Role summary We are a brick and mortar photography studio running local Meta lead generation campaigns into GoHighLevel. We need an experienced marketing systems and automation specialist to connect our advertising to our CRM, rebuild our funnel, develop and test our messaging, and stand up an outbound voice agent that converts inbound leads into booked studio sessions. Required scope • Establish a real time integration between Meta lead forms and GoHighLevel with full field mapping and error handling • Install and configure the Meta pixel and server side Conversions API with event deduplication, and report the full conversion chain from lead through booked, showed, and purchase with revenue values • Restructure the Meta ad account by session type with a separate testing campaign, and move campaign optimization from form fills to downstream booking and revenue events • Conduct a documented audience analysis producing a transformation statement, a full buyer profile, and the nine buyer elements, refined against recorded client calls and interviews • Produce a tested message matrix of four to six hooks per angle across pain, benefit, and challenge, for each session type, with full ad copy written for each • Rebuild the funnel as a GoHighLevel landing page with an integrated booking calendar, replacing the current WordPress page and the Meta instant form • Build GoHighLevel pipelines and workflows covering a sixty second text response, email, outbound call, voicemail and follow up text, and a multi day follow up cadence • Build and deploy an outbound voice agent on ElevenLabs or Retell, integrated with GoHighLevel, including persona, knowledge base, objection handling, guardrails, and opt out handling • Design and execute a segmented recovery campaign against 1,500 recent leads and roughly 30,000 legacy records • Extend existing dashboard reporting to measure cost per booked session, cost per session attended, cost per sale, and average order value by session type and message angle • Provide ongoing campaign management, testing, agent tuning, and monthly performance review Required experience • Meta ads management for local service businesses, including Conversions API implementation • GoHighLevel at an advanced level, covering pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, and messaging setup • Conversational voice agent development on ElevenLabs, Retell, or equivalent, with live deployment experience • Direct response copywriting with a documented research and testing methodology • Middleware automation using Make or n8n for anything a native integration will not carry Engagement structure The work divides cleanly into an initial build of roughly six weeks followed by ongoing management. The build phase suits a fixed price with clearly separated optional additions. Ongoing management suits a monthly retainer. We would expect a single accountable lead rather than a set of separate specialists, since the value of this project sits in the connections between the parts rather than in any one of them. The short version You are not short on leads and you are not short on visibility. You are short

About Us AUQ is a conversion-focused GEO + SEO agency for B2B SaaS. We specialize in technical clients — developer tools, fintech, and martech — and help them win visibility in both Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity). We’re a fully remote, global team. The Role This is a freelance, remote GTM role with one clear outcome: get qualified B2B SaaS companies to book discovery calls with our founder, who runs and closes those calls. This is not just a cold-outreach role — you own demand generation end to end and have the freedom to run whatever GTM tactics work: outbound, content, podcasts, paid media, partnerships, and more. You’ll have VAs and team members to support you. Compensation starts at $1,500/month plus a tiered performance bonus, so the more qualified calls you book (and deals that close), the more you earn. Who You’ll Reach — and Why It Matters Our buyers are founders, CTOs, CMOs, and dev/tech leads at B2B SaaS startups (selling to developers, CTOs, or senior marketing roles). These are sharp, skeptical, technical people — generic sales spam doesn’t work on them. A deep understanding of how this audience thinks, what they care about, and how they buy is essential to this role. Your messaging and positioning have to earn credibility with a technical reader. What You’ll Own Own multichannel GTM to drive booked calls — and pick the right mix, not just one playbook. Outbound: cold email (Instantly), LinkedIn, and signal/trigger-based prospecting (companies that recently raised, are hiring for growth/SEO/content, or have weak AI/GEO visibility). Other GTM channels: podcasts (guesting + outreach), paid media, webinars/events, partnerships & referrals, communities, and past-lead reactivation — test, measure, double down on what works. Write all outbound and outreach copy — sequences, LinkedIn messaging, hooks — tuned to a technical audience. This is a writing-heavy role. Use our free lead-magnet audits (GEO + analytics audits) as personalized, credibility-building hooks. Build and clean target lists with Prospeo and similar tools. Manage and delegate to VAs and team members across outreach, list-building, and content. Own CRM and pipeline hygiene; qualify every lead against our ICP before booking. Book qualified calls onto the founder’s calendar and keep show-rates high. A/B test and report weekly on activity, pipeline, and results. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B SaaS GTM / growth / outbound experience with a record of generating qualified pipeline. A genuine understanding of technical SaaS buyers (founders, CTOs, CMOs, dev/tech leads) — you know how to earn their attention and credibility. Excellent written English and strong copywriting — outreach and content that technical buyers actually respond to. Comfortable running multiple GTM channels, not just cold email. Comfortable with the stack: Instantly, Prospeo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM. Self-directed and resourceful — can own the function and manage VAs with minimal hand-holding. USA time-zone working overlap. Nice to Have Experience selling into devtools, fintech, or martech specifically. Enough understanding of SEO/GEO to speak credibly about what we do. Experience with podcasts, paid media, or lead-magnet-driven GTM. Compensation & Growth Starts at $1,500/month with a tiered bonus tied to qualified calls booked and deals closed. Strong performers can grow both earnings and the role over time. Logistics Freelance · Remote · USA time-zone overlap.

We need someone who can do both: think strategically about funnel design (which marketing message wins with which buyer, how to sequence outbound emails and retargeting ads) AND get hands-on inside HubSpot and Apollo to actually build and fix it. Immediate priorities: Audit and fix a broken sync between Apollo and HubSpot (leads aren't tracking correctly) Get LinkedIn ads back up and running, with proper targeting, retargeting, and lead capture in place before sending traffic to a booking page. Activate a large list of dormant contacts we haven't emailed yet Enable retargeting and proper sequence implementation with a focus on TOFU. Give us an honest opinion on whether our current marketing strategy is right In your application, answer this: We're deciding between three ways to pitch our product — one about company culture certification, one about the dollar cost of bad hires, one comparing us against competitors. Which would you pick as the lead message, and why? We want to see how you think, not a perfect answer. We'll pay for a short paid trial task before any bigger commitment.

# Fractional E-Commerce Growth Director | Luxury Home Furnishings Brand Lauren & Grace Studios is a growing luxury home furnishings brand with customers across the United States. We design distinctive, design-forward furniture and furnishings including vanities, dressers, nightstands, mirrors, pet furnishings, and other pieces for the home. We have proven demand, strong customer feedback, a national customer base, and a product assortment we believe has significant room to scale. We are looking for a **U.S.-based fractional e-commerce growth leader** who can help us build the marketing engine required to grow Lauren & Grace into a multi-million-dollar national brand. This is **not a social media posting role** and we are not looking for someone whose primary skill is creating Instagram content. We want someone who understands how to take an emerging premium consumer brand and systematically scale customer acquisition. ## What We Need We are looking for someone who can evaluate the entire customer acquisition funnel and determine where our biggest opportunities are across: * Google Search and Shopping * SEO and organic search * Meta advertising * Pinterest advertising * Shopify conversion-rate optimization * Landing pages and merchandising * Email marketing and retention * Marketing attribution and analytics * Trade and interior designer acquisition * Customer remarketing * Creative testing and offer strategy You should be comfortable determining **where we should spend money, where we should stop spending money, and what needs to change before additional advertising dollars are deployed.** ## Initial Engagement We would like to begin with a **paid growth audit and 90-day growth plan.** The initial engagement should include: 1. Review of our Shopify store, analytics, traffic sources, conversion funnel, advertising accounts, and existing marketing efforts. 2. Identification of the largest obstacles currently preventing growth. 3. Analysis of customer acquisition opportunities across Google, Meta, Pinterest, SEO, email, and trade/designer channels. 4. Recommendations for improving website conversion. 5. A prioritized 90-day execution plan. 6. Recommended marketing budget allocation. 7. Clear KPIs we should use to evaluate performance. If there is a strong fit, we would like this person to remain involved on a fractional basis and help oversee execution. ## Who We’re Looking For Ideally, you have: * Successfully scaled an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand. * Experience with premium, luxury, furniture, home décor, interiors, or another considered-purchase category. * Strong understanding of Shopify. * Strong Google Ads/Search experience. * Experience evaluating Meta and Pinterest rather than simply spending money on them. * Understanding of SEO and content-driven customer acquisition. * Strong analytical skills. * Experience improving conversion rates. * Ability to work with outside specialists when appropriate. * A track record of tying marketing activity to actual revenue. We strongly prefer someone who has personally helped take a brand from an early growth stage into **multi-million-dollar annual revenue.** ## What Success Looks Like We are not interested in vanity metrics such as follower counts, impressions, or engagement unless they ultimately contribute to sales. We will evaluate this engagement primarily on: * Qualified traffic growth * Conversion-rate improvement * Customer acquisition cost * Return on advertising spend * Organic search growth * Email-generated revenue * Trade/designer customer acquisition * Repeat purchases * Overall revenue growth ## When Applying Please answer the following: 1. Tell us about an e-commerce brand you personally helped scale. What was your role and what changed while you were involved? 2. What annual revenue range was the company in when you started and when you finished? 3. Which acquisition channels produced the majority of the growth? 4. Have you worked with furniture, luxury home goods, interior design, or another high-consideration product category? 5. If you inherited an e-commerce company with strong products and customer feedback but inconsistent online growth, what would you analyze first? 6. Are you based in the United States? 7. Are you comfortable beginning with a paid audit and 90-day growth plan before moving into an ongoing fractional engagement? **Please include specific results whenever possible. Generic agency presentations or applications focused primarily on social media management are unlikely to be a fit.**
