We are seeking a skilled UGC video creator to produce a short-form donation campaign video (60–90 seconds) for Pathway Community Foundation's HBCU Smart City Tech Fellows program. The video will live on our donor landing page and be distributed across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The concept is a warm, direct-to-camera appeal, delivered by an HBCU alumni or civic-minded professional, woven together with B-roll footage that visually reinforces the mission: HBCU students working alongside city governments to solve real infrastructure challenges. B-roll should include urban city environments, students collaborating in professional settings, and technology in a civic context (think city halls, data dashboards, community meetings, and modern campus environments). The tone should feel authentic, not polished-corporate, this is a community campaign, not a TV commercial. The ideal creator is comfortable on camera, can write or adapt a short script from our provided talking points, and has experience sourcing or shooting relevant B-roll. We will provide the full campaign brief, key messaging pillars, and brand color guidelines. Deliverables include one final edited video (1080p minimum, vertical and horizontal cuts), raw footage, and one round of revisions. If you have experience creating content for nonprofit, education, or civic-tech audiences, please include samples with your proposal.

I am a realtor working on rebranding. I work in a large brokerage, and we have an in-house marketing department I have been working with for brand creation. We specialize in Fleming Island, FL, and would like an accurate map created with the neighborhoods in colors that complement our branding to use as a background in our marketing. This is a starting point, and may open up to further opportunities with our branding such as website creation, collatoral materials for marketing, etc. As I mentioned, we do have an in-house department, but we may want to take it a step up.

Axis Systems is building SWGI™, an enterprise infrastructure platform that governs AI agents, cloud workloads, Kubernetes environments, and privileged actions before they execute. SWGI is live on Google Cloud Marketplace. Axis Systems is an official Google Cloud Partner, an Intel Partner Alliance member, and a Carahsoft partner positioned for U.S. public-sector procurement. We have reached the point where technical development, marketplace access, partner positioning, and commercial packaging are in place. We now need an experienced enterprise sales professional who can help convert that foundation into qualified conversations, paid pilots, and customer revenue. How We Identify Our Teams Axis Builders — everyone contributing to the company Axis Growth Builders — enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, and revenue Axis Success Builders — technical account management, onboarding, implementation, and customer success This position begins as an Axis Growth Builder and may develop into a long-term founding commercial role based on performance, communication, teamwork, and alignment with the company’s mission. What You Will Do You will work directly with the founder and collaborate with technical and customer-success resources to: Identify and prioritize enterprise and public-sector target accounts Map CISOs, CIOs, platform-engineering leaders, AI-governance leaders, infrastructure executives, and economic buyers Create personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach Generate qualified discovery meetings Position the Axis Execution Audit and paid SWGI validation engagement Advance opportunities from initial contact through technical discovery and pilot discussion Maintain disciplined CRM notes, follow-ups, next actions, and pipeline reporting Activate Google Cloud, Intel, and Carahsoft relationships around specific qualified opportunities Communicate buyer feedback clearly to the founder, technical team, and Axis Success Builders Help refine messaging, targeting, and commercial strategy based on actual market responses Who We Need This is not a generic appointment-setting or high-volume cold-calling role. Strong candidates will have experience selling or developing pipeline for one or more of the following: Enterprise cybersecurity Cloud infrastructure Kubernetes or container platforms AI infrastructure or AI governance DevSecOps Confidential computing Enterprise software Government or regulated-industry technology Complex B2B solutions with multi-stakeholder sales cycles You should understand how to sell through discovery, technical validation, proof of value, procurement, and executive sponsorship—not simply send mass outreach. You must also be a strong communicator and dependable teammate. Axis is building a collaborative operating culture where information moves quickly between Growth Builders, Success Builders, technical leadership, and the founder. Clear communication, accurate reporting, responsiveness, and mutual accountability are core expectations. Initial Commercial Motion The initial sales sequence is: Execution Audit → Paid Authority Validation → Authority Domain License → Enterprise Expansion You will not be expected to deliver deep technical demonstrations alone. The founder and technical team will support architecture discussions, platform demonstrations, security reviews, and pilot design. Your primary responsibility is to create and advance qualified commercial opportunities while keeping the wider team informed and coordinated. Initial Engagement Initial commitment: 10–15 hours per week Starting term: 30-day paid trial Work arrangement: Remote Primary market: United States Expansion: Additional hours and a longer-term role based on qualified pipeline, execution quality, communication, and performance Milestone bonuses: Additional compensation may be awarded for agreed commercial milestones, including qualified meetings, paid validations, pilot advancement, and closed revenue Long-term opportunity: The right candidate may be considered for a long-term vested equity position based on sustained performance, leadership, company contribution, and mutual fit Any bonus or equity arrangement will be documented separately and tied to clearly defined milestones, responsibilities, vesting requirements, and formal company approval. How Success Will Be Evaluated Success during the initial engagement will be measured through: Quality of target-account selection Relevant decision-makers identified Personalized outreach completed Qualified conversations created Discovery meetings booked Execution Audit, validation, or pilot opportunities advanced Quality and accuracy of CRM reporting Responsiveness and communication with the team Ability to collaborate effectively with Axis Growth Builders and Axis Success Builders Contribution to the broader commercial strategy To Apply Please answer the following: What enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or government technology products have you sold? What was the typical contract value and sales-cycle length? Who would you target first for SWGI, and why? How would you secure the first three qualified enterprise meetings? Describe one complex opportunity you personally helped move from initial outreach to pilot or contract. How do you communicate pipeline progress, blockers, and buyer feedback across a small team? Are you comfortable beginning with 10–15 hours per week during a 30-day paid trial? Are you interested in a performance-based path that may include milestone bonuses and potential long-term vested equity? Please do not submit a generic sales proposal. Review Axis Systems and explain how your experience applies to this specific enterprise infrastructure opportunity.
