Job Description We are a marketing and advertising agency based in South Florida looking for an exceptional Social Media Expert to join our extended team. We are serious about supporting our clients, protecting their brands, and producing high-quality work, but we also believe in having fun while doing it. We love our clients, we truly believe we have the best clients in the world, and we love what we do. We are looking for another amazing person or company to help us continue delivering thoughtful, polished, strategic social media content for the upscale organizations we support. This is not a “just throw up a few posts” type of role. We are looking for someone who understands brand voice, professional tone, visual presentation, caption writing, audience engagement, and the importance of making every post feel intentional. Our clients are established businesses and upscale corporations, so the content must feel polished, smart, professional, and aligned with each client’s brand. The right person will be responsible for helping manage and run our clients’ social media pages across all major platforms. This includes writing social media post content, sourcing appropriate images or creative direction, preparing content calendars, scheduling posts, and helping ensure each client’s social presence stays consistent, elevated, and engaging. You will not be on an island. We have a Director of Creative and Branding who will help guide creative direction, brand standards, messaging, visuals, and overall positioning. However, we need someone who can take direction and run with it, think strategically, write beautifully, stay organized, and bring strong social media judgment to the table. Florida strongly preferred We have a strong preference for an individual or company based anywhere in Florida. Responsibilities Write strong, polished social media captions for a variety of professional clients. Create and manage monthly social media content calendars. Source appropriate images, graphics, stock visuals, or visual inspiration that aligns with each client’s brand. Schedule posts across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and others as needed. Adapt tone and messaging for different industries, audiences, and platforms. Understand how to make content feel professional, engaging, and not generic. Help identify content opportunities, campaign ideas, post themes, and engagement angles. Review client materials, websites, brand guides, and notes to understand each client’s voice. Coordinate with our internal creative/branding director for visual direction and brand alignment. Organize content clearly for review and approval. Make edits based on client or internal feedback. Ensure posts are accurate, clean, well-written, and free of typos. Stay aware of social media best practices, content trends, and platform expectations. Help us protect the quality and reputation of every client brand we represent. What We’re Looking For An excellent writer who can create polished, strategic social media content. Someone who understands professional, upscale, corporate, and service-based brands. Strong experience managing business social media accounts. Excellent judgment with tone, visuals, messaging, and brand voice. Someone who can write in different voices for different clients. A proactive thinker who can bring ideas, not just wait for assignments. Highly organized and reliable with deadlines. Comfortable working with content calendars, scheduling tools, Figma, Google Docs, and project management systems. Someone who takes pride in details. Someone who understands that social media is not just posting; it is brand presence, consistency, visibility, credibility, and relationship-building. A true team player who wants to become a valued asset to our agency. Preferred Based anywhere in Florida. Experience working with marketing agencies. Experience writing for professional services, insurance, finance, legal, hospitality, or other corporate brands. Experience with LinkedIn content for executives and companies. Experience with scheduling platforms such as Metricool or similar tools. This Role Is a Great Fit For You If You love writing. You understand the difference between generic content and content that actually feels like a brand. You care about tone, punctuation, grammar, and visual presentation. You can balance professional polish with warmth and personality. You enjoy being part of a creative, fast-moving marketing team. You want ongoing work and a long-term relationship, not just a one-time project. You take ownership and care about making clients look good. This Role Is Not a Fit If You rely heavily on AI-generated captions without editing or strategy. You submit generic content that could apply to any company. You are not detail-oriented. You miss deadlines or need constant follow-up. You do not have experience writing professional social media content. You are only comfortable with casual influencer-style content. Team meetings Initially, the social media team will meet weekly for about 30 to 45 minutes to collaborate. After the new team member settles in, meetings will transition to a biweekly schedule. To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about you or your company. Examples of social media accounts or posts you have written or managed. A few industries you have experience writing for. The platforms you are strongest in. Your hourly rate or preferred monthly structure. Whether you are based in Florida. A short explanation of how you approach creating content for a professional brand. We are looking for someone amazing, talented, reliable, creative, and truly excited about becoming part of our extended team. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Create a contemporary visual archive of Pasta de Pasta as a beloved New York institution: warm, clear, tactile and human, combining neighborhood documentary energy with restrained 35mm nostalgia. The food should feel comforting and memorable, while the restaurant should feel like a genuine part of everyday New York life. The most concise creative north star is: Pasta de Pasta is not a restaurant pretending to be retro. A New York classic being captured as it happens. Pasta de Pasta should not look like a new restaurant applying a vintage filter. It should feel as though it has naturally belonged to New York for years: Lived-in, familiar, energetic, straightforward and slightly imperfect. The nostalgic quality should come primarily from: Real locations and real people Restrained camera movement Natural and practical lighting Genuine restaurant sounds Slightly imperfect compositions Film-inspired color and texture Not from obvious VHS effects, fake scratches, date stamps or aggressive retro overlays. A useful ratio would be: 80% clear contemporary documentary photography 20% subtle archival-film character 1. Mood The overall mood should be: Warm but not overly golden. Nostalgic but not faded. Cinematic but not luxurious. Energetic but not chaotic. Italian in the food, New York in the attitude. The restaurant should appear like a dependable refuge within the intensity of the city. Outside, New York is loud, rushed and unpredictable. Inside, the movement becomes warmer, slower and more comforting. This gives you a strong emotional brand territory: The city moves fast. Pasta gives you a moment. 2. Lighting style Daytime Use window light, storefront light and existing restaurant illumination. Let the brighter street remain visible through the windows instead of blacking it out. Food can be shaped with one small bounced light, but it should still appear to belong in the restaurant. The goal is not perfectly even cookbook lighting. Evening This direction becomes strongest after sunset: Warm practical bulbs Exterior neon sign and storefront lights Reflections in windows Darker corners Mixed warm and cool color temperatures Passing headlights and street movement Do not completely correct every mixed light source. A little separation between greenish fluorescent kitchen light, warm interior light and cool street light creates the New York realism. 3. Photography Use direct on-camera flash selectively for staff, guests, busy counters and nighttime moments. It should feel like someone documented a memorable evening, not like a studio photographer lit the restaurant. Movement The camera should feel like an observant person inside the restaurant. Use: Controlled handheld movement Gentle shoulder-level sway Slow, imperfect push-ins Static compositions where action occurs inside the frame Occasional pans following staff or customers Foreground objects and people passing close to the lens Avoid floating gimbal movement in every shot. Constantly smooth movement makes restaurants feel like real-estate videos. 4. Composition The compositions should frequently include context rather than isolating the plate. Strong frames would include: A bowl of pasta with the counter and employee behind it A customer seen through the storefront window The cook framed through the cheese wheel or kitchen pass Reflections of taxis or pedestrians over the restaurant interior A plate entering the foreground while customers talk in the background The exterior sign partially obstructed by traffic or people Staff photographed mid-action rather than facing the camera Permit slightly imperfect framing. A clipped shoulder, crooked horizon or foreground obstruction can make a photograph feel discovered rather than manufactured.

Overview I'm a keynote speaker, tech founder, and researcher, and I need a polished 90-second sizzle reel (with a longer 2–2.5 minute cut as well) built from existing footage. This reel will be used to book paid speaking engagements with corporations, conferences, and universities, so it needs to look sharp, confident, and high-end. I have raw footage, talk recordings, and a podcast clip ready to hand over via Google Drive. Your job is to turn that into a reel that makes a booker immediately want me on their stage. What you'll be editing You'll have a Google Drive folder with all my footage and images. I'm not going to tell you how to cut it — I'd rather you watch everything and bring your best. Below is just a contents list so you know what's in there, plus a couple of files to skip. Video footage (in the folder) "So Ambitious" podcast (MOV) — 165,000+ views (my most-watched clip) Pacific Rim Conference keynote — full video with drone footage / high production value Black Ambition Demo Day livestream — the pitch where I won the $1M grand prize Harvard University talk — "inaccessibility vs. the disability market" ASU+GSV panel and National Parents Union panel Institutional language clip (from TikTok) — my newest topic Neurodiversity talk "After an autism diagnosis, the first thing I tell families" Black excellence panel Live morning show (full) and Fox 40 / budget shortfalls segment Funding / "gate-openers" clip, acceptance speech, IEP process explainer, and several B-roll clips of me Images (in the folder) Headshots · me on Fox 40 · me on the morning show · National Parents Union panel · me in front of Stanford · me and my daughter · AERA 2026 promo ("Computational Analysis of IEP Language and Family Voice") · Black Ambition check photo. Your approach Watch the footage, find the moments that hit hardest, and build the strongest reel you can. Surprise me. If it works, I'll trust your instincts on future cuts too. The only hard rule: open with a hook, not a slow logo intro. Deliverables Primary cut: 90-second sizzle reel Extended cut: 2–2.5 minute version Project files / source file so future clips can be added without rebuilding from scratch Formatted for both landscape (16:9) and a vertical/square (9:16 or 1:1) version for social What makes a strong reel (please read) Open with a hook in the first 3–5 seconds — a strong line or moment on stage, not a slow logo intro Fast, rhythmic pacing; short clips that build energy Clean lower-thirds with my name, title, and topic Include 2–3 short on-screen quotes or credibility markers (I'll provide these) Light, tasteful background music (licensed/royalty-free only) Color-corrected, clean audio, professional captions/subtitles End on a clear call-to-action card (booking/contact info I'll provide) What I'll provide Google Drive folder with all raw footage and clips My name, titles, keynote topics, and credibility stats for on-screen text Logo and any brand colors The contact/CTA info for the end card Credibility markers to feature on-screen You can pull the logos and confirm all the outlets, stages, and awards directly from my Press & Speaking page — everything is listed and linked there: https://antoinetterbanks.com/press-speaking Build in a fast "as seen in" logo sequence and/or lower-third callouts using what's on that page. To apply, please include 2–3 speaker reels or sizzle reels you've edited (this is required — general video work isn't the same skill) A one-line note on how you'd open my reel to hook a booker Your turnaround time and your quote for the full deliverable set Confirmation you only use licensed/royalty-free music Budget & timeline Budget: 300-500 Timeline: Looking for a first draft within 5–7 days, with 1–2 rounds of revisions included Please quote revisions if you charge separately About working with me Clear brief, fast responses, prompt payment. The finished reel will be embedded on my website (antoinetterbanks.com) and used in booking pitches, so it needs to be web-ready and social-ready. If this first reel goes well, I book paid speaking engagements regularly and will need updated cuts as new footage comes in — so I'm looking for someone I can build a long-term relationship with, not a one-off.
