You turn that into a month of content and run the channel. His only recurring inputs are that filming session and a weekly approval pass. Everything else is yours. You will not be starting from zero. Reel scripts, captions, an audience brief, brand guidelines, and an AI-assisted copy pipeline already exist. This role is about production and consistency, not inventing a strategy. Monthly Deliverables - 8–12 Instagram posts per month (2–3 per week), format mix of roughly 4 short-form reels (simple talking-head edits from the batch footage, captions burned in, light cuts, no heavy production) and 4–6 educational carousels built from our templates and pre-drafted copy - Captions and hashtags finalized in our brand voice (drafts are largely provided; you polish, format, and schedule) - Full scheduling and publishing via a scheduler (Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite) - Stories to maintain the five profile highlights, plus repurposing 2–4 posts per month to our Google Business Profile - Light community management: liking and replying to benign comments, deflecting any medical questions with an approved template - A one-page monthly report: reach, profile visits, follower trend, link clicks to our discovery-call page, top posts by saves and shares, and next month’s content plan Month 1 Is Already Scoped Your first month is producing and publishing our existing launch batch: four reviewed reel scripts (filmed with Dr. Wong in one session), a finished 10-slide sleep carousel ready to post, highlight covers already designed, and matching Google Business Profile posts already written. Deliverable: profile set up with highlights live, pinned post placed, and the full batch published on a 2–3 per week cadence. What Dr. Wong Keeps (non-negotiable) - Final approval on every post before it publishes (medical accuracy and licensure liability) - All responses to clinical questions in comments and DMs; you never give medical advice or anything resembling it - Strategy sign-off: content themes follow the practice’s current positioning priorities, briefed at onboarding Compliance guardrails - No patient stories, photos, or details of any kind. You will have zero access to patient information, our EMR, or the practice inbox. - No outcome guarantees, no cure language, no fear-based hooks. - Testimonials appear as first name plus last initial only. - Certain topics that are controversial are off-limits without Dr. Wong’s explicit case-by-case approval. - Brand assets, colors, and fonts are provided; use them exactly. - All CTAs point to nurtureneuro.co/discovery-call. You’re a fit if you have - 2+ years managing social accounts for healthcare, wellness, or another regulated industry - Strong template-based design skills (Canva or similar) for carousels and story frames, plus competent short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) - Comfort working async: recorded walkthroughs and shared docs over meetings - Bonus: experience with parent-facing or pediatric audiences Engagement Terms - Independent contractor, flat monthly retainer, estimated 8–12 hours per week equivalent - 90-day initial term with defined success metrics, then month to month - One 30-minute monthly sync; otherwise async - 90-day success looks like: cadence held at 2–3 posts per week with zero missed weeks, guardrail compliance at 100%, and an upward trend in profile visits, saves, and discovery-call link clicks To Apply Send 3 links to accounts you’ve run (healthcare preferred), 2 reels you personally edited, 2 carousels you personally designed, and your monthly retainer for the scope above.
