# Legal Intake & MVA Closing Specialist – Personal Injury / Phone Sales Experience ## About the Role **Intake Services, Inc.** is a legal marketing and intake company that works with personal injury law firms throughout the United States. We generate, qualify, intake, and help convert prospective clients involved in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury matters. We are looking for an experienced **Legal Intake & MVA Closing Specialist** to join our growing intake/closing department. This is **not simply a call-center, customer service, or data-entry position.** We need someone who can speak confidently with accident victims, gather detailed information, identify whether an opportunity meets our qualification criteria, build trust with the prospective client, and ultimately help move qualified prospects through the intake and retainer-signing process. The ideal candidate has a combination of **empathy, strong phone presence, attention to detail, persistence, and sales ability.** Direct personal injury or MVA intake experience is highly preferred. However, if you have a strong phone sales/closing background and are willing to learn how to properly vet motor vehicle accidents, **we are willing to train the right person.** ## What You'll Be Doing You will communicate directly with prospective personal injury clients who have expressed interest in receiving help after an accident. Your responsibilities may include: * Conducting detailed motor vehicle accident intakes by phone * Building rapport and trust with prospective clients * Asking intelligent follow-up questions rather than simply reading a script * Gathering accident, injury, treatment, insurance, vehicle, passenger, and liability information * Understanding how an accident occurred and identifying potential qualification issues * Identifying red flags or information requiring additional review * Following up with prospects who don't complete the intake on the first call * Handling reasonable objections, questions, and hesitation * Explaining the intake and signing process clearly and professionally * Sending and following up on electronic retainer agreements * Working toward getting qualified prospective clients successfully signed * Maintaining detailed and accurate CRM/intake notes * Communicating internally regarding completed intakes, questionable opportunities, and follow-up needs * Following established compliance, quality-control, and intake procedures ## WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON OUR SALES & CLOSING PROCESS **We don't expect you to figure this out on your own.** Even if you already have legal intake or sales experience, we will train you on the specific processes, language, and techniques we use at Intake Services, Inc. Training and support will include: * **Sales and closing training** * MVA intake and qualification training * Proven **talk-offs and rebuttals** for common prospect questions and objections * Scripts, talking points, and conversation frameworks * Access to **recorded calls from real intake/closing conversations** so you can hear how successful calls are handled * Training audio covering our intake, sales, and closing methodology * Examples of how experienced closers build rapport and maintain control of a call * Guidance on handling hesitant or indecisive prospects * Follow-up strategies for prospects who don't immediately sign * Coaching and call reviews * Ongoing feedback designed to improve your conversion ability We want you to understand **why** certain approaches work—not simply memorize a script. Our goal is to give you a proven framework and then help you develop the confidence to make it sound natural in your own voice. If you're coachable, competitive, comfortable on the phone, and willing to learn, **we can teach you a tremendous amount about legal intake and closing.** ## MVA KNOWLEDGE Direct experience vetting motor vehicle accident opportunities is strongly preferred, but **we are willing to teach the right candidate.** You should either already understand or be willing to learn how to gather and evaluate information involving: * Accident facts and liability * Date and location of loss * Police reports * Vehicle damage * Injuries and symptoms * Medical treatment * Insurance coverage * At-fault parties * Passengers and additional injured parties * Commercial vehicles * Rideshare/delivery vehicles * Hit-and-run accidents * Uninsured/underinsured situations * Prior representation * Existing attorney relationships * Potential conflicts or qualification issues We do **not** expect our intake representatives to practice law or provide legal advice. Your job is to gather information accurately, follow our qualification procedures, identify issues requiring review, and help qualified prospects complete the intake/signing process. ## SALES ABILITY MATTERS This is an important part of the position. We don't want someone whose only instinct is: *"I called. They didn't answer. I left a voicemail."* We want someone who understands **follow-up, persistence, rapport, and conversion.** If a qualified prospect is hesitant, we want you to understand *why* they're hesitant, address reasonable concerns within the scope of your role, build trust, and continue working the opportunity. At the same time, we will **train you on how we do this.** You'll receive talk-offs, rebuttals, examples, call recordings, and coaching rather than being expected to develop a closing system from scratch. You should be comfortable being measured on performance indicators such as **contact rates, completed intakes, follow-up, conversion, quality, and signed retainers.** ## Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in: **Personal injury law firm intake Motor vehicle accident intake Legal call centers Plaintiff-side personal injury Inbound phone sales Outbound phone sales High-ticket phone sales Appointment setting / closing Lead qualification and conversion** A great closer in this position understands how to be **empathetic without being passive and persuasive without being aggressive.** Many prospects are dealing with injuries, vehicle damage, insurance companies, medical treatment, and uncertainty about what happens next. Your ability to listen, communicate confidently, establish trust, and keep control of the conversation is extremely important. ## Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English * Strong, confident and personable phone presence * Excellent listening skills * Ability to communicate with empathy * Sales and closing instincts * Comfortable making multiple follow-up attempts * Detail-oriented when documenting calls * Reliable and responsive during scheduled hours * Comfortable working inside a CRM and other web-based systems * Able to follow scripts/processes while still sounding natural * **Highly coachable and willing to learn our closing methodology** * Comfortable listening to and analyzing recorded calls * Comfortable having your own calls reviewed for coaching and quality assurance * Strong judgment and willingness to escalate questionable situations rather than guessing **Personal injury/MVA intake experience is highly preferred, but strong salespeople who are willing to learn MVA intake are encouraged to apply.** ## When Applying **Please do not send us a generic copy-and-paste Upwork proposal.** Start your application by answering the following: **1. What experience do you have with personal injury or legal intake?** **2. Have you previously handled motor vehicle accident intakes? If so, what information were you responsible for gathering or evaluating?** **3. Describe your phone sales or closing experience. What were you selling or closing?** **4. Have you ever been responsible for getting a customer or client to electronically sign an agreement or retainer?** **5. Tell us about a time a prospect initially said NO or was hesitant and you were ultimately able to close the sale. What did you do?** **6. Approximately how many inbound/outbound calls were you accustomed to handling per day?** **7. What CRM, dialer, intake, or case-management systems have you used?** **8. Are you comfortable having your calls recorded and reviewed for training and quality assurance?** **9. Are you willing to spend time listening to successful recorded calls, training audio, and coaching sessions to learn our system?** **10. Please provide a short voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you believe you'd be good at speaking with an accident victim and helping move them through our intake process.** ## Long-Term Opportunity We are looking for someone who can potentially become a **long-term part of our intake and closing department**, not simply someone to make a few calls. For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop substantial knowledge in both **personal injury intake and professional phone sales/closing** while working with a company that will actively invest time in training you. If you understand that great legal intake requires a combination of **empathy, attention to detail, persistence, follow-up, and sales ability — and you're hungry to get better at all five — we'd like to hear from you.**

We're a US-based integrated digital marketing agency (Boston + Nashville, distributed team) looking for a TikTok Ads practitioner to run accounts alongside our paid media team. To be clear about what this is: we want someone who lives in TikTok Ads Manager daily, not a strategist who hands off to someone else. You'll be in the account building campaigns, reading performance, and making the calls. What you'll do: • Build and manage campaigns end to end across the funnel — prospecting through retargeting • Own daily and weekly optimizations: budget pacing, bid strategy, audience testing, placement decisions • Run creative testing at volume. Brief our designers on needed assets. Then, analyze the results and tell us what to make next • Manage Spark Ads and creator/UGC whitelisting workflows • Own tracking integrity: TikTok Pixel, Events API, catalog and product feed setup where relevant • Report on performance in plain language — what happened, why, what's next — with an emphasis on revenue KPIs • Adhere to our strategy, testing, account set up best practices, and reporting templates • Collaborate with Agency POC to properly report back performance to clients • Attend select internal Agency weekly calls • Be available 9 am - 5 pm EST via Slack and email You're a fit if you have: • 3+ years buying on TikTok specifically (not "social media marketing" broadly) • Managed at least $50k/month in TikTok spend, or comparable across multiple accounts • Real fluency with the Events API, deduplication, and diagnosing tracking discrepancies • Direct-response instincts — you optimize toward ROAS or CPA, not engagement • Strong written communication. You'll work async with our team Nice to have: Shopify or WooCommerce catalog experience, TikTok Shop, experience sourcing creators, experience with Triple Whale
