We are an electronics engineering consultancy that develops custom hardware for industrial and commercial clients. We are looking to connect with a US-based engineer who can help us with hands-on bench work on an ongoing, as-needed basis. We have upcoming projects in the pipeline, and we expect the need for this kind of hands-on support to arise in the next 2 to 3 weeks. We are lining up the right person now so we can move quickly once work is ready, so this first conversation is about understanding your capabilities, your setup, and your availability. The kind of work we would send your way: -- Flashing firmware and functional testing of PCBs before they ship to clients -- Rework when a design change or fix is needed on existing boards -- Debug and diagnosis when an issue arises or something is not working as expected What we are looking for: -- Your own lab and bench instruments, including a soldering and rework station (fine-pitch and hot air), oscilloscope, logic analyzer, bench power supply, and multimeter. A microscope for rework is a plus. -- Comfort with SMT rework, including fine-pitch and, ideally, QFN/BGA parts -- Experience flashing and bringing up microcontroller-based boards (STM32, ESP32, Nordic, NXP, PIC, and similar) -- Based in the US, working independently, and able to handle small recurring jobs with reasonable turnaround If this sounds like a fit, it would help to hear a bit about: -- The lab and test equipment you have on hand -- The kind of rework and debug work you have done recently -- Your general availability and typical response time -- Your hourly rate Looking forward to learning more about your work.

Hello, I’m looking for a social media marketing and lead generation specialist. I’m a General Contractor and own a construction and remodeling company. I used a company here in the states, they created a video of a bathroom remodel with voice as if it was me. They ran my facebook/instagram business page and used auto bot to generate qualified leads. They scheduled my appointments and I closed the projects. I received leads in a matter of a week. They were good but too expensive for me. I’m a one person company with subcontractors. Do you offer this service? Do you have a good understanding of Construction and remodeling? What advice do you have?

Summary I’m seeking a hands-on marketing professional to manage social media, content production, video, marketing operations, community engagement, and audience outreach for Media.Games. Media.Games is a news platform and news research platform that helps people understand not just individual headlines, but the larger systems, patterns, and forces shaping the news. The platform connects daily coverage with source comparisons, broader timelines, government actions, prediction markets, public-interest signals, and other tools that reveal the bigger picture without requiring users to dig through endless articles. The problem with news today is not that we need more of it. The problem is that the firehose has become so overwhelming that important stories get buried, attention is constantly redirected, and it becomes difficult to understand what actually matters. I already work with a fractional CMO who is helping define the broader marketing strategy, positioning, audiences, and priorities. I’m now looking for someone who can turn that strategy into consistent, high-quality execution while contributing strong ideas of their own. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping social media and content operations organized, moving, and shipping. It may begin as a part-time or fractional engagement but could become a full-time position depending on availability, capabilities, performance, and mutual fit. Responsibilities • Manage the social media and content calendar and coordinate day-to-day execution • Operate and grow Media.Games’ social media channels • Help develop and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across priority platforms • Turn the platform’s data, features, comparisons, timelines, and insights into compelling posts, stories, videos, and campaigns • Identify interesting narratives and content opportunities within daily news coverage and platform data • Write, edit, schedule, and publish content • Help plan, record, produce, and edit short-form video • Repurpose product insights and founder commentary across social media, video, newsletters, blog content, and other formats • Support the development of Paul Renshaw’s founder-led content and public presence • Monitor comments, messages, and audience conversations and help build an engaged community around the platform • Surface recurring audience questions, feedback, and points of confusion that could inform future content or product improvements • Research relevant podcasts, journalists, newsletters, creators, academic communities, and interview opportunities • Conduct outreach and help secure podcast appearances, interviews, partnerships, contributed content, and earned-media opportunities • Coordinate with contractors or specialists when additional design, video, writing, or production support is needed • Maintain content pipelines, track deliverables, and keep projects moving • Establish repeatable workflows for turning ideas and product developments into publishable content • Monitor performance and report on execution, audience growth, engagement, traffic, and other meaningful results • Support experiments intended to improve audience growth, engagement, activation, and retention • Stay informed about relevant developments in media, technology, artificial intelligence, journalism, news research, and the creator ecosystem Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, intellectually curious, and comfortable owning execution with limited oversight. You should be able to take a direction, platform insight, rough idea, or founder observation, turn it into a concrete plan, and carry it through to publication or completion. You should have strong writing and editorial judgment, a good instinct for what makes content interesting and shareable, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly without oversimplifying them. Because Media.Games deals with news, media analysis, bias, public information, and rapidly developing stories, accuracy and judgment are especially important. You should be comfortable moving quickly while checking facts, preserving context, and avoiding sensationalism. You do not need to be an expert in every area listed below, but experience in several would be especially valuable: • Social media management and content operations • Editorial planning and news-related content • Short-form video production and editing • Podcast booking, media outreach, or public relations • Founder-led content and personal brand development • Community management and audience engagement • Marketing for a media, technology, data, AI, research, or consumer product • Translating data or technical product features into accessible stories • Project management and coordination across multiple contributors • Analytics, experimentation, and performance reporting • Newsletter, blog, or lifecycle-content production This role is best suited to someone who enjoys making things happen: organizing the work, producing the content, coordinating the people involved, learning from performance, and ensuring that strong ideas consistently make it out into the world. About the Founder Media.Games was founded by Paul Renshaw, a technology and data leader whose background includes building complex systems at companies such as Stripe, Amazon Prime Video, and Amazon Web Services. Paul created Media.Games in response to a growing problem: readers have access to more news than ever, but fewer tools for understanding how individual stories connect, what is being overlooked, how coverage changes over time, and what forces are shaping public attention. Media.Games is fully self-funded. There are no outside investors or board members influencing its mission, methodology, rankings, or product direction. That independence is central to the platform’s development and long-term vision. How to Apply Please include: • A brief introduction describing your interest in Media.Games and this role • Relevant examples of social, editorial, video, newsletter, outreach, or founder-led content you have produced • A description of which parts of the role you are strongest in • Your availability and preferred working arrangement • Your hourly rate or compensation expectations • Any initial observations about how you might approach building an audience for Media.Games

Courser is seeking an experienced Rewst resource to assist with the setup, configuration, testing, and launch of onboarding and offboarding automation workflows for DART, a Courser MSP based in Tampa, Florida. The focus of this engagement is to serve as a hands-on setup assistant and mentor to a local DART resource who is new to Rewst. This is not intended to be a fully independent build-from-scratch role. Instead, the contractor will guide the local resource through the setup and configuration of existing Courser-developed Rewst automation crates, explain key platform concepts, help validate configuration decisions, troubleshoot issues, and build the local team’s ability to support the workflows after launch. The project uses existing Courser-developed onboarding and offboarding automation crates as the implementation baseline. The contractor will help clone, configure, test, and document these workflows while ensuring the local resource understands the workflow structure, logic, integrations, forms, variables, permissions, listener behavior, dependencies, and long-term support considerations. As requested by DART, you may be required to co-develop additional functionality to customize automations to the customer requirements. These co-developments should be completed with the local resource's involvement and be prepared with ample documentation and handoff of responsbility once this project ends. Responsibilities include helping the local DART resource set up Courser-developed Rewst onboarding and offboarding automation crates. The contractor will act as both a setup assistant and mentor, guiding the DART resource through the setup process while explaining how the workflows are structured and maintained. This includes coaching the DART resource on Rewst concepts, workflow structure, forms, integrations, organization variables, permissions, testing, troubleshooting, and environment-specific configuration. The contractor will also help configure organization variables, integrations, workflow settings, forms, permissions, and customer-specific requirements. The role also includes participating in weekly cadence calls with Courser and DART stakeholders. The contractor will provide concise written status updates covering completed work, open questions, blockers, risks, and next steps. They will also assist with launch readiness, helpdesk enablement, documentation, and final handoff. A successful engagement should leave the local DART resource prepared to monitor, support, customize, and escalate workflow issues after implementation. The ideal contractor has hands-on experience with Rewst or comparable workflow automation platforms. They should understand workflow logic, forms, integrations, permissions, variables, testing, and troubleshooting. Just as importantly, they should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to someone who is new to the platform. Experience mentoring, coaching, training, or supporting less-experienced technical resources is strongly preferred. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable guiding implementation work collaboratively instead of simply completing tasks independently. Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting skills are required. The contractor should be able to balance delivery speed with knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability. About Courser: Courser accelerates the growth of IT service provider companies. We forge dynamic partnerships, leveraging our values of Teamwork, Service, Growth-Mindedness, Trust, and Innovation to deliver impactful solutions and phenomenal customer experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced IT environment, join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our ongoing success.
