We're looking for a senior Webflow designer to redesign a B2B broadcast technology manufacturer's website. We want a clean, modern, premium design similar to Apple, Linear, Notion, or Webflow, not a marketing-agency style site. Experience with industrial, engineering, AV, broadcast, or enterprise SaaS companies is preferred. Example websites from our competitors are Grass Valley, Ross Video, Evertz, Vizrt and EVS. Qualification questions: Have you designed websites for B2B technology or manufacturing companies? Do you do the UX and visual design yourself? Do you have examples of live websites that you've done? Will you build directly in Webflow? How do you handle SEO, page speed, and CMS collections? Can you create a reusable design system so future pages match the existing site?

I need help/direction for building and setting up a template/landing page using Webflow and Airtable (or similar services). It would consist of an intake form, CMS template page, perhaps some QR generation and other aspects. I can explain more during interviews and conversations.

We’re looking for a web developer to help us transition our website from Webflow to WordPress. Beyond the migration, we’d love to find someone who can work with us on a part-time, ongoing basis to maintain the site and make updates as new needs arise.

Our marketing site is on Webflow. Our forms post into HubSpot through an API embed. We have reCaptcha and Cloudflare involved as well, through Webflow's native tools. Somewhere in this stack, submissions are getting blocked, silently dropped, or not landing in HubSpot reliably. We do not know where the problem is. This is costing us demo requests from enterprise buyers, so it is a priority fix. We have already been through the obvious fixes and every AI-suggested solution. We need someone who has actually shipped this integration on a production site. Scope: - Diagnose exactly where submissions fail: Webflow form handling, Cloudflare (Turnstile / reCAPTCHA / bot management), or the HubSpot Forms API - Fix it so every legitimate submission reaches HubSpot while spam stays filtered - End-to-end verification, plus a short written handoff of what was broken and what you changed You should have: - Production experience with both Webflow and HubSpot, not one or the other - Hands-on work with Cloudflare bot protection on a live site - Real familiarity with the HubSpot Forms API and HubSpot tracking For applications, please skip the template. In two or three sentences, describe a specific Webflow-to-HubSpot form integration you fixed, what was actually broken, and how you found it. Then name the first two things you would check on ours. Proposals that are AI-generated or copy-pasted are an automatic no. I read every one and it is obvious. Budget is very flexible for the right person who can 100% solve this quickly.

1 · Project snapshot Company: LTR Advisory LLC — Shannon C. Midthun, author & founder. The site: ltradvisory.com — companion site for the book “Like. Trust. Respect.™ — The Business Development Playbook for Professional Services,” plus LTR Advisory consulting. Platform: Webflow. Project “Like Trust Respect,” Basic plan. Editor: like-trust-respect.design.webflow.com. Domain ltradvisory.com is already connected and published. Current state: ~80% built (started from an AI generator, since refined) — but it does NOT yet read as a premium professional-services site, and there are layout bugs (see punch list). Needs a professional polish, or a redesign to the standard below. Launch date: September 1, 2026 — must be polished and live by then. Audience: Experienced, credentialed professional-services practitioners — management consultants, accountants, attorneys, engineers, architects, financial/wealth advisors, and firm partners. Sophisticated, time-pressed, wary of anything “salesy.” Goal: Establish Shannon as a credible authority, sell the book, and capture consulting leads. 2 · The look we want (most important — the current site misses this) The site must read like a top-tier advisory / boutique-consulting / law-firm brand: credible, understated, and premium. NOT a generic startup/SaaS template, not playful, not busy. Quiet confidence — the kind of site a senior partner would trust. The book cover is the north star for color and type. Do: ● Palette: deep navy #1F3864 + warm cream / off-white. Generous whitespace. High contrast, restrained. ● Typography: refined SERIF headlines (executive, like a distinguished business-book cover) + a clean sans-serif body. ● Imagery: real and tasteful — the book cover, the author headshot, subtle editorial/abstract accents. Everything sharp and correctly cropped. ● Layout: clean grid, consistent spacing, ample margins, an unhurried, editorial feel. Avoid: ● Stock clichés (handshakes, ladders, generic office crowds). ● Cut-off / poorly-cropped images, clipped text, and inconsistent spacing (all present now). ● Playful, techy, or high-saturation “startup” styling.
