Scaling Non-Alcoholic Herbal Elixirs to Canned Retail About the Business I operate a mobile non-alcoholic herbal elixir bar and online apothecary offering herbalist-formulated, handcrafted botanical beverages and concentrates. We create intentional, substance-free alternatives that support mental well-being, open the heart, and foster genuine connection. Our elixirs are made with real organic herbs, local honey, and ethically sourced ingredients. We currently run a successful mobile bar for events, retreats, festivals, and gatherings across Cascadia and Appalachia, sell concentrates wholesale, and maintain a growing online apothecary and audience. After several years of steady growth, the brand is ready for its next chapter. The Opportunity I am seeking a passionate, values-aligned business partner to help scale the brand—primarily by growing our customer base through concentrates and other apothecary products, and by bringing our elixirs into single-serving cans for retail distribution. This role will own sales & marketing as well as production & operations, allowing me to continue leading the mobile bar, product development, events, and overall brand vision. You will take primary responsibility for expanding our customer base, reformulating existing concentrates to single serving canned beverages for shelf stability and/or extended refrigeration life, developing production SOPs, and managing day-to-day production and scaling (including production staff). Experience with cGMPs is essential. Path Forward We will begin with a commission-based trial period focused on sales, marketing, and production support. This allows both of us to confirm mutual fit before moving into a formal partnership agreement. The long-term intention is a true ownership partnership with responsibility for sales, marketing, production operations, and scaling. There may also be an opportunity to integrate a related complementary business into a collective offering. Future plans may include a brick-and-mortar location. What You’ll Do - Grow the existing customer base through sales and marketing and support with production needs Reformulate current concentrates into shelf-stable and/or longer-refrigeration single-serving canned beverages - Create and implement production SOPs - Manage day-to-day production operations and scaling processes (including production staff) - Support overall business growth in alignment with our Earth-centered, community-rooted ethos Ideal Partner - 5+ years of experience operating or managing a business focused on product production, growth, and scaling (as owner, co-owner, or senior manager) - Proven sales and marketing experience - Knowledge of (or deep passion for) herbalism, wellness, and plant-based products - Food science, nutrition, or related background is a strong plus - Familiarity with cGMPs and beverage reformulation for shelf stability - Strong alignment with sustainability, integrity, direct communication, and an Earth-based, non-trend-chasing approach to well-being - Self-motivated, driven, excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a still-early-stage business that values genuine relationship and shared vision - Oregon / West Coast or Asheville / Appalachia based preferred, but open to candidates who can travel as needed How to Apply Please share: - Specific examples of relevant production, scaling, or beverage/food business experience - A bit about yourself—your values, how you spend your time, what draws you to herbalism/wellness, and why this partnership appeals to you This will be a deeply collaborative and personal working relationship. The roots of this business are built on authentic connection, and I’m looking for someone who wants to grow a meaningful business that in many ways defies the current ideals set around business by truly focusing on the people we serve and building community.

About the Project I recently launched a subscription-based iOS consumer app. The app has a unique concept and solves a real problem, but downloads and paid subscriptions are currently much lower than expected. I'm **not** looking for someone to manage my Instagram, TikTok, or create social media posts. I already have content creation covered. What I need is someone who can act as a **growth strategist and mentor**—someone with proven experience scaling consumer mobile apps who can help me identify where my time, money, and effort should actually be invested. What I'm Looking For I'm looking for an experienced mobile app growth professional who can take a step back, evaluate the entire business, and help build a strategy based on data—not guesses. I want someone who can answer questions like: * Am I focusing on the right marketing channels? * Where should I invest my budget first? * What activities should I stop doing because they aren't moving the needle? * What should my growth roadmap look like over the next 3–6 months? * Are there issues with my App Store listing, onboarding, pricing, messaging, or conversion funnel that are limiting growth? * How do I build a repeatable customer acquisition strategy instead of relying on viral moments or luck? I'm looking for strategic guidance, not generic marketing advice. ## Areas of Expertise Ideally, you have hands-on experience with several of the following: * App Store Optimization (ASO) * Apple Search Ads * Meta Ads * TikTok Ads * Consumer app growth * Subscription optimization * Pricing strategy * Product-market fit * Customer acquisition * User retention * Referral and viral growth strategies * Funnel optimization * A/B testing * Analytics (App Store Connect, RevenueCat, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) ## What Success Looks Like I'd like to work with someone who can help create a clear, prioritized action plan. For example: * Identify the biggest obstacles preventing growth. * Prioritize the highest-impact opportunities. * Recommend which experiments to run first. * Define the KPIs that actually matter. * Review results and continuously refine the strategy. The goal is to make informed decisions based on data and experience—not assumptions. ## Who Should Apply Please apply only if you've successfully worked with consumer mobile apps, particularly subscription-based apps. When applying, please include: * Examples of apps you've helped grow. * Your specific role in those projects. * Results you achieved (downloads, subscribers, CAC, ROAS, retention, revenue growth, etc.). * How you would approach the first 30 days working together. * Why you believe most mobile apps struggle after launch. * Whether your expertise is primarily ASO, paid acquisition, retention, growth strategy, or a combination. I'm looking for someone who will act as a strategic advisor and challenge my thinking when needed—not simply execute tasks. My objective is to build a sustainable, profitable mobile app business using a disciplined, measurable growth strategy.

The role is meant to sit above the existing tactical team. Engagement -Fractional / ongoing -Approximately 10 hours per month to start -Weekly team leadership and performance meeting -Weekly reporting directly to the CEO -U.S.-based strongly preferred -Individual freelancers only, no agencies Please Skip This Role If -You need a detailed weekly task list -You report metrics but don’t recommend actions -You use AI to generate generic content and call it strategy -You’re uncomfortable giving direct feedback -You wait for someone to tell you what to investigate next -You only want to operate at a high-level strategy layer and don’t understand how the tactical pieces work -You think publishing more content automatically means better marketing We’re not looking for someone to simply help with marketing. We’re looking for someone who can make the entire marketing team better every week. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk!

Title: Hospitality Industry Connector Needed – Warm Introductions to Hotel Owners & Resort Executives I’m the founder of Solara, a patent-pending luxury hospitality concept designed to give hotels, resorts, and high-end properties a completely new premium guest experience. We’re currently preparing to launch our first prototype and are looking for our first pilot locations. I’m looking for someone who already has established relationships within the hospitality industry. This is not a cold-calling or lead generation position. I’m specifically looking for someone who can make warm introductions to decision-makers who may be interested in becoming one of Solara’s first pilot partners. Ideal connections include: • Hotel owners • Resort owners • General Managers • Regional Directors • Asset Managers • Hospitality management companies • Boutique hotel owners • Luxury resort executives • Hospitality consultants • Resort developers Your role would include: • Making warm introductions to qualified decision-makers. • Helping arrange introductory meetings and presentations. • Identifying hotels and resorts interested in signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) to become an early pilot location. • Providing strategic advice on entering the hospitality market. • Recommending industry organizations, conferences, and contacts that could accelerate Solara’s growth. The ideal candidate has: • Existing hospitality industry relationships. • Experience working with hotels, resorts, or hospitality companies. • Strong communication and networking skills. • A proven track record of opening doors and creating business opportunities. When applying, please include: 1. Your hospitality background. 2. The types of decision-makers you know (owners, GMs, management companies, investors, etc.). 3. Hotel brands, ownership groups, or independent properties you’ve worked with. 4. How you would approach helping Solara secure pilot locations. 5. Whether your relationships are primarily local, regional, national, or international. About Solara Solara is a patent-pending hospitality concept currently in development that offers a unique luxury guest experience unlike anything currently available in the market. We’re actively seeking our first pilot hotel or resort partners before our broader commercial launch. This is an opportunity to help introduce an innovative product that has the potential to become a standout amenity for luxury hospitality properties. Compensation Solara is an early-stage startup currently seeking its first pilot partners and investment. Because we’re still pre-revenue, my upfront budget is limited. I’m looking for someone who believes in the vision and is interested in a success-based partnership. Compensation may include: • A $5,000 success fee for helping secure a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) from a qualified hotel, resort, or hospitality group, payable after Solara closes its initial investment round. • Additional success-based compensation for introducing an investor who ultimately invests in Solara. The structure can be discussed based on the opportunity and your level of involvement. • If you help secure both pilot partners and investment, I’m open to negotiating a larger compensation package. I’m happy to sign a written agreement before we begin so expectations and compensation are clearly documented and protected for both parties. If you’re someone who already knows the right people in hospitality and enjoys helping innovative startups gain traction, I’d love to hear from you.
