I am a first-time children's book author launching my children's book and need help preparing for book clubs, interviews, and speaking opportunities. I have ADHD and struggle with organizing my thoughts verbally. I had so many themes I want to touch on about the depth of this book, that I'm getting lost in the message and I'll sound scrambled. I have a talk track that isn't right for what I'm trying to express. Lastly, when I'm put on the spot, I blank out a lot. I need someone who can help me identify my core message, create a few talking points, and coach me on delivering the story naturally rather than sounding scripted. And being able to pivot if asked a question I was not expecting. I want to inspire and sell my book with confidence and enthusiasm. I would look for someone with experience helping: authors entrepreneurs TEDx speakers nonprofit founders people with ADHD/executive function challenges

Senior Social Media & Brand Growth Manager | Multi-Brand Portfolio We are looking for an experienced social media professional who has a proven track record of BUILDING brands—not simply posting content. We manage and are actively growing several brands across entertainment, technology, nonprofit, lifestyle, hospitality, and mission-driven organizations. Our team already generates significant amounts of raw content, video, photos, interviews, stories, and ideas. What we need is someone who can help turn all of that into a disciplined, high-performing social media operation. This is not a “schedule three posts a week” position. We are looking for someone who understands: • Brand building and storytelling • Organic social media growth • Short-form video strategy • Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn • Turning raw footage into compelling social content • Hooks, captions, thumbnails and calls-to-action • Content calendars and posting cadence • Community engagement • Social trends without making a brand feel gimmicky • Analytics and using data to improve performance • Building repeatable systems so content doesn't depend on constant direction from us You should be comfortable taking a folder of raw videos, photos and information and saying: “Here is what we should make from this, here is where it should go, and here is when we should publish it.” We have people who can provide content and subject-matter expertise. We need someone who can help own the social media machine. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We want someone who has actually helped BUILD a brand or audience. When applying, please show us: 1. 3–5 social media accounts you have personally managed or helped grow. 2. Where those accounts were when you started and where you helped take them. 3. Examples of short-form video/content you personally created or directed. 4. Your specific role in the growth of those accounts. 5. The tools you use for editing, scheduling, analytics and content management. 6. How you would approach managing multiple brands without losing each brand's individual voice. 7. Your availability and preferred monthly or hourly arrangement. Please do not simply send a generic agency portfolio. We want to understand what YOU personally did and the results you produced. BONUS EXPERIENCE Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Mission-driven/nonprofit organizations • Entertainment/music • Founder/personal brands • Startups • Hospitality/tourism • Breaking news or rapidly developing content • Video editing • AI-assisted content creation • Building social media processes for a growing organization THE OPPORTUNITY For the right person, this could develop into a substantial long-term role across multiple brands. We are moving quickly, creating a lot of content, and building several exciting projects. We don't need someone waiting for a task list every morning. We need someone who can look at the bigger picture, bring ideas to the table, create structure, and help us build audiences that actually care about the brands. If that's you, we'd love to talk.

We are in search of a graphic designer who can create 4 small vector emblems for Beat the Streets Chicago. We are a sports based youth development nonprofit that empowers Chicago youth through wrestling. We have our main logo which will not be changing, but need a small subset of emblems to give our individual locations a sense of identity. These emblems will then be used and need to be suitable for graphics and gear (shirts, singlets, etc). We already know the colors of each emblem as well as what each emblem will be. We just need someone to create it! The emblems are as follows: Plane (Chicago blue) Rose (Purple) Wave (Chicago red) Train (Chicago Green Line Green) We want each emblem to look part of the same set and to look professional and clean like our main logo, but have undertones of graffiti that represent a city feel! Deliverables: Final files must be provided as fully editable vector files (AI or EPS), plus SVG and PNG versions of each emblem. We will need to add text to these graphics down the line, so editable layers are a must — flattened files alone won't work for us. We would like these emblems created by the end of August and are willing to pay a fixed price of $350 for all 4. This price includes one round of revisions per emblem. Process: Contractor will have an initial video call with our team to align on style and direction — we'll share our main logo and visual references during this call — then work independently to complete deliverables. Full usage rights to the final artwork will transfer to Beat the Streets Chicago upon completion of payment. Our team has people experienced in Photoshop but not Illustrator, nor can they draw — that is where we need a true artist!
