We need a CallRail specialist to configure call routing on an existing account. All tracking numbers are already provisioned — this is purely call flow configuration inside CallRail's Call Flow Builder. No number provisioning, no CRM integration, no scripting. You must be comfortable signing an NDA and not featuring the work in any portfolios. Scope of work Build 23 advanced call flows in CallRail: 22 round-robin flows. Each flow rings a set list of phone numbers in rotation — one new number picked up per incoming call, not per unanswered attempt. If a call isn't answered within a set time, it routes to voicemail. Each flow has a different set of numbers (ranging from 2 to 6 per flow) — a list will be provided for each one. 1 IVR (press 1 / press 2) flow. Caller hears a short menu: press 1 forwards to one fixed number; press 2 routes into a round-robin flow (numbers provided). SMS auto-reply and account structure are already configured — this job is call flow logic only. What we'll provide Manager-level access to the CallRail account, scoped to what's needed A complete spec sheet: every flow's name, its phone numbers, and routing logic A single point of contact to answer setup questions

I'm looking for an experienced cold caller to reach out to small businesses—mostly restaurants—and get them signed up for my service. The pitch is easy to make: we build and fully manage a business's website, online ordering, and more for a flat monthly rate. Many of these businesses have either 1) no current online presence, or 2) a very poorly designed and implemented website. We charge no upfront cost, we send them a free redesign preview before they pay anything, and we handle everything after that. It's a genuinely good offer, which makes the calls a lot easier than most cold outreach. What you'd do: Call restaurants and local shops from a provided list Explain the service and why it's worth it (I'll give you a script and talking points) Book interested owners for a follow-up or close the sign-up directly What I'm looking for: Proven telemarketing or cold-calling experience Confident, friendly phone presence and clear spoken English Comfortable handling objections and hearing "no" without losing steam Self-motivated and reliable If you've sold to small business owners before, that's a big plus.

Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development. Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools. That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard. We are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to lead outreach to prospective families and athletic facility partners. This is a primarily outbound role. You will make the calls, send the emails, and run the initial conversations that turn interest into scheduled meetings and enrollments. You will also handle inbound inquiries when needed, making sure every family or partner who reaches out gets a fast, professional response. What You'll Do - Outbound Parent Outreach: Call and email prospective families to introduce the program, answer initial questions, and book them into a call or campus visit. - Facility Partner Outreach: Reach out to gyms, clubs, training centers, and other athletic facilities to build partnership pipelines that bring qualified families to Texas Sports Academy. - Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond quickly to parents and partners who reach out through the website, referrals, or events, and move them into the right next step. - Run Discovery Conversations: Ask the right questions to understand each family's goals for their student-athlete and each facility's fit as a partner, and match them to the appropriate next step. - Own Your Pipeline in the CRM: Log every call, email, and note in the CRM, keep contact records clean, and manage your daily activity against clear targets. - Report on Results: Share weekly updates on activity, pipeline, and outcomes so leadership can see what is working and where you need support. - Some Sales or Outreach Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a sales, outreach, admissions, or high-volume customer-facing role. You can walk us through the outreach you have run and the results you produced. - Confident Phone Presence: You are comfortable picking up the phone all day, running professional conversations with parents and facility operators, and staying composed through rejection. - Clear Written Communication: Your outbound emails and follow-ups read as warm, professional, and on-brand. You can adapt tone for a parent versus a facility partner. - Organized and Consistent: You can hit daily activity targets, keep the CRM clean, and manage a growing list of open conversations without letting anything drop. Coachable and Competitive: You take feedback well, iterate quickly on your approach, and are motivated by clear goals and visible results. - AI Forward: Comfort using AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach, and speed up repetitive work. Familiarity with tools such as Perplexity Computer is a plus. - Reliable Home Setup: Quiet workspace, strong internet, and a working headset and webcam. Available during standard U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred). - Location: Remote (U.S. only) Bonus Points - Education, Athletics, or Youth Sports Background: Personal or professional experience in K-12 education, competitive athletics, or youth sports programs. - CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM. - Bilingual (English/Spanish): Ability to run outreach and conversations with Spanish-speaking families. Sales Training or Coursework: Completed sales training, bootcamp, or coursework in sales, communication, or business development.

We are seeking a part-time, self-motivated sales representative to introduce an established product to healthcare organizations and generate new accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, making phone calls, building relationships, and opening doors—without the demands of a traditional full-time medical sales position. Our distribution network is already established, so once an account is opened and an initial product order is placed, there is very little ongoing account management required. What You’ll Do Identify hospitals, healthcare systems, pediatric facilities, and other appropriate organizations that may benefit from the product. Make outbound calls and emails to introduce the product and identify the appropriate clinical decision-makers. Speak with nursing leaders, clinicians, purchasing teams, and other healthcare professionals. Offer and coordinate product samples for clinical evaluation. Track prospects, sample requests, evaluations, and account status in an organized manner. Follow up appropriately to move qualified opportunities toward an initial order. Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, samples, and opportunities. Develop new accounts and create a pipeline of future opportunities. What Makes This Role Different Once you successfully get a product sample into the hands of the appropriate clinical team, the sales process becomes relatively low-touch. Our distribution is already in place, so you will not be responsible for managing fulfillment, carrying inventory, or servicing accounts after the initial sale. The primary objective is simple: Find the right organizations → connect with the right people → get samples evaluated → open new accounts. Compensation Part-time base pay Commission on new business Commission continues for three years from the date of the first order on every account you personally open Opportunity to build a recurring commission stream by consistently developing new accounts This compensation structure rewards you not just for today's sales, but for the accounts and relationships you create. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently Organized and disciplined about tracking prospects and follow-ups Comfortable making outbound phone calls Confident speaking with healthcare professionals and decision-makers Persistent without being overly aggressive Naturally personable and relationship-oriented Competitive and motivated by earning potential Able to manage a pipeline without someone constantly telling them what to do Comfortable learning a healthcare product and communicating its value clearly Experienced in healthcare, medical devices, hospital sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales preferred, but not required DISC Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate high I (Influence) and D (Dominance) characteristics on the DISC personality profile. We are looking for someone who is: High I: Outgoing, persuasive, enthusiastic, personable, relationship-driven and comfortable initiating conversations. High D: Driven, confident, competitive, decisive, persistent and motivated to achieve results. The ideal candidate is someone who will pick up the phone, make the call, ask for the meeting, and keep moving until they get a yes. Time Commitment Part-time — flexible schedule The role is designed for someone who can dedicate consistent time each week to prospecting and account development. The emphasis is on quality activity and results rather than hours worked. Why This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a growing medical product business where you can: Work part-time with flexibility Build your own book of accounts Earn commission beyond the initial sale Create a recurring income stream from accounts you develop Sell a product that addresses a real need in pediatric healthcare Focus primarily on opening doors and generating new business, rather than ongoing account management The Ideal Candidate If you are a natural salesperson who loves the hunt, is comfortable picking up the phone, and wants a part-time opportunity where your effort today can continue to generate commissions for years, this could be an excellent fit.
