We're a small Central Florida nonprofit foundation running Salesforce Enterprise Edition (a 10-user org). We have someone in-house who owns our systems and handles the day-to-day, so this isn't a run-the-show role. We're looking for a certified Salesforce admin on a fractional, as-needed basis, someone we can tap occasionally when something needs a steadier, more expert hand than we want to figure out ourselves. This is fractional, not full-time or a fixed weekly commitment. Some weeks there's nothing; other weeks we'll have a couple of quick things. We value someone responsive who can turn small requests around cleanly. What we'd reach out for: User setup and management: onboarding and offboarding, license assignments, deactivations Permissions: profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings, keeping access clean and correct Data integrity and integrations: keeping data flowing correctly between Salesforce and the tools connected to it (forms, SMS, email, and our Slack–Salesforce connection), and troubleshooting those integrations when a sync isn't behaving General admin help as it comes up: the occasional fix, sanity check, or "is this set up right?" question About you: Salesforce Administrator certified (please share your certification or Trailblazer profile) Solid hands-on experience with Enterprise Edition orgs Comfortable with fractional, quick-turn work rather than a steady weekly load Clear, responsive communicator who can explain what you did in plain language Experience with Brevo a plus but not required Nonprofit experience, especially Power of Us donated-license orgs, is a plus

Front-End CSS Developer Needed for Blackbaud Altru Ticketing Pages Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum is looking for a front-end developer/CSS specialist to help restyle our Blackbaud Altru online ticketing and registration pages using Page Designer. Our current Blackbaud-hosted ticketing pages look plain, outdated, and difficult to navigate. We want a global visual refresh so all of our online ticketing pages better match our museum’s website and brand. This is not a full website rebuild. We need someone who can work within Blackbaud’s existing structure and improve the visual styling through custom CSS/HTML where possible. Example page: https://53888.blackbaudhosting.com/53888/Session-1—Friday–Gabbys-Dollhouse-MEOWseum-Discovery-Days-Meet–Greet Scope may include: * Improving typography, spacing, colors, and page layout * Styling buttons, links, forms, ticket tables, and checkout areas * Making pages feel more polished, modern, and user-friendly * Making sure pages are mobile-friendly * Improving accessibility/readability * Creating a consistent Discovery Gateway look across all Blackbaud ticketing and registration pages * Testing across event registration, daily admission, cart/checkout, and mobile views * Providing the final CSS with notes so we can maintain it later Experience with Blackbaud Altru, Blackbaud-hosted forms, nonprofit ticketing systems, or restricted third-party checkout pages is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable inspecting generated HTML, identifying CSS selectors, working within platform limitations, and explaining what can and cannot realistically be changed through Page Designer. Please include examples of similar CSS/front-end styling work, especially any work with Blackbaud, nonprofit CRMs, ticketing systems, donation forms, or hosted checkout pages.

Project Overview Principal Gift Solutions (PGS) is a nationally recognized fundraising consulting firm that partners with nonprofits, independent schools, colleges and universities, healthcare organizations, and community-based organizations to strengthen philanthropy and achieve transformational fundraising results. Our website is already professionally designed and built on WordPress. We are not looking for a website redesign. Instead, we are seeking an experienced website optimization specialist who can transform an already strong website into a more effective business development and lead generation tool. Our website should communicate the sophistication and credibility of a national consulting firm while preserving the personalized service, accessibility, and hands-on partnership of a boutique practice. If you enjoy improving existing websites through strategic thinking, UX, messaging, SEO, and conversion optimization—not simply changing colors or layouts—we’d love to hear from you. Website: www.principalgiftsolutions.org Project Objectives Our goal is to increase qualified inquiries from nonprofit executives, presidents, CEOs, advancement leaders, and foundation executives by improving: * Website messaging * User experience (UX) * Calls to action * Conversion rate * Search engine optimization (SEO) * Mobile experience * Overall credibility and professionalism * Website performance Scope of Work We’re looking for someone who can: * Conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing website * Identify high-impact opportunities to improve visitor engagement and conversions * Strengthen homepage messaging and value proposition * Improve user flow and navigation * Refine page layouts where appropriate * Optimize calls to action throughout the site * Improve technical SEO and on-page SEO * Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals * Review and optimize mobile responsiveness * Implement approved recommendations within our existing WordPress website * Ensure accessibility and current web best practices This is an optimization project—not a rebuild. Ideal Experience Please apply only if you have successfully optimized websites for organizations such as: * Professional service firms * Consulting firms * Executive coaching firms * B2B organizations * Nonprofits Experience working with fundraising, philanthropy, higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is a significant plus. Required Skills * WordPress * UX/UI Design * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) * Search Engine Optimization (SEO) * Website Copy Optimization * Website Performance Optimization * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * Mobile Optimization * Excellent English communication skills Deliverables We anticipate the project including: 1. A comprehensive website audit with prioritized recommendations 2. A strategic implementation plan 3. Implementation of approved improvements within WordPress 4. Documentation of all completed changes To Apply Please include the following with your proposal: * Links to 3–5 websites you have personally optimized * A brief description of the measurable results you achieved (conversion improvements, SEO growth, increased inquiries, improved user engagement, etc.) * Your philosophy for optimizing an existing website versus redesigning one * Estimated project timeline * Fixed-price proposal (preferred) Bonus Question After reviewing our website (www.principalgiftsolutions.org), please tell us the first three improvements you would recommend and explain why. We’re not looking for a free audit—we simply want to understand how you think and how you approach optimization. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strategic partner—not simply a web developer. The ideal candidate understands how nonprofit executives evaluate professional services firms and knows how to create a website that inspires confidence, communicates expertise, and motivates qualified prospects to take the next step. We’re willing to invest in quality and are looking for someone who can become a trusted long-term resource as our firm continues to grow.
